I came here with my friend and I ended up loving it. This place just opened a year ago and all of the girls here were so sweet. They put roses in the foot soak which was a really nice touch. Extremely poor service. They were able to get us in right away, which was the only good thing about this place. I don't like to leave anyone a bad review. But I felt I needed to as the service was horrible. The gentleman that did my nails did a horrible job. He huffed and puffed and gave such a bad attitude the whole time we were there. He almost seems upset. Worse of all, he didn't do a clean job on my nails. Looks like my 5 year painted them. Very disappointed as it wasn't a cheap place either. I'm shocked at how bad a nail tech in BH could be. I think his name was John, but I could be wrong. He filed 10 nails into different lengths and shapes (square, pointy, squoval, oval, angled to one side, and to the other, long, short, etc) I begged, "please just one length and one shape. A slightly filed version of what they were before." The tech got angry and was rude and impatient, making remarks with each breath. He violently filed my long nails into tiny pointy irreparable claws made for Halloween. Another customer agreed they looked messed up and her tech tried to fix them as best as she could. A horrible experience. The ladies there were nice and tried to do the right thing. The woman who did my pedicure was good too but unfortunately it was overshadowed by John's overwhelming negative energy. GO ELSEWHERE. read more

This place looks super cute and has good reviews on Yelp so I was pretty disappointed. I got a luxe pedi and a gel-x full set. First off I want to say my pedicure was AMAZING. The woman doing my pedi did a very thorough job and was very attentive. The woman doing my fingernails also did a decent job. I noticed she didn't cut my cuticles which is usually done at other places I've been even with getting tips put on, but we'll see if that affects anything down the line. The reason I'm giving such a low rating is because I am pretty sure the woman doing my fingernails blatantly overcharged me. When she handed me my bill for $88 (just for the fingernails!) I felt that was a little high, but thought maybe since I was in Beverly Hills that's the normal pricing here. After I left I looked up the pricing and unless I'm totally reading the thing wrong it looks like a full set (tips included) solar gel x was $65. I did not get any special designs or additions to my nails, it was just a basic one color. I felt that I was a little taken advantage of with the pricing, especially after looking at the "official" pricing after my service. If there was something I did that was an additional cost they never told me. Will not be going back because I won't trust that they're charging me the accurate amount. read more

In fairness this place let me walk in on a Saturday for a pedicure which I appreciate. I think the woman did a fine job on my toes (although they did end up chipping which I don't normally experience with gel polish). However, I was told when I asked that my basic pedicure would be $45, and then they tried to upsell me once I was in the chair. I refused, and when I went to check out the woman acted confused with the change and shorted me $5. I know it's not a lot, but I do have to say I believe the other reviews when they say they hide behind a language barrier and get the math wrong on purpose. $60 including tip for a gel pedicure later, and I don't think I'll be back just based on the principle. read more

Terrible!!! They don't accept Amex! ( I paid with Amex for the first time, and it was ok and next time, they said they don't take) They don't accept apple pay even they do have the machine! They charge extra if you pay with a credit card. You can't add the tip to the card, nor you can't pay the tip with a credit card! They only accept cash for tips, or you have to do Venmo! ( No!!!you can't pay for your treatment with Venmo, only tip with Venmo) They charge for everything... 10$ for Gel removal even though you are asking for a Gel Manicure treatment. They try so hard to sell you extra unnecessary treatments. This place is a total scam and very unprofessional. read more

This was honestly the WORST place I have ever been to and the nail technician dropped my PHONE into the water and not only didn't show any remorse but had us pay full price for an unfinished job.. I walked away with no color on a pedicure I paid full price for. They didn't even comp or offer anything after that happened.. I was honestly shocked. Horrible customer service & awful experience. Wanted to spoil my nieces but this place is extremely overpriced for the service you get. Do yourself a favor and get your nails done somewhere else especially if you want acrylics. Considering this is a new place and they're operating during a pandemic they have a great set up. The decor is super cute and everything is very clean which is most important right now. They have dividers on all the chair and leave every other chair empty so they're practicing social distancing even though the place is small. Prices are reasonable especially for the area. $40 for gel manicure but currently $32 with the 20% off promotion. I didn't get the name of the guy that helped me but I believe he's the only male working there. He did a great job and the hand massage at the end was really nice. Very disappointed. I paid $50 (not including tip) for a manicure and my cuticles weren't trimmed or pushed back; dried SNS powder was left all over my cuticles me under my nails; there was no hand cream or hand massage and the light blue polish I chose turned gray. read more

UPDATE: the salon called me to apologize and offered me a brand new set for free. Appreciate them reaching out to rectify! I will never go to this place ever again. I asked for an acrylic set with a design and they completely messed it up. They overbooked and then told me my design would look better without acrylics just so that the nail tech who did acrylics could tend to the other customer. The nails ended up very chunky, and they were unable to do the simple design I asked for. They did a pedicure which was pretty good and basic. But the manicure was awful. At the end they did not put lotion on my hands either and I had to borrow my friends hand lotion and moisturize myself. They also overcharged my friend for a fill. She asked for a fill, they messed up her design as well and then charged her $75 for it. I brought two of my friends and gave them more business and they were so rough her finger was bleeding. If you want a good nail spot, this is not the place. read more

I don't get my mani pedis as often as I'd like - so when I do, I'm looking for the best in terms of color selection, customer service and even guidance on what would look best on my nails. I got the Posh pedi and the gel x full set and couldn't be happier. Got a little nail art on my big toes and ring fingers too because it was all looking and feeling so great and I didn't want to leave. They were meticulous with everything. Seemingly nice place. And, although my toe nails do look beautiful. I cannot say my experience was positive. On two occasions the same manicurist cut my toe with her clippers. Ouch! Another time I left a generous tip (I used to work in the service industry and know how helpful this can be). The receptionist took my tip and when I asked where the bathroom is she literally took the tip and tossed it back at me and said, "Here, give this to her". Whether this was a miscommunication/ culture clash or not I found her to be outright rude and I will never return. read more

Came in today to treat myself to a Posh Pedicure ($65). Totally worth it! She took such attention to my nails and feet, and it included callus remover, paraffin and a 20 min hot stone masssage. She truly gave me a full 20 min massage and it felt so nice--no corners cut here! She took her time with my nails. Overall a great and relaxing experience and I will be back! read more

I loved the location and the fact that you can get free parking for 2 hours in the garage across the street! The place was also super cute and my pedicure was amazing and on point. Very close attention to detail and I felt very relaxed and pampered. My gel mani...not so much. It was super rushed and, as I had a sinking feeling would happen, began lifting on day 6; and I'm talking multiple nails were lifting. I'm the first to admit, I'm rough on my nails and I never expect them to last the full two weeks when I get them done, but not even the week mark! So disappointed. read more
