So, when I needed urgent care and my PCP wasn't available, I was so thankful Davam was accessible. The staff here are so friendly & caring, and the providers are thorough & knowledgeable. All areas are clean & inviting, with extra touches for added comfort (complimentary coffee bar, refrigerated bottled waters, and masks, hand sanitizer, and tissues dispensed in every corner). This is a top-notch clinic. *Keep in mind, you'll pay Urgent Care prices (higher copay/deductible basis or hefty cash cost), but you will receive outstanding attention. The value is in the immediate care & relief. While medical emergencies are not something I want to brag about experiencing often, I emphasize the consistently wonderful service I've received at Davam, and I highly trust them for future health needs.

I would highly recommend this clinic for your basic primary care needs.

Additional Update 4/17/26: I had an echocardiogram scheduled today and arrived 10 minutes early…read more Despite that, I waited an additional 20 minutes past my appointment time. I also asked multiple times about the cost of the visit, and no one was able to provide a clear answer. At that point, I decided to leave, I'm not going to wait close to an hour for a practice that doesn't prioritize patient care or communication. To make matters worse, I am still waiting on my lab results. They confirmed the results were received on the 8th, yet I have not received any follow-up or evaluation. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and I would recommend considering another provider. Previous Update: I previously left a review for New Wave Physicians Group and, unfortunately, I'm updating it again out of frustration. In my original review, I mentioned that my experiences with Dr. Carder and Dr. Troung were positive, they were both professional, attentive, and helpful during my visits. However, I also noted ongoing issues with the front office staff, and those problems have only gotten worse. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. Calls often go unanswered, and when someone does pick up, it feels like a rare occurrence. I've had to call repeatedly at different times of the day just to speak with someone, and on multiple occasions I've been placed on hold and then disconnected. More concerning is what happened after my most recent appointment with Dr. Carder. I went in for serious symptoms, had an EKG performed, and completed lab work. I specifically asked how I would receive my results and what the next steps would be regarding treatment or medication. I was told I would receive a phone call, but that never happened. After calling over 50 times, I finally reached someone who informed me that my results had been available for quite some time but had not even been reviewed. I also followed up on a sleep study that was discussed during my visit, only to find out it had not been submitted. The medications I was told would be prescribed were never sent to the pharmacy either. On top of all of this, I still don't have access to the patient portal. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance from the office staff, no one has been able to help me get it set up. These issues have been ongoing and are now affecting my ability to receive timely care. At this point, I feel like I've given this office more than enough chances and will likely be looking for a new provider.

Love the doctors. Hate the office staff. I've been going…read morehere for at least 6 years. There's been a chronic issue where some meds are called in for refills some are not due to error. I've been told more than once that i need to see the doctor for a refill, despite having literally just been in his office 30 days ago. We're talking about meds i've been on for 4 years. Birth Control. Blood Pressure. Cholesterol meds. And I very regularly have to fight the incompetent office staff about the fact it's NOT time for another visit yet. They're constantly trying to milk me like a cash cow. Right now i've been off my meds for 2 weeks, diligently trying to reach the Doctor. But no messages ever get to him. I'm told i need to be in office to get a refill on my birth control, i saw him 7 months ago. It's not a controlled substance. I should not need to be seen more than once a year for this. I also had problems with the Nurse practitioner forcibly pulling me OFF my medication without my consent, despite being IN AN ACTUAL APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR AT THE TIME SHE TRIED TO MAKE THIS CHANGE WITHOUT EITHER OF OUR CONSENT. i feel like my health is being held hostage by someone with a ledger and a red pen in the back office.

Unfair billing and zero flexibility--do not recommend!…read more I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location. I brought my kids in to get physicals and paid upfront. Before the appointment even started, we realized my daughter had accidentally left her glasses at home. The staff told us we either had to drive all the way back home right then to grab the glasses or come back the next morning. I agreed to return the next morning, assuming our payment would carry over since my daughter never received her physical or any care that day. To my shock, they then informed me that if we came back tomorrow, we would have to pay the full fee all over again, even though no physical was performed! Charging twice for a service that was never delivered is completely unreasonable and feels like a total scam. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for fair treatment or decent customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else. Oh and the "GOOD REVIEWS" are bought by them saying they'll give you a Starbucks gift card in exchange of good review

This was our first time ever visiting Supreme Emergency Room & it was very Impressive Customer Service & Patient Care. We happen to come late night/early morning around midnight on 12/17/2025.... There was virtually no waiting time once my daughter finished the paperwork. The front desk attendant was kind & professional. The nurse was Awesome & went the extra mile to be gentle & explain everything that was going on or being administered thru the I.V. She had really amazing bedside manner, seemed very knowledgeable & kind. The tech that does the Cat-scans & urine samples ect. was also very courteous & kind. Doctor Z. was cool, seemed very knowledgeable, loved how he believes in ruling out the worst things possible and allows the patient to ask questions or to inform him of any additional issues concerning the medical situation. The entire staff, including Dr. Z. had a sense of humor & that was great under somewhat stressful circumstances. I recommend this Emergency room because they treat the patients as well as guests with the upmost respect & kindness. Additional bonus is the snacks & so cool how the complimentary water bottles have their name on it. The Nice nurse & tech introduced themselves but I'm bad at names so forgive me but shout out to the entire staff who worked the OVERNIGHT shift from Saturday (05/17/2025) to Sunday ( 05/18/2025). I was extremely happy with my treatment here, from everybody at the Dr. Desai level on down. I really appreciated the fact that the technician Stefan doing the EKG and CT scan was very patient and answered all my questions and explained things; in fact, everybody was good at that. I found all the staff members to be very respectful, whether that was dealing with a health issue, or respecting my input. The lady named Zi at reception was quick to get things moving and get me treated, very polite. Most people get very nervous when an IV is being inserted in the arm, but that was not uncomfortable at all with David doing it, so clearly, they have very professional people working here. I walked in with quite a bit of pain and walked out without it, and a diagnosis to explain what happened. Kudus to Shawn for his care. Overall, this was a tremendous experience! 1 Star - Very Disappointing Experience…read more We had a very frustrating experience at Apex Urgent Care. We walked in at 6:50 PM, and the large sign clearly stated OPEN. The hours posted on the door also indicated 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday. However, as soon as we entered, a young lady quickly informed us that they had already taken their last patient for the night. If the clinic stops accepting patients earlier than the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated on the door and online. Urgent care facilities are meant to provide care when it's needed -- and turning patients away more than two hours before the stated closing time is extremely unfortunate and disappointing. Transparency and consistency matter, especially when people are seeking medical attention. If they are unwilling to work during the hours they publicly advertise, perhaps the doors should close permanently. Patients deserve reliability, not inconvenience. We left feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied.
