Huy and his wife, Jojo are both the kindest!!! Do a lovely job! Never disappointed. #HuyMyFav! For those complaining of prices I'd have to HIGHLY disagree!!! I've been to many salons in my days and this by far has average if not lower prices. Ann at the front desk is quiet, but always polite. The owner, Hanhsolo and Mgr Sonny constantly walk around ensuring clients are happy, satisfied or if they need anything. This is my 3rd yr here. I refer often and my referrals all have been just as pleased!! Thank you everyone at Palace Nails

I am pretty disappointed to write this review. I came in last Sunday (7/24) with my daughter for a kids mani/pedi and a shellac mani/pedi for me. They were pretty busy- but we had an appointment and had to wait for a little while, which is really not a big deal. My daughter was enjoying her experience and my pedi was great. But then my manicure came and was horrible. I reached out on Facebook because I didn't want to post a bad review but just got "thanks for letting us know". I am not sure if there is new management?? But this place used to be great and really took pride in their work. For the price my shellac mani should last more than a week but with how messy it was walking out I knew it wouldn't last. Polish was all over my cuticles- now a week later it is completely peeling off. Pictures are from when I first left (and what I sent on Facebook) and now 1 week later.

Sigh... I gave them another try and again was disappointed. The customer service is great but the nails were a disappointing. Last time I asked for a heart design and it was nothing like what I asked for. This time I asked for flowers and again wasn't happy so I asked her to file it off instead and just give me a French tip. When I got in my truck to leave I saw all the residue was left behind under the gel coating.

Went to get my nails done heard that it wasn't good but still wanted to try it was probably my fault that I went but my nails ended up terrible and now I have big gaps in my nails and the lady that did my nails messed up my acrylic really bad Ended up coming off that night and I was in so much pain when she was doing it she was filing my nails too hard and when she was pushing back my cuticles it really really hurts even when she was cutting my cuticles she cutting me several times to where she tried to wipe it but she didn't wipe good enough so I need having blood stains on my white acrylicsso

I've been coming to this nail salon for about a year now and always leave happy. Sometimes I make an appointment, sometimes I just walk in but I am always accommodated for quickly. I hardly ever have a tech that I am unsatisfied with. My last appointment I was with Nam. I am pretty direct with what I want and he was awesome, took his time and executed it. The drinks are also a plus. I always get the tropical and it's good every time! Much love for this nail salon and the hard work that they put into each and every set.

If I could give a ZERO to this place then I would be happy. I went on Friday to get my nails done and has been the worst service ever. My nails look horrible with the weirdest shape ever. Today is Monday and they are falling off. They also over charged my

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have gotten NAIL FUNGUS from this location TWICE in a year!!! The best part, the team talks about you in Vietnamese in front of your face and the OWNER gets on the phone to place blame on you! I was told "you haven't been in for 3 or 4 weeks" I HAVE GOTTEN MY NAILS DONE EVERY MONTH SINCE I WAS 15 years old- THATS 15 years. In FOUR STATES in MULTIPLE SALONS and NEVER EVER HAVE I had FUNGUS!!!! Twice in this salon location I get this nasty sh**T and they blame me. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I can promise you I WILL BE REPORTING TO STATE BOARD!!!

I came here while visiting a gal pal who live in the area. This is her go-to spot. I can see why... Aside from having a plenty of nail stations, they offer complimentary cocktails (there's an entire beverage menu), a small plate of seasonal fruit and a genuinely friendly staff. (The owner seemed to know many of the clienteles' names.) They offer a full menu of different mani/pedis, nail designs, chair massages ($1/minute), waxing, lash extensions, facias - and various spa packages. They also do group events and have a punch card offer. I walked away spending $80+ on a deluxe pedi, gel mani, 10-minute chair massage and tip... not bad!

I'm always nervous about trying a new nail salon when I'm getting tips or acrylic. The shape is just too important to me. However, John definitely did his thing on these nails! I got a dip full set + tips for $55. The dip set was $40 + $5 for tips + $5 for shaping (*eye roll* I hate when nail salons don't include shaping in the price.) + $5 to remove my gel. The process was lengthy, but worth it. I'm sure John was slightly annoyed by my frequent inspection of my nails (and I'm not sure if that played a part) but it was worth it! Also, they kept the mimosas coming lol. That's a plus! My mother got a pedicure done by Nicole and she said it was rushed and she nipped her cuticle.

A gem hiding in a strip center. My refill with shellac was completed by Tammy. She was meticulous, careful, and thorough. No cuts, no burns, fantastic shaping and great polish. Plus she did a cool feather design. Pricing very competitive with extra perks including arm massage, fun cocktail, and fresh fruit. Next was my deluxe pedicure by Hannah. (Personal preference to do these separately). She too was extremely gentle, while being thorough. The shaping was great, massage relaxing, and my heels are in much better shape. Plus- she polished a beautiful finish. Again, competitive pricing. Highly recommend this nail palace!

The first time I came here it was great. It has gotten progressively worse, every time I've come. This was my fourth and final time coming. Just paid $45 for a gel fill and $60 for an organic pedicure. Neither was good but the full was the worst. On the pedicure, I did not get my full massage. You're supposed to get 15 min foot and 5 min shoulder. I don't like the shoulder massage and told the tech I didn't want it. Every other time they've tacked that 5 minutes on to my foot massage for a total of 20 minutes. Not today. Today, I didn't even get the full 15 min. I got about 10 minutes. Also, I only got one coat of polish. I asked if I'd get two coats. The tech said "yes" , then put the topcoat on. I can only assume she thought she did two coats. However, she only did one. I can see my nail bed through the polish. The $45 full is the messiest I've ever seen. My nails are all uneven and all a different shape even though I asked her to even my nails out and I showed her a picture of the shape. There is polish all over my nail beds and on my fingers. This is gel polish. I had to ask her to redo one of them because it was so bad. I'm just dealing with the rest. I won't be back. It's too expensive for shoddy work. The pinkish nail photo is the shape/length I requested. They Grey nail photos are my nails.

2nd visit, easily made appt. w/ Nicole for a new set, to include soaking off my current nails. I got there a few minutes early, waited maybe 5 min. before I saw Nicole and she waved me over. I had a picture of what I wanted to try...I'm still trying to find a shape I like. She immediately got to work, but only did a fill. Not sure why and I was a little pressed for time, so I went with it. I love this shape and Nicole did a great job! Her attention to detail on the shaping is great, I enjoyed watching her work! But... There are a few things that miss the mark.... First visit, completely changed the shape, although she fixed it. Then my accent nail on one hand didn't get the top coat, so the metallic polish rubbed off within hours. Second visit, no new set as scheduled. All of these are little things that really don't bother me, but add up. Especially when a fill costs 65 bucks with a 10.00 tip! That seems high to me actually, now that I think about it....hmmmm. I'll still go back, Nicole was great! Highly recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Did I mention LOVE!! This place is a gem!! I cannot brag enough about Palace. The nail artists are incredible, well trained and extremely friendly. The truly are there to ensure your experience is relaxing. Fabulous pedicures at all price points and working massage chairs Full bar tops off the experience! From your basic white wine to delicious mixed concoctions!! I recommend the coconut cloud martini... it's heavenly. Can I just say I first found this place just looking on yelp! Then it turned out my old nail tech from 2 salons ago was there! But this place is amazing! Not only do you get fresh fruit as soon as you are seated, you get a wide array or beverage choice including some yummy cocktails (try bahama mama or coconut martini) to choose from. But FYI they are not shy with the alcohol, so if it's a refreshment and relaxation you are looking for this so the place to do! In addition, the color choices whether it be dip, gel or regular polish is outstanding!! I literally drive 30 minutes just to make it here because yes, they are that good! And I must must must give a shout out to Kelly! She's my nail tech and if you are looking for someone who is meticulous and wants your nails to look perfect, she's your gal! read more

This was my first time coming to Palace Nails Bar, and my experience was terrible. I came in for a signature pedicure, which is a standard pedicure with polish. I had booked an appointment ahead of time and had ONLY booked the pedicure because that was the only service I wanted. When I arrived, Loan asked if I wanted a manicure and I politely told her no. She then proceeded to ask me if wanted to do gel on my toes, and I told her I just wanted polish. She then told me polish is bad and I should do gel. I understand that polish doesn't last that long, but I only came in for a casual spa day and didn't want to pay an extra $20 for gel since it wasn't a special occasion or anything. During my pedicure, she continued to ask if I wanted gel and even went so far to ask why I didn't want it. She was very pushy and I found it extremely rude. By the end of my appointment when she was helping me put my flip-flops on, she bumped both of my big toes and didn't bother fixing them. Additionally, when I returned home I noticed my cuticles looked horrible. She did add the cuticle remover solution, but didn't bother removing/pushing back my cuticles. Overall a disappointing experience. read more

So excited! Was a client of Steve's when he was at sky nails and recently had horrible experiences over there. Found Steve's New place here at Palace Nails and couldn't be happier!! These ombré nails are on point. Dip nail color on my natural nails and they are so perfect. They aren't all super thick and caked on to look fake but instead they are high quality and the most natural nail look I've ever had! Phillip did them and he was a doll. Highly recommend this place! Steve's professionalism and perfection shines in every aspect of his business. Soooo happy I found him by chance! ***update*** it's been two weeks and my nails STILL LOOK AMAZING. My family has been going there (4 of us) plus we have invited friends for over 8 years. Use the same people each time. Have always loved the pedicures, we always make an appointment, however, we always have a wait time- sometimes 15 minutes no big deal but sometimes longer. We never minded. Heidi, Winny and Mark are great. I used to have my nails done by Oui, I stopped getting them done several years ago and decided about 3 months ago to get them done again. I chose to do a full set and Oui was busy. No problem, I had them done by someone else. I am paying for this so I should be happy with the product- first set was great, came back and the refill was too thick so I asked for them to fix it. Now, 2 months later I made an appointment with Oui and he says he is uncomfortable working on my nails. We will not be going back. I believe it is unprofessional and rude. I am a paying customer and I had one problem and asked for it to be fixed in all of my 8 years of doing business with them. read more

BEST mani-pedi EVER!!! I got the deluxe pedi and herbal mani. So relaxing!! This place is professional, clean, and very relaxing. Min gave a great neck massage and Nicole did a great job at on my scary feet! Just wonderful! I can't wait to come back! The pedi chair was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a Diet Coke ( they offer an extensive, tempting menu of beverages both alcoholic and no alcoholic). The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient in explaining the different manicure and pedicure services they offer. The color selection is vast and up to date with the seasons latest colors. I really enjoyed myself. Very relaxing and refreshing. I can't wait to treat my mom to a salon day here. read more

The service here is pretty terrible. Nina has been the best so far and an older gentleman. A lot of their employees are VERY passive aggressive and seem to cater better service to a certain demographic! Last time I came here was for my college graduation nails in December , I got a manicure with dip and pedicure. The guy that did my nails literally only dipped my nails in the powder and called it a day. No cleaning of cuticle or any of that. It was a very special LONG day for me so I really didn't feel like complaining and just brushed it off because I wasn't going to let him ruin my special day. It's clear as day who they want their business from and it's definitely not from POC!!! read more

Palace Nails is my new favorite nail salon! Very clean and professional! I went with a girlfriend and they were able to accommodate us last minute. Once we were seated, we were immediately offered fruit and refreshments. Kathy was my nail technician and was so keen to the detail of my gel mani. My last gel mani didn't last long because the nail tech pushed the get to my cuticle and it lifted. Kathy's gel mani was perfect! I can't wait to go back and get the dip powder mani! read more

Chopshop Enjoying the day out with my sister, we decided to get mani/pedis at a shop near her neighborhood. They were they attentive and had us set up within the first 10 minutes of arrival without an appointment. My sister was getting a full set and I was getting simple mani/pedi. The lady doing my sisters nails messed up a few times and had to start over to get them correct. The lady doing my nails was nice, but cut me several times while doing my manicure. She apologize in which I said it was fine, but while doing my pedicure felt some pressure on my left big toe and wasn't concerned at the time. Felt soreness throughout the rest of the day and a nagging feeling throughout the next day only to discover swelling and bleeding around the cuticle area. I've been getting mani/pedis for years and never experienced this type of issue and disappointed this happened. I see my doctor Tuesday and hopefully this isn't a major issue. read more

So amazing! Definitely my go to nail salon. I have a set appointment, typically every 3 weeks. The staff are very prompt with appointment times. They also do the best quality work around! I just moved here in December and have been TRYING SO HARD to find a nail salon that was consistent with their work, and BOOM...palace nails bar is JUST that! Amber and Loan did an amazing job! I asked for an almond nude with chrome and amber knew exactly what to do! Loan was so kind and did an amazing job with my pedi. Couldn't recommend them enough! Will definitely be scheduling any future appointments with them both!! read more

I needed a salon that would take me as last minute walk-in on a Saturday, get me in and out quick, while doing quality work and not making me feel rushed AND be patient with my 5 year old son, who tagged along. This place was so accomodating!! The owner and everyone was soooo friendly. On the way out, my son accidently stepped on my toe...*cringe*, the owner reacted so quickly and I was out with a fix in no time. All the other nail salons in this area suck in regard to quality and service...this one takes the cake! Take all my money, please!! read more

I've been going to Palace for the last 4 years. I've always enjoyed my time however, the last 3 visits have been different. I understand that they are busy but I always book an appointment and have still had to wait 20+ minutes. I feel like services are rushed now. The nail techs are very nice but the experience has definitely changed recently. read more

Absolutely horrible service. This place was highly recommended to me by some friends that live in the area, tried it out and wish I went somewhere else. They rush everything and don't listen to you. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I asked the managers name and whoever was up there at the time wouldn't give me it. Please find somewhere else to go to if your looking for a nail salon! Don't give this place business. read more

If you come here just keep in mind this place is pricey. I paid $100 for basic powder full set short nails and basic pedicure with just polish. I decided to try this nail shop after seeing the great reviews. I got a refill with shellac and an eyebrow wax. The very best day the shellac began peeling off! Throughout the week the shellac chipped/peeled off multiple fingers. read more

I have found my new nail salon! I was extremely impressed with the service and appearance of this salon. I came in on a Friday without an appointment to get my nails, feet, and eyebrows done. I am very skeptical about nail salons in general. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and taken care of in a timely manner. The salon is beautiful and has ample seating and lots of nail colors to choose from. They have a bar in the middle of the salon and serve complimentary drinks of your choice. My pedicure and full set came out perfect. My eyebrows did as well. I loved that they took their time will all three of my services and made sure to check in with me at the end to see if I was satisfied. I will be coming back here quite often. read more

BEST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD YET. Louis and Katie are a mani and pedi dream team! Seriously Louis did my fingernails and somehow transformed my 'man-hands' into a delicate feminine masterpiece. He shaped them perfectly. I'm picky too and haven't been satisfied anywhere else I went. They both actually talked to me to and were full of jokes and very welcoming, different than most nail techs that are non communicative. Katie gave a great lengthy massage on legs. It was just really nice and I will definetly come back! Great bahama mamas too. read more

I got 2 mimosas during my manicure. They were super busy as soon as the doors opened but I had called ahead so it wasn't an issue. Two nails broke within a week of getting them done, but it might have been my fault as my nail beds were tiny. They fixed them at no cost. read more

Louis did an amazing job!! I'm a huge perfectionist and almost always find something wrong with my nails... not this time. He really paid attention to detail and did exactly what I wanted with the shape. Clean place, everyone was super polite, Louis was gentle with my nails, and he didn't knick my cuticles once with the drill. Give this a place a try- you won't be sorry. read more

I loooooove this place. Cookie did my dip nails in 45 minutes. The quickest service ever. My nails are still going strong and it's been a few weeks. I wanted to wait to write the review depending upon how well the nails held up. This place has a full bar. You can get a mimosa, margarita, Bloody Mary, or wine. The atmosphere was nice and clean. The people were friendly. I didn't have to wait a long time for service. This will be my new nail shop since I am no longer in The Woodlands. read more

I didn't even get my nails done and this place was horrible. I did a walk in and the wait to get a nail tech wasn't long at all. When she walked up, she had a little bit of an attitude as if I was almost bothering her by being there. I went to the back and say down at her station and when I showed her what kind of nails I wanted, she started listing off all kind of numbers to where the total came out to be over $65. How are you going to charge someone $5 for a coffin nail shape?! Really?! When I said that was insane and not to worry about it, she had an attitude and said fine and walked off. The lady at the front of the salon looked at me as I was walking out and was snotty when she said "Bye then." Yeah, will not be returning to this place and will NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who asks. I've known the owner of this place for many years and I will be letting him know how I was treated today. I'm sure he would be upset if he knew that his employees were treating his customers. read more

My first time going to a nail salon and I don't think I will go anywhere else! I LOVED this salon. They showed me all they offered, helped me choose what exactly I was wanting since it was my first time and I couldn't have asked for better! They were so patient and we'll worth the $45. I use to love coming here but after my last visit I don't think I'll be returning. I went in for a fill it and 3 nails have already broken. I spent 55 dollars for a fill and nail repair on one of my nails. That was on the 3rd by Friday the 8th the nails were just coming off with everything I did stuff that wouldn't even cause a nail to break. Now it's the 13th and the nails are breaking with anything and everything I do. My dip nails usually last me 3-4 weeks. I think it's time for me to find a new nail salon sad because I really did enjoy going there. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for several months now and can't imagine going anywhere else. They always do an amazing job and their customer service is great! I just left the salon and couldn't be happier with my nails. Louis gave me a beautiful full set and I was only there for 40 minutes! I couldn't believe how quick and how well he did my nails! Love visiting this salon every few weeks!!! read more

This is the first time in about 10 years that i get a full set of nails and i am so dissapointed. My left hand was done slowly and my right hand was rushed thru. She cut my nails and didn't check if they were the same length, and have me attitude when I asked her if she could file them when I noticed. They were supposed to be ombre, but some of them are missing gold at the top or are completely covered in it. Also, I said not square but not completely round, and as you can see in the picture, they are square. I am not coming back, not even to get a refill. I am very dissapointed, as this was the first time in years I get a set and i am trying to stop biting my nails due to anxiety issues. read more

Heidi's work and this was her fixing her very poor job at a simple full set. I didn't take a picture of the original because I was so upset. I thought by calling and complaining she would correct her mistake but this was the result of that. On top of her not correcting her mistakes. She was so condescending. I am not the type to make a scene or be rude so I didn't say anything to her and simply left. This was my third visit, 1st time they had two very nice gentleman working the counter both very nice. Heidi did my nails that time and honestly she didn't do a great job but it was decent and this salon is on my home from the hospital so it's convenient. I went the second time and I had the nicest lady ever, she did an amazing job, she was nice and kind. We talked about our kids and weekends plans. I hate that I forgot her name. This third time I called and asked if they knew the lady on my second visit they couldn't give me a name so I requested Heidi because I really needed my nails done. My appt was on Friday after work. I'm not sure if she was overwhelmed with her day but from the start I should have left. 1st. she picked out the length. I told her I didn't want them long and asked her to cut more she said don't worry I still have to file down. I let it be. 2nd as she was applying the acrylic she was basically just plastering it on. She didn't brush it correctly as you can see lumps nor did she file with the machine long to shape correctly. She was falling asleep while working. Then I'm not sure if Heidi is the owner or lead but she is very demeaning towards the other ladies. One tech was giving her client a pedi and they were having a good conversation Heidi said something in their native language causing the lady to no longer talk to her client. I was unhappy with her, her work and how rude she was to her co-worker. I went to pay and even have her a tip because again I'm not that client. She spent a good amount of time on me even if her job was horrible. When I called the next day to complain I spoke to Mary. She said I go Sunday and have Twee the best tech they have to correct Heidi's mistakes. Made the appointment, arrived and Mary went to check with the tech and then came back to tell me that it was Heidi's mistake and she should fix it. I said ok I didn't have a problem I just wanted them fixed. and this is the result of her fixing her mistakes. I really thought I found my new nail salon. I wish they offered a picture selection with names. No name tags and it's hard with masks to remember anyone these days. But Heidi is unforgettable. read more

I only have good things to say! Christine did my nails and Heidi did my toes. They were both very patient with me. Being in the beauty industry, I know how frustrating it can be having a client bringing in pictures and being like "this is what I want", which is exactly what I did lol. Christine was very patient and recommended the best way to get the look I wanted, and she did an awesome job. Heidi was very gentle on my feet, I'm extremely sensitive, but also gave me the best leg massage I've ever had. I felt so relaxed, and at ease. I will definitely be coming back. Everything was very sanitary, the massages were great, my techs were amazing, and my nails are exactly what I wanted! read more

I've been here several times since my last review, and I've been very happy with my nails. I have thin nails, and I think it was just bad luck that some of my powder dip nails cracked before. Since then, I've been telling the girls that my nails are thin, and they've been putting an extra coating to add strength to them. The staff is always very polite. I love the drinks and fruit add well. read more

I had really high hopes for this place. I think everyone may be a bit excited about the FREE DRINKS AND FRUIT. Although those are definitely great perks, I prefer a good pedicure!! The services were just ok...nothing to write home about. The tech was rushed and did not do a thorough job with the pedicure. Also, most shops carry the regular polish to match the shellac colors; this shop does not. They try to match your shellac with the closest regular OPI color...it was a fail. I feel like I paid for the drink and fruit. By the way...I opted for water and not an alcoholic beverage. So, I feel like the price of the drink is rolled up into the services because their prices are definitely higher than other nail salons. I think I'm going to try my luck at the Palace Bar off of Hwy99. I'm not sure if they are affiliated or not. But it offers some of the same amenities. I just hope for a better service experience. read more

I'm currently on day 6 and my right eye only has a few lashes left while my left is full and luxurious. Not sure what happened on my end but I'd suggest not getting lashes done for an event unless you give yourself a full 4 days to see how your lashes take.

Updated! Steve the owner was wonderful and contacted me about my bad experience. I was able to make it in today for Jennifer to completely redo my nails, at no cost. They look absolutely amazing and I am so happy! I would definitely recommend Jennifer! I had looked on yelp for some help picking a place to get my nails done for my wedding. With all the great reviews I thought I couldn't go wrong. I got an acrylic set to hide my broken and discolored nails from being a hair stylist. Well there are huge gaps in between the acrylic nail and my real nail. I mentioned 3 times to the lady working on my hands and she never attempted to fix it. I also showed the last upfront when paying and she told me she could ask the lady working on me to fix it. I explained I already did that, and didn't want to go back to her. I left with sad nails, 2 cuts on my cuticles, and over $70 down the drain. I won't be back. I only have 2 stars because the woman working on my pedicure did a great job. And we were offered drinks and snacks. Overall great atmosphere, but such poor quality work from at least one worker. :( read more

This place was absolutely amazing. My husband brought me here as an early mother's day gift for a mani/pedi and wax and I was incredible impressed. Not only did they offer me a free drink and a free plate of watermelon slices, they also gave the same to my husband, even though he wasn't getting any treatments. They even let him sit in the massage chair next to me and use it for the entire three hours I was there. Minh was great with both my mani/pedi and my face wax. She was friendly and efficient. I have been to a lot of nail places over the years and this was by far the best. The atmosphere is nice and serene, the music was 80's pop which was fantastic, and not once did any of the stylists talk to each other in a different language making me feel like I was being talked about. All the tools came in their own sterilized package from the autoclave or were one use only and went straight into the trash when she was done. As a 7 month pregnant woman this was just the treat I needed for my sore aching feet! Thank you Palace Nails Bar! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVED! The lady who did my pedicure was so polite and understanding! I don't remember her name, she was the only lady with headphones on & short hair! The other lady who did my nails understood exactly what I wanted and I absolutely will be coming back to her for my nails! Price is just right! Not over priced and not cheap, just perfect! I am truly satisfied with their customer service, anything that they do or you ask for i like that they tell you upfront how will it will cost.
