Overall, it was a very positive experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The facility was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. I didn't have to wait long before being called back, which was a huge relief. (the first time I went) The medical staff were professional and attentive. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, review my progress, and explain the next steps in my recovery plan in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their thoroughness and the genuine care they showed throughout my visit. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that there was a slight delay when I was waiting for my discharge instructions and follow-up care paperwork. While not a major issue, it did make the visit longer than I had anticipated. Despite that minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care - Spring. Their professionalism, clean environment, and attentive staff made this a reassuring stop on my recovery journey.

You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. That must have been new because when I came last time over a year ago it did not smell. It smelled like cigarettes. They have a variety of services and consultation is $30. The vaccines do seem pretty expensive. $70 for a vaccine for immediate allergy help and $100 for the one that lasts 6+ months she said. My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

This place still wanted to charge me $205.00 bc that is their contracted price with Aetna. I ended up going down the road to Davan Urgent Care when they confirmed my copay price to pay would only be $50 as they confirmed my coverage is 100% covered. The front desk seemed to do the bare minimum. I feel like if they process the intake and confirmed classification it would have probably been able to catch this. I'm assuming it is made this way so the this urgent care can get away with the patient's visit getting classified wrong so they can charge the patient more than intended. Go anywhere else honestly.
