I tried submitting for a refill with my pharmacy for a medication and it kept getting denied so I called the office and left multiple messages without so much as a return phone call. I finally was able to get through to an operator, who explained to me that since Dr. Broussard is recently no longer there, I need to see a new doctor on staff to get my medication refilled. Why couldn't someone have just told me that to begin with??? Is it really so hard to make a simple phone call? Dr. Broussard was the only reason I was going, because's she's great, as the staff tends to be rude and the practice over-bills insurance companies to see what they can get away with. Don't waste your time with this place.
