When I confronted the front desk on the 5th, he said he wouldn't consider a refund, even though I was moving everything out before the first of the week was up. I was told by 2 employees that my rental would be prorated, after waiting for my credit back I called and spoke to Jessica (manager) she told me I was misinformed !!! She was down right rude and when I asked to speak to her boss, she told me she was the BOSS and refused to give me the corporate office number. Not for nothing but I had to come on here to write a review. Recently I contacted this business to rent a truck from them. Now I completed the entire process ahead of time online in hopes that I wouldn't have to deal with any airheads. Unfortunately that was wishful thinking on my part, when I entered the building to retrieve the truck I was met by two of the most useless forms of human life possible. I proceeded to give them my information and these paperweights looked at me as if I had 3 heads. They laughed and joked with each other As I wait patiently, not sure what is funny about working for pennies and dimes on a Sunday but to each their own. Fast forward 2 days later to when I drop the truck back off. This time these two bozos recruited another waste of life. I entered the building and found 2 of them to At first what I believed to be overdosed, sadly they where just sleeping. When I told her I was here to drop the truck off she giggled and looked at me as if I should know what to do. She looked around and then looked at me hoping I would have an answer for her. All in all I implore this business owner to not only fire these employees but look to hold them criminally liable. The new Manager Jessica, was amazing she gave us so much information and new exactly what size we needed. She was very accomodating and extremely helpful with pricing and discount plans. This storage facility is well maintained, bright lights, and easily accessible. If you need storage in the area they are definitely the ones to rent from.
