They were incredibly efficient, fast, strong, and hardworking, yet still handled all of our belongings with great care. We moved an entire house and even had a second location with additional items, and they handled everything seamlessly. Throughout a long day of moving, they never once complained and were always polite, professional, and positive. Moving is stressful, but this team made the entire process so much easier. We truly couldn't have asked for a better crew. If you're looking for reliable, hardworking movers who treat your belongings with respect, I highly recommend Junior, Martin, and William!

Express Haulers Moving company helped us with our local move this past week. I was very impressed!…read moreI probably sent about 6 requests for quote out to different companies and Lynn at Express Haulers was the first to call me within a minute of sending the request, and the only one persistently following up with me. I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care. Will recommend them to anybody in my network who needs moving services.

I have to move in a couple weeks. I need boxes in which to put stuff so I can have my stuff at my…read morenew place. I can't get these boxes by going by supermarkets, I need real boxes that have never been used. It's not me, it's my stuff - none of my things like to be anywhere where food, livestock or various sundries have been first. I have ordered from U-line in the past, but their shipping is outrageous, almost as much as the whole order. I did a little Google search and found suppliesformoving.com. At the time of the order, I had no idea they were in Brooklyn. The site is clean and all the information is readily accessible. One can guarantee that this website did not cost a lot of money, but it works. One of the best things about this company is that they have pre-prepared packages of boxes, tape, etc. divided by room and/or rooms which makes it a little easier. They have boxes for junk, boxes for tvs, boxes for lamps - are you following me here? They have supplies for moving - tape, blankets, plastic wrap, paper. So I go online and make my order (FREE shipping by the way on everything!) and expect it to come in a couple days according to the site. After the confirmation of sale is where it gets good. 30 minutes pass and I get a call from the company saying they can deliver today, the same day, in the late afternoon. OK. One hour later I get another call that they can deliver right now. Yes please. Approximately three hours after I ordered many, many boxes, they arrived in perfect shape. Having no idea this company was in Brooklyn, I guess I should consider myself lucky. The customer service was fantastic and the boxes have been working just fine. If you want quick, efficient service and if you want to get your supplies to pack and move in an instant, go to suppliesformoving.com.* ________________________ * If all of the bottoms of the boxes break while moving, damaging all of my kids' toys and my valuable possessions, I reserve the right to come back and be extremely agitated.

The pictures I'm attaching are what they did to my newly refinished floors during that time (there are some additional smaller scratches not pictured here and another dent). I had asked them to please be careful because I had just had my floors redone barely a week prior. I guess this is what City Moving Pros considers to be "careful". As of the time of my posting this (Edit: 6/24/2025), a week and a half later, they have still not made things right. Keyon just keeps repeating the same empty platitudes about "understanding my frustration". I strongly regret hiring them. Edit 6/25/2025: I am adding 2 more photos since Keyon is continuing to insist that the cost estimate provided for me by my (licensed, insured, vetted-by-my-home-insurance-company) contractors is not "fair". The first picture, with the blue tape (and the tennis ball for scale) shows the dispersion of the scratches (location: smack dab right in the middle of my living/dining room). The second picture (also with blue tape) shows the second dent I hadn't originally posted here because I really shouldn't be forced to go out of my way to relitigate every single spot of damage they caused, but apparently I am. I'm not even asking them for the cost of the repairs anymore (which would cost significantly more to repair properly than what I paid City Moving Pros in the first place, as quoted to me by my flooring contractors, based on the location and type of damage and the layout of my house). I just want a refund at this point and to be done with them. I don't normally even post reviews for anything, good or bad. I am only posting on here because Keyon stopped replying to my emails after 6/23/2025, but somehow replied within 20 minutes of me posting my original review of them on Google.

From start to finish, everyone involved was focused on making things easy for me. I was notified of the truck's progress so I knew to the minute when the truck would arrive -- and the truck arrived on time. The fellows loading the truck we're polite, professional, courteous, and careful, both of my possessions and of the building (I moved out of an apartment in a 10 story building). They dismantled the furniture, which reduces the chance of damage. When they "mantled" the furniture at the other end, they actually fixed a few problems -- in this, and throughout the move, One Circle went above and beyond. I'm unpacking now -- everything arrived intact and without any damage, which is a minor miracle in itself (a few wine glasses were broken, but that's on me -- my packing was not adequate to the fragility of the contents). My boxes and furniture were placed exactly where I wanted them, and stacked neatly -- when I realized some boxes were in the wrong spot, they were repositioned without complaint. In fact, they could not have been more accommodating, checking with me frequently to be sure every last item was where it would be easiest for me to unpack. As was the case with loading, the entire focus on unloading was to make me happy, and to make my move as easy on me as possible. One Circle Moving & Storage is without question and by far the best moving company I have used -- and I have moved a lot in my lifetime. Professional, personable, and careful, these are the people you want to relocate your prized possessions. The best customer service ever -- I couldn't be happier with their service, and give them my highest, unqualified recommendation. Thank you Wayne, for making this the easiest move of my life -- you and your staff are the best!
