I live in the area and have driven by Chi Studio a few times and thought I'd give it a try. I went in on Tuesday for a pedicure and though I liked the treatment itself, the nail shape and paint job (I chose regular polish) wasn't quite to my standard. Jaquie came over after helping me check in and was able to clean things up and put me more at ease for the manicure appointment I booked for the following Thursday. I also received a discount for the inconvenience. After, she told me Debbie knows how to do a great regular French manicure and she was right! I went back today for my appointment and all expectations were exceeded! I like what I like when it comes to my toes and nails and you can tell Debbie just "gets it." The four of us (two technicians and two of us clients) at the manicure station socialized and chatted the whole time and it was fun and fully added to my experience! Especially since I felt bad about not loving my pedicure 100%. Thank you, girls for helping! I'll definitely be back. read more

I've just started going here to get my nails done and I'm really impressed with the Studio. Everyone who works there is really nice. It's clean, professional, and well managed. I appreciate that they're very courteous about your time and my appointment starts right on time. read more

I had amanda and she was super sweet. I had an early morning shift and my appointment right afterwards so I was super tired. I wasn't feeling super talkative and it seems like amanda respected that so I really appreciate it. I gave her an inspo pic and she did it in her own way which I really liked. She even hand painted the stars evens when I thought she was gonna put a sticker. I like amanda and the format of the store. Definitely will bring my sister with me next time for a birthday set! read more

Amazing pedicure by Pheo. The interior was stunning. I will definitely be back!!!!!!!!

Beautiful space, but I had an appointment and when I arrived was told the technician I had booked with was running behind. I asked how long my wait would be as I had another an appointment to get to after my nail appt. And I'd like the opportunity to pivot to another salon if they couldn't honor my appt ent. The receptionist checked with the tech and she said she'd get started on me in under 10 mins. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked for an update so the receptionist asked when I need to leave by and checked in with the tech I booked. At that point, my tech, still very much occupied servicing someone else, asked someone else to take my current manicure off. I am okay with this but would've loved to have the substitute tech start on me right away. As much as it's kind to ask when I need to leave by, I also don't appreciate a rushed manicure job because someone else arrived late. Now I'm just sitting. Over 27 minutes into my appointment time, the tech I booked with still hasn't started on me and is very much still in the middle of servicing her other client. I don't recommend this salon. If I had been 27 minutes late, I would not have been serviced and surely still would have been charged some type of fee. If appointment times can't be honored, they should look into taking walk-ins only. Too many nail salons in LA that will honor your appointment and offer comfortable service to go with this one again. I was very much looking forward to my appointment and am very much disappointed to be starting nearly 30 mins late and have my service be rushed. read more

I had the best experience at Chi Studio with Kira. Truly can't recommend Kira enough. She's extremely talented at bringing any nail art vision to life. She hand painted each flower with care and an eye for detail! I loved the vibe of the studio itself as well. Already booked my next appointment and I'm bringing my sister with me! Don't sleep on Kira and Chi. read more

What a pleasant experience! The loveliest greeting. Made an appointment same day and had gel mani pedi. The aero ice was absolute perfection. Azuza and Kat went above and beyond. Amazing job of cat eye nails... using a magnet. I have had gel nails/ toenails for a long time but I'd say never have in been more satisfied with an entire experience. The setting is bar none, top of the top ambiance. This isn't your average salon. It's a little pricier but well worth it. I will be back! Gorgeous everything. read more

I got my nails done probably two months ago. I got a gel manicure and was content with the results at the time. Looking back now and going to a different place I've realized that this place sadly isn't too good. My manicure was lumpy and it had little hair particles. I got my cuticle cut a couple of times and the gel didn't last too long. I spent around 100 dollars. I thought this was the norm until I went to a different place. read more

Let me start off by saying that I had the best pedicure of my life by Selena. The amount of detail she put into was unmatched...she would even continuously check in with me about pressure or if anything hurt. On top of that her sweet personality, she will be my go to. I didn't get a manicure here but I think next time o might do the Russian manicure. This place is insanely clean and the Aesthetics are to die for. This is my new go to spot. read more

All I can say is, WOW! I had my nails done with Kira (again) and couldn't be happier! Not only is Kira a kind and warm person, but she is a true artist. She took my inspiration photos and turned them into something unique and beautiful. Each of my nails was painted with painstaking detail and artistry- seriously, I feel like I have ten mini paintings of Giverny on my hands! I've never received more compliments than I have since I started regularly getting my nails done with Kira. And my nails have never been so healthy and happy!! I was recommended this place by a close friend and unfortunately didn't have a great experience the first time with the nail tech. However I decided to give this place a second try with a different nail tech and I ended up having Selena who was very attentive and kind. She makes sure that I'm getting what I pay for and making sure as a client that I am satisfied. She is full of good energy and I'm so happy to get my nails done by her !
