I needed to mail something fragile and the staff here helped me figure out what to buy and how to pack it and it arrived safely. The location is completely convenient right off of Easton Avenue. There is a new touchpad entry system and security gate installed and lots of lights and security cameras so that makes me feel safe coming here by myself even at night. The entire facility is kept clean and well-maintained. It's climate controlled. I have never seen any bugs or mice or mold or leaks or any type of problem that I have heard of people having in other storage type units. If you need a short-term or long-term place to store your stuff, I 100% recommend here.

The buildings look connected but are not connected on the inside. The keypad machine is in an awkward place and you have to have your phone to retrieve the long code. It sits on the opposite side of the wall where you press the button to go up. There is so many things that can be improved at this facility. If I weren't in an urgent situation I would have went elsewhere.

When they arrived at the new home one of the movers lovingly insisted I stopped helping bc I am 9months pregnant and joked with me about how hard it must be to not be able to really help. They were great with my almost five year old who of course was obsessed with the truck and just the new faces and all of our family there complimented on their professionalism.
