The owner, the people, the energy in there... you just feel taken care of. There's something about Noor where you walk out feeling a little better about yourself than when you walked in. I added an enhancement to my toe nail so they would be even and perfect, the extra enhancement broke before the night ended. Fair enough. Wasn't going to complain, it happens. Last night, not even a week since I got my full set my index finger broke off and I had to glue it back on with nail glue. I got my nails done March 6, broke by March 12 -- 6 days. Probably won't be back. Everyone was nice but I need my nails to hold up at leaaaaaaaast a week before my nails start breaking and looking funky, we pay too much money for half ass jobs.
