I have been going to this nail studio for a while!! Every time I go, I am greeted with such welcoming energy and the ambience is perfect just so that you can relax, and allow them to pamper you. Even picking out a nail color is a nice experience because the waiting area is just so aesthetically pleasing with a good playlist. I don't mind waiting also because there's a blue bottle coffee, a few stores down and other cafés. The receptionist and t nail techs are so patient and friendly, I tried to get my nails done with my baby , it was not our day. And even if I didn't work out, Anna was so understanding and welcomes me back when I can make it work. As for the the quality.... 10/10 long lasting never chipping gel nails , and as a nanny and a mom . Who is hard on her hands, your nails will hold up at least 3 wks sure with gel X ! I love Chi studio and I HIGHLY recommend as a girl that has been to the very best salons in LA and NYC . read more

You'll walk in and love the esthetic immediately! I got a posh pedicure and I loved the attention to detail and that they had the exact color I was looking for. Only thing that kept them from a 5 and please note I'm a nail snob. The towels weren't super hot, I like to feel the heat, they didn't offer me a water to drink immediately (I had to ask) and the water my feet soaked in cooled pretty quickly after they turn off the running water. I also love nice bathroom products- Jo Malone for the win! I can't wait to come back and try their Russian pedicure. I got a quote for a gel ex fill with design and it's was a bit pricey. read more

After receiving the message from Anna I decided to go back and give them another chance, like I mentioned in my first review I really wanted to love this place. I had a much better experience! My girl was very attentive and careful while working on my nails. She was precise with the cutting of my cuticles and the polish. She even redid a couple to insure it was perfect. The massage was delightful and the whole experience was very calming and relaxing. I definitely think this is a great place to go to if you're looking for a chic, clean, aesthetic nail salon. read more

I went to Chi Studio for a mani-pedi today and had a great experience with Logan who did a fantastic job with both. My cuticles are sensitive and I loved that he had a soft touch, not super aggressive pushing back and cutting the cuticles as many places I have gone to. I got the Dazzle Dry and it was clear he knew the process for this well. The atmosphere is also very serene and pretty, and parking on the street was easy. I think this will be my go-to place now. read more

I visited this salon because my regular nail salon was fully booked, and I needed an appointment before flying out. The salon itself is beautiful, and the customer service was warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of my manicure. Less than 24 hours after my appointment, a few of my nails broke. As someone who gets their nails done regularly, I expected much better durability and attention to detail. The application lacked precision, and the overall quality did not meet my expectations. That said, my friend had her nails done by Sarah, and they turned out beautifully. Based on what I saw, I would recommend booking with either Sarah or the owner if possible. Overall, while the salon has a lovely atmosphere and friendly service, I would encourage future clients to be selective about which nail technician they book with. I hope this feedback helps the salon improve its consistency because it has great potential. read more

Unfortunately, I tried a new spot closer to my house. It was more expensive than my previous, but they kept telling me it's for the experience and to be honest the experience did not allow me. The person that was doing my manicure had to double as the front desk and phone person so that was quite disruptive although she was very nice. And they probably would've come back and try it again except for the fact that my nails chipped within five days and it was gel so that should not have happened. read more

I've been coming to Anna (the owner) for a long time, and I'm so glad to see the salon just celebrated its one-year anniversary. Chi Studio has become my go-to peaceful spot, and it's one of the few places I never gatekeep because everyone should experience the level of care Anna brings. The staff is friendly, they listen, they deliver exactly what I ask for, and they're always on time. I love it here and definitely recommend it. read more

I came across this salon several months ago while looking for a place closer to where I live and now I come back very consistently, and I never used to get my nails done very often! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with warmth and care. It's also just so aesthetic in there and the vibe is cozy. My nails always EATTT and it's because the techs are very meticulous and give lots of care. I've also always been pretty sensitive with cuticle work and they are so attentive and gentle with them. Have to give a shoutout to Johnny my KING!!! He always gets me right! He is so skilled and does very great work. He literally healed my cuticle growth. I always get compliments on my nails because of him!! Luv you Chi Studio read more

I was drawn into getting my nails done here based on the aesthetic online and since I live in the Beverly Grove area, I thought it'd be a nice self care spot for the weekend! First things first, the front desk receptionist was very kind (a male), attentive and made sure I was taken care of quickly. I had Azusa do a regular Gel manicure for me and absolutely loved how my nails turned out. The ambience of this nail salon is relaxing and I especially like how each station is so spacious and individual. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service and it's such a convenient spot for me in town so I will definitely be back. read more

Anna helped me book out the studio for a pre-wedding celebration with 4 other girls and my dog. I've experienced great customer service here since I started coming here, but this was day was something else! Anna, Azusa, Jackie and team went above and beyond to make sure each girl was taken care of, relaxed, and prettied-up for the wedding. It was a real princess experience that I got to share with some of my favorite people. Thank you Chi! read more

My usual nail salon was unable to take me so I took the recommendation of a friend and booked at Chi and I'm so glad I did! I booked online and got a same day appointment. When I had schedule difficulties I just called and they were super accommodating which I really appreciated because I was (not to be dramatic) going to have a meltdown if I couldn't finally have some me time for self care that day. Anna greeted me and did my nails - fixing a broken nail with GelX and she did a great job on my manicure, perfecting the length and shape to exactly what I wanted. I am very happy! One thing I do love about this salon is that when they use the tools the dust doesn't fly everywhere - a nail dust vacuum sucks the dust down out of your face. This was also major for me since I was wearing a dress and didn't want powder all over it which is what inevitably happens at other places. Overall, I'd highly recommend a visit to this salon as it is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and the techs are friendly and the owner is sweet! read more

Chi Studio - Nail Salons Near Me - Los Angeles, California

You don't just go to Chi Studio. You arrive. You exhale. You remember what it feels like to be held, not just by space, but by energy. Tucked into Beverly Blvd like a secret the universe has been saving for you, Chi Studio isn't your average nail salon. It's a sanctuary of subtle luxury, intentional beauty, and soulful connection. From the moment we walked in, the world outside softened. The neutral tones, the elegant minimalism, the scent in the air... everything felt curated not for show, but for stillness. And then... we met Anna. By what can only be described as divine alignment (or the law of attraction doing its thing), we had the absolute gift of sitting in the chair of the studio's founder herself. And let me tell you, it felt like getting your nails done by your soul twin who also happens to be an elite artist and architectural visionary. Anna is warm light in human form. Her calm presence instantly puts you at ease. She's the kind of person who listens with her whole being and speaks in gentle frequencies that remind you you're safe, seen, and celebrated, even if it's your first time meeting. We came in for gel removal and gel manicures, but what we received was so much more than a service. It was an experience... grounded, graceful, and gorgeously detailed. Every brushstroke, every moment, every texture in the room radiated deep thought and care. This is a space born of purpose. You can feel it. It's intentional. From the creamy Jo Malone hand soap and lotion at the sink (a detail that sent me into a spiral of joy), to the complimentary cuticle oil pen gifted at the end (are you kidding me?!), it's abundantly clear: Chi Studio wasn't built on a whim. It was built on love. Love for beauty. Love for intentionality. Love for people. Anna, it's not just your talent that sets you apart (though your work is flawless). It's you. Your spirit. Your presence. Your kindness. Talking to you felt like reconnecting with a lifelong friend I hadn't met yet. And if the world had more humans like you in it, we'd all be softer, kinder, and more inspired. You are a treasure and joy to be around. Chi Studio deserves a feature in Architectural Digest, an HGTV segment, and a TED Talk on how to design a space that radiates soul. But until then, I'll just keep telling everyone I know: go. Go feel it for yourself. Because yes, the nails are perfect, but what you'll remember most is how this place makes you feel. read more

Chi Studio is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing--the space itself is clean, modern, and relaxing. I came in for a pedicure and the nail tech was kind and took her time with my appointment. However, I unfortunately won't be returning due to the cuticle work. During the service, the sides of my nails and cuticles were cut too deeply. It burned when my feet went into the water and again when alcohol was sprayed. I did ask her not to cut the sides of my nails, and she mentioned she would only do it "a little bit," but it still ended up being too much. It's now the next day and a few of my toes are still tender and sore along the sides from the cutting. While the service itself was otherwise fine, this experience made me uncomfortable and hesitant to come back. read more

I've been coming here for years and it's still my favorite nail salon in LA. I've gone to other salons from time to time - usually because I was going with a friend, needed a last-minute appointment, or they didn't have availability - but I always end up comparing the experience to here. The salon is incredibly clean and beautiful. Every time I sit here, I think about how I want my home to look like this place. The calm neutral aesthetic, comfy furniture, and relaxing atmosphere make it feel like a little escape. The quality of service is what keeps me coming back. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and consistently do a great job. If there's ever been an issue, they've always made it right and made sure I left happy. As a very chaotic, lastminute person, I also have to give them credit for how many times they've squeezed me in when I desperately needed an appointment before a trip, wedding, birthday, or other event. They don't always have room (because they're busy for a reason!), but they've gone out of their way to help me more times than I can count, and I genuinely appreciate it. The owner is an absolute doll--so sweet, welcoming, and clearly passionate about her business and her clients. You can tell she truly cares about creating a great experience and building real relationships with her customers. I've trusted them for weddings, bridal showers, bachelorettes, birthdays, vacations, and just about every special occasion over the years. And honestly, whenever I do end up somewhere else, it usually just reminds me why this place is my favorite. The quality, cleanliness, customer service, and overall experience are hard to beat. read more

Super clean interior really makes the ambiance. I really liked my Russian manicure; it's hard to find a good one but it turned out amazing.

Super amazing nail salon! So clean, everyone is so nice and the vibes are very cutie and relaxed!

The vibiest, cleanest, and most detail oriented nail salon I've been to! Jackie started my pedicure and she was really attentive and kept asking if the pressure and the water temperature was good. Then Anne did the color application, she did such a precise job, I'm so happy with it. What the girls listened to what i said and gave me exactly what I wanted, they educated me over the difference when between a dry Russian manicure or regular, they took their time with my service, their attention to detail was next level, I'm really impressed. my only wish was that they had a better selection of neutral colors. they told me they only opened last friday, this is such a great addition, I can't wait to come back here! read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes with no explanation. The technician barely spoke English, making it nearly impossible to communicate. A basic manicure took over an hour and 15 minutes, and it was obvious she did not know what she was doing. Slow, unskilled, and completely unprofessional. Total waste of time and money. I would never come back. read more

edit 2: Ok, back to 1 star. My cuticle became infected!! Now I'm taking antibiotics! This is unacceptable but also the sadly predictable result of the incredibly rough handling of my cuticles. I did appreciate the owner Anna's customer service but at the end of the day it doesn't make up for the fact her employees have caused me serious physical injury. edit: Anna called me to hear about my experience and make it right. I appreciate her proactive approach and her attention to customer service. For this reason, I've updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars. read more

I've been to Chi 3 or 4 times now and I can confidently say it's my new go-to nail salon. I drive from North Hollywood to visit Chi and it's more than worth it. I feel like there is more care taken with each mani than other salons I've previously called "home" in LA. I called and made an appointment about an hour before closing, and the owner was kind enough to accommodate me even with such short notice. The salon itself is beautiful.. It was clean, modern, and not cramped at all. The atmosphere was relaxed, with good music playing, and the owner even offered me a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. For my service, I got a regular gel pedicure with a design and was really pleased, especially since I didn't have a specific technician in mind. I wish I could remember her name because she did such a great job! Everything was clean and hygienic. She used all new tools and kept checking in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the shape, color, and style. I went with a simple black French tip, and a week later they still look great. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back! read more
