I felt so bad for all the stuff I had and the heat and they took it like champs and all had smiles on. I could not recommend this company and THIS TEAM more! I write this not as review but Thank You note…read more My Mother & brother had house fire that did not cause structual damage but caused us to have to move things out of house more quickly than usual. In only few short days I am able to arrange move from over 600 miles away. Ray, Jason Felix, Ceaser (movers), and Cheryl (at office) made what could have been a very stressful situation into one that I could be confident in and not stress over. I should add that I called over 35 movers in NJ and that ONLY All Jersey Movers were able to do move without having to do virtual tours which we did not have time for and other such nonsense that would take more time than we had to move belongings of Mother and brother. There was only my 78 year old Mother to meet movers and yet she said she felt safe, protected, and respected at all times by Ray, Jason, Felix, and Ceaser and that these movers went beyond and above professional standards. Mother now demands that I give them 10 stars instead of only 5 - but I give them 100 stars because they also called and assured me several times that move was going well and this is much appreciated because I am sick with disease that stress makes worse and also because of how well they treated my mother and how pleased Mother was. I would recommend ALL JERSEY MOVERS to anyone because of how professional and respectful that Ray, Jason, Felix, and Ceaser were to my mother Mrs Farmer during difficult move. I will also recommend because of how Cheryl at office make finnancial arrangements easy and also stress free. So - THANK YOU Ray, Jason, Felix, Ceaser, and Cheryl for all that you have done for my mother Mrs. Farmer. My Mother and brother Thank You and Mother is still over the moon about y'all and still talking about how good move went almost a week later. Job Well Done, Highly Recommended.Thank You.

Communication was easy and consistent, with no long delays between messages. They also offered convenient payment options, and their estimate was the most affordable and reasonable out of all the companies that responded. Guy and Miguel arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly and effortlessly. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical after seeing one negative review, but I'm glad I took the chance and chose this company. My experience was completely positive. I believe that when expectations are clearly communicated from the beginning, it helps everything go smoothly. I would absolutely use them again for any future moving or junk-removal projects. Thank you, Guy and Miguel!

BEWARE! My experience was extremely disappointing…read more I originally contacted this company for a junk removal job. I was initially quoted $500, and after several text exchanges, we agreed on $425. Before scheduling, I specifically asked him to come to my property to provide an accurate estimate. He declined and replied, "I wouldn't want to come unless I could do the work right then and there. If I could do it for $425, could we do the job tomorrow late morning?" Based on that conversation, I agreed. When he arrived, he immediately said the job was much larger than he anticipated and that it would cost an additional $200. I agreed to pay the original $425 that day and discuss the remaining $200 later. He asked if I would be home while the work was being done. I had planned to be there, but I was unexpectedly called into work. I texted him to let him know I wouldn't be home and told him I would send payment once the job was complete. Later, he sent me photos indicating the job had been finished. Trusting those photos, I immediately sent the agreed $425. When I later checked the property, I discovered the trash had not been removed. After I confronted him, he claimed the debris had been "re-dumped" onto my property because I supposedly hadn't paid--even though I had already sent the payment shortly after receiving the completion photos. He then charged me a $250 "re-dump" fee, offered to refund only $175, or said he would complete the job only if I paid the additional $200 he requested plus the $250 re-dump fee. That brought the total from our agreed price of $425 to $875. I feel the pricing changed repeatedly, the work I paid for was not completed as represented, and I was left feeling misled. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get a written, on-site estimate, keep all communications in writing, and do not pay until you have personally verified that the job has been completed.
