We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Please note it was a very painful experience and no one deserves this kind of billing or nonsense

The TVs had been placed behind a large mattress during the initial delivery, so I had no way of inspecting them at the time. They remained untouched until the final move out, when the damage was revealed. When I contacted the company, they denied all liability, stating that because the TVs were moved a second time, they couldn't determine when the damage occurred. Despite explaining that the TVs were inaccessible and untouched in storage, they refused to take any responsibility. It's incredibly frustrating to work with a company that doesn't stand behind the quality or care of their service--especially when items are clearly mishandled and then hidden in a way that prevents proper inspection. No yelling across the way. My new neighbors said they never heard them. I forgot the name of the foreman, but if I ever move again, I'd like them to do my move. I removed one star because I felt the move was pricey. The standard has been 3 hour minimum. I had a four hour minimum plus the one hour standard travel time. I gave a very detailed list and based on the list is how I received the estimate. In my opinion, I felt that they knew it would be completed in less time and this is how they made their money. The move was completed in two hours. Aside from that, I can recommend this company.
