No they do not use insurance, which is a good thing because it actually means that their real doctors, "getting to the root", and actually care about you as an individual. Insurance is just another form of "big brother" controlling, and as we all know, Big Pharma does not want you to "get to the root" of your concerns, because if you ever did, you'd be healthy, and they can't have that! Dr B spent over an hour with me, first time, and she is amazing. When's the last time that your allopathic doctor spent an hour with you, and was concerned enough to want to know why things were going on with your body? The manager then personally called me back, told me it was in stock, and instructed me to come into the store. I made the trip specifically based on her word, only to arrive and find that the product was not there. The manager knowingly wasted my time, blatantly misrepresented the situation, and handled the matter with an unacceptable level of rudeness and disregard. A simple, truthful answer would have been sufficient. With multiple competitors in the area, there is absolutely no reason to tolerate this level of customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
