The advertisement for this company is great and very persuasive. My personal experience was not so great. Because I was having my home renovated I needed short term storage services. I booked my appointment and identified the items I wanted stored however, once they actually stored my belongings I got a message that I would actually need a larger storage space. The actual space is never shown to you in any way. The also are supposed to itemize what you store with them with photo proof. When I saw my itemized photos it showed the boxes but not the items inside and some were duplicated. Immediately complained when I noticed the duplications and I was thankful I didn't store my computer with them because they would have easily gone "missing". Then the day I requested my belongings to be returned. My couch is returned with a broken leg which the movers on site took immediate responsibility for. I had purchased insurance through there company so I make a claim. However, if the claim is approved for $150.00 which is way below estimates I submitted and didn't fact in transport of the item. Once again I submit a complaint and they say that they don't cover transport or onsite repair fees. I took the $150.00 but I would never work with this company nor would I recommend them to a friend or even an enemy. Nothing was honest or upfront about the entire process. Never again! read more

Theodore and Damir were amazing. Handled all of our items with care. Packed and disassembled everything quickly and efficiently.

The movers were friendly, kind, and super efficient. They went above and beyond to help me organize and pack up what needed to be cleared out. Ted and Damir did an awesome job. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Josh and Theo did really a good job helping me moving in. Fast, professional and good personality.

They're nice in-person, but they charged me for double the amount of storage my items actually took, have terrible online and phone customer service (as confirmed by several in-person employees), some of my items were damaged, and there are wildly expensive hidden costs everywhere . The company is a scam with a smile. DO NOT HIRE THEM. read more

Theodore and Damir were amazing. Super quick and easy to work with. Everything was handled with care as well.

everything is OK！They are careful with everything! Extremely careful and cautious. I will give them a five-star review.

What an incredible experience! My movers, Ted and Damir, were thoughtful and very professional. They were careful with all my belongings, and strategic while playing the packing game of tetris. I highly recommend and if you're able to request your movers, go with Ted & Damir! They're always fun to work with and have a great sense of humor :) read more

I love this company! They really saved me because I had to move out of my place but I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting a storage locker, renting a truck, getting people to held and vice versa. They do it all for you and are nice on top of that. The customer service people are very helpful as well. Just one word of advice make sure you have longer than your time window open because they were late when picking up. read more

Fantastic professional and courteous service. Vaughn was exceptional. Quick, efficient and informative. This is my second time using clutter. Once was to move house across the Bronx and the second was to take advantage of their pickup and drop off storage. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. read more

Stay away, it all sounds good in the beginning but then they get you. They even charge you for rescheduling even though it only states that you'll get charged a cancellation fee. You'd be better off storing your items in the basement. read more

Clutter - As you can see it doesn't say a rescheduling fee only a cancellation fee - Self Storage Near Me

I am beyond pissed at this company and hope they go out of business soon. Not only did they damage valuable pieces of furniture at the time of the move but they have STOLEN so many goods from us! I was just about to pack for the Holidays and see that my nice Tumi garnement bag never made it back home. My husband is still distraught about his Apple laptop that went missing. The list goes on and on! They are criminals like many other reviewers said and should be shut down! NO STARS!! read more

Worst experience ever!!! I generally don't leave bad reviews as I understand reviews are very important for small businesses. But I was left so stressed and disappointed by the movers who delivered our stuff that I am compelled to write this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN OTHERS. They will damage your items and will not compensate you. They broke a number of our expensive items, including a desk, a ping pong table, king size bed and caused the compressor of a relatively new refrigerator to fail after dragging it on its side above the stairs. A professional mover knows how to handle a refrigerator, but obviously not Clutter! Oh, and they left the house full of their wrapping blankets and bubble wrap that now I have to dispose somehow. WORST STORAGE COMPANY AND EVEN WORSE MOVING STAFF. read more

Worst moving company every, please trust the reviews. Hired two movers one truck one of the movers started throwing up In the middle of the appointment and they didn't stopped the clock, service line asked the guy to sit and wait for another guy whom arrived 3 hours later, they charged me for the time of all that read more

Run. Stay away from storing your goods at this location. They charge ridiculously high monthly rates for storage. And when you want to move out, they don't allow you to use any other moving or disposal service companies other than Clutter. You don't have any choice but to use their moving services. When we decided to pull all our goods from storage, they notified us one day prior to the moving date that they lost some furniture (how can you lose something that's sitting in your own storage location???). Save yourself from big headaches and trouble, moving is already stressful enough and you don't need to add more stress in your life from the moving service. The one good aspect of the company is their movers, who did the job well and provided great customer service. read more

They lost all my stuff. Only told me when I asked to retrieve it. Never store anything of value with them.

Stay far far far away from Clutter Storage and Moving!!!!! They are horrible!!!!! They charge you for coming to your house 579.00 without letting you know there's a pickup fee then charged for labor. They picked up my things on 7/8 and I scheduled a return of my things on 7/19 and they refuse to prorate my final bill claiming I not eligible for prorated rent because my things were not there for a month!!! Exactly so prorate my bill. Then they charged me another 579.00 plus labor on 7/19 to return my things. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! Then had the nerve to say we can give you a $100! Oh and my things were damaged by water! F$&k Clutter Storage!!!!! read more

NO stars. Fraudulent company. Lost a very valuable large item that should be impossible to lose and they are making NO effort to find it. They do not let you speak to anyone at the warehouse. You can omly speak to customer service robots speaking from a script. My guess is that these warehouses don't even exit. It's a scam and a sham. Do not use this company. Criminals. read more

Do not and I repeat!!!! Do not use this place. The customer service is what traps you! But the warehouse wrecked my items and some unrepairable. All they offered was $258 which is a $1 a pound for my items. A chair with legs so broken, I cannot repair it, a stand up mirror, dresser and nightstands damaged with holes. If you see good reviews, don't believe them. I did and I regret it. I could always speak with customer service but never the warehouse. The customer service department is a go between. If you value your items, do not use this place. If you care at all about your items, do not use this place. I only put 1 star because I had to. read more
