I've visited this med spa before and had my lips done without any complaints. I've asked questions…read moreabout other treatments in the past and have always been respectful, professional, and easy to work with. This review isn't coming from emotion just based on facts and experience here. I recently called to ask about the VI Peel Purify with Precision Plus and was quoted $220. I even mentioned that I'd had a bad experience at another med spa where I was given an off-brand peel, so I was being extra cautious. I clearly asked for that exact formula, repeated myself multiple times, and wrote down the quote immediately in my appointment notes. A week later, I followed up, only to ask what I needed to avoid before the peel. That's when I was randomly told the price was actually $310, and that I had misunderstood. I had not. My communication was direct and specific from the beginning. When I calmly expressed the experience was frustrating given the back & forth with them, and offered a very fair compromise, $60 off, I was told I was "too nervous" and that no discount would satisfy me. That was both false and patronizing. I never raised my voice, never demanded anything unreasonable, and still expressed interest in keeping the appointment. Instead, they chose to cancel and try to frame me as the problem. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first uncomfortable experience. During my previous visit, I casually asked the injector about smile lines. I said nothing else, but she pointed out jowls. something I hadn't mentioned at all. Her tone came off more critical than constructive, and it left me feeling picked apart instead of supported. I also downloaded their app, which clearly stated I had $50 off my next treatment. When I brought it up, I was told I couldn't use it. The pattern I experienced: A quoted price that suddenly changed, Gaslighting language to avoid responsibility, Undermining comments that felt personal not professional, Advertised rewards that weren't honored. It's clear this business isn't used to women advocating for themselves without backing down. We Clients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect, not vague pricing, shifting explanations, or dismissive attitudes when we speak up. Be careful if you plan to visit! Edit to respond to owner : and yes, as usual, you are not taking accountability, pretty pathetic for a business owner and dangerous too, it's like a toddler running a business. Do not respond to me again.

I'm not sure that they offer this, but this would be a great place to have a private girls self care party! I loved the fact that they have a station for you to pin your hair if you forget to do so. The branding is amazing. Ms. January is such a delight! I typically am quiet during facials but she gives this friendly calming vibe. Trust me...she is a professional and knows her stuff! I swear that she knows how to give a relaxing facial massage, I literally felt my sinuses open up. I appreciate that they do not sell you on items when you leave!!!! Also, the tip is included in your price!! The owners are very friendly and provide exceptional hospitality. I can't wait to return.

Summary: I have been looking for a great new place for botox and for whenever I need a refresher…read moreand I really hoped this will be it. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience regarding my results nor their "guarantee" I will not be returning. Value: This place isn't by far the most expensive but because I did not have good results and additionally I was advised and did more units than I have before I was pretty dismayed. I spent the most I've spent in a long time on botox and didn't get a good and complete result. I came back in for the 3rd visit after I had an additional amount of units on the 2nd visit. Nothing was done and it doesn't seem like there really was any guarantee at all as the line were still there with no futher treatment. It was a waste of my time and honestly I could have sent a picture for them to tell me oh you get what you get and to further recommend me more skincare products. : ( Service: For your 1st visit they want you to sign a waiver for taking your pictures specifically on this waver it says that they have control of these photos and they can be used for a variety of broad purposes. When I did not feel comfortable signing that they verbally said that what was written was not correct and they only use it to guarantee the work. I told them I still did not feel comfortable signing as that was not what was legally presented to me. If that is the case the document needs to be changed. The front desk lady seemed quite annoyed by my response visibly but the technician was OK with it and I let her take photos. Sales: pushed for membership and products, thankfully not too aggressively but brought up each visit. Location: Shared lot not great but usually you can find something. Owell I can't recommend.

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE…read more I had gyno since I was 10 & wanted it removed for so long. I went here to get the surgery and she pushed me into her recommendation of liposuction around the nipple that she said would remove everything. She examined the gland under my nipples and still pushed her surgery recommendation. I followed through and it did absolutely nothing for me. I paid over $3000 to this place to fix something that has always bothered me and she basically made it worse and more noticeable. The staff also upsold me on sleeping pills that were absolute garbage. The most unethical medical staff I have every encountered. They only care about what fills their pockets and not the client themselves. Go anywhere else but here. The worst med spa ever.

I highly recommend any skincare treatment by Shannon! This was my first time having a Hydra Facial…read morewith her (3rd one ever). She said she trained with a dermatologist, which is quite evidant in her vast understanding of skin and how different products impact it. She started with a lymphatic drainage device which I've never had done before. I'm in healthcare so while trying to relax, was geeking out internally at the precious of her anatomical knowledge and her indepth explainations of physiology! I like that she did not push products on me, but instead explained on how to take care of my skin from the inside out.  The owner, Dr Jamil happened to be there, he was kind enough to take me back for a quick consult and explain the BR product line in depth along with my concerns. Ally at the front desk is super sweet, knowledgeable and honest in making recommendations based on your needs.   I am so happy with my experience here. Booking is super easy, parking is convenient, all the staff is kind and above all the place is clean and well maintained. I would probably go more often if there was a membership option.
