The price is slightly higher than other places but them having several locations across the US makes it worth the investment. They offer financing options as well which make it more manageable if you don't want to pay full price up front. The ladies that perform the laser are extremely nice and patient. They make you feel comfortable even thought they might be doing uncomfortable areas like the bikini area for example. This place is close to my house and makes it easy to pop by for my appointments and they work around your schedule as much as they can. The receptionist is also very kind. I've done my underarms, face, chest, back, legs, bikini area and every time I've been there they treat me extremely nice and make you feel as it was your house.

The only drawback is the price, which might be less at my dermatologist's office, but they have a payment plan here that gives you 0% interest if you pay it off within 2 years. Also I have spent quite a bit here for one thing or another and except for the semaglutude shots other treatments haven't been great. I also notice the owner is quite hostile towards other negative reviewers, each and every one. Reviews are supposed to be used to improve the services you provide, if you need to do an in service on your vastly new staff you do that. When your NP had poked me 8 times and couldn't get my IV, I was patient (I am a RN myself), and let the pink haired blue truck, now has left lady only start my IVS. The laser hair removal like someone else has said is in effective, I have successfully done that treatment elsewhere but I quit coming for those and have more treatments I can donate to someone that wants to waste their time. I wanted to ask to see a different NP this last time Because I felt the last visit wasn't good but again am all for giving people chances. I had my appointment on the 23rd for semaglutude and pharmacy didn't get it until may 31st when I called wondering why I didn't get the meds. Amman don't fight reviewers. Work on your staff. These e meant to help you. Also the Botox service I received from a different American spa was much better but they're not in my area this spa is down the street from me but I'll have to look around now for a better place.

Given the fact…read morethat I have a budget for self-care treatments, I called and asked for a price before booking anything. The receptionist responded to my question with, "well, what have you paid in the past"? I asked again and she said I could come in for a consult for the price information. What kind of response is that? I don't want to come in for a consult, and waste my time or yours, if the price is higher than I want to pay. There are many good med spas in the area with competitive prices and I would have given this place my business if they would have just given me the information I asked for instead of playing games.

In my experience, infection control and cleanliness did not appear to be taken seriously. I observed treatment beds not being changed between clients, HydraFacial and DiamondGlow tips being reused rather than replaced after each client, and the office itself appeared unclean. I also had serious concerns about whether everyone performing aesthetic treatments had the appropriate licensing or qualifications. Another thing potential clients should be aware of is that many of the recent positive reviews appear to have been posted by employees, which gives what I believe is a misleading impression of the business. Please do your own research before booking. Ask who will be performing your treatment, verify their credentials if that's important to you, and don't let heavily discounted specials be the only reason you choose this place. Your skin, your health, and your safety are worth far more than saving a few dollars.
