I am not big on writing reviews, but my recent experience with EFC Medspa is worth sharing. I absolutely love that place! When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest staff that made me feel like I was family. I was taken to the treatment room right on time, and was seated in the comfiest chair (think memory foam or a cloud;) The esthetician, Sarah, is educated and experienced (relief!), and has the sweetest bedside manner. As she prepared for the doctor, she answered my many questions about services and products, and helped me form a treatment plan to take some of these years off, yay! Enter Dr. Kiss, who is professional, yet super chill and personable:) We discussed my health history and goals, as he examined my areas of concern. I was already sold at this point, but the actual service and outcome are what inspired me to write this review. Their attention to detail, preciseness, and little "extras" were beyond impressive. The effort this team put into making sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I came for was amazing. I promise you, I have never received this level of care before. They go above and beyond. I've had several treatments here including IPL and Resurfx laser treatments, as well as Botox. Every time is an amazing experience. The staff are always friendly, I'm always greeted with a smile and made to feel at home. Lasers aren't supposed to be a relaxing experience but let me tell you, I barely felt any discomfort at all. I sat back, closed my eyes, and before I knew it, I was done. And the prices are very affordable. With all the medspa competition in the Houston area, you won't be paying ridiculous amounts of money to look great. If you're looking for a medspa, this is the place to go! Had my first Laser Hair Removal Treatment ever at EFC MED SPA. As soon I walked in Ms. Rosy greeted me with a heartwarming smile. The décor is amazing ! As soon as I finished the new patient paperwork I was put back into a room very quickly. Dr. Kiss was very nice and explained the process of the Laser Hair Removal. After that, it was Laser Hair Removal time! The treatment process was quick and painless! I was out in less than 30 minutes. I will be going back for my next treatment soon! read more

Professional, amazing medspa and I couldn't be happier with my results. I went in for laser hair removal and am now getting IPL and resurfacing done as well. Amber is amazing and so is Rosie and Dr. Kiss they are all very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about all of the Services. Being a long time waxer I was hesitant to do laser but I am happy and will hopefully never have to wax again after I am done with all of my treatments. Hair be gone! read more

EFC Medspa is awesome, the atmosphere is always relaxing. The staff is amazing, very knowledgeable and they always make sure I'm as comfortable as possible. I have had treatments with Amber and Rosy both and they are both knowledgeable, fast and thorough. Beautiful facility! My IPL photofacial led to multiple compliments on my skin the next couple of days following the facial. It was painless as were my laser hair removal in a couple different areas. I had received a chemical face peel recently and really enjoyed my experience overall. My face looks and feels great. The ladies made me feel at ease, as I had never had a chemical peel before. I've been to a few places for botox before but this place was great. So professional and the doctor does the injetions! He really took his time to explain everything and even used this new device to buzz my pain away. I loved that they didn't try to oversell me either.
