Friendly great service very close to my houses, doctors is good, people work there great service

Please don't do it. They aren't sanitary. They don't use gloves. The nurse smelled like straight ass. My skin was crawling. He lied about my iron bag. I never got the full dose only half. I told him it wasn't drilling and that I didn't fill anything. He told me he was going to do a double bag. He lied as if I couldn't look behind him. Do yourself a favor don't come here. I had came in due to severe tooth pain- my dentist appointment wasn't until another 2 days. Filling out paperwork and getting seen was quick easy process however, the nurse was very casual and unprofessional. I had told him why I was here today and off the bat he goes "well this isn't a dentist so..what do you want us to do". Obviously if a patient is in pain you don't say something like that-help them find a solution-mind you i'm aware this isn't a dentist- i had already told him i tried getting through the week as much as i could.Doctor came in checked on me- and the nurse comes back and lets out a big sigh going "sooo doctor wants you to get all the lab work done"- as if now i was making his job harder. Had advised him that i've had troubles with getting blood work since my vein is deep- he was confident that wouldn't be the case here and ended up bruising my right arm- again was a failed attempt, i winced because it had hurt and his response was "look don't come to the ER if you're not prepared for it". On top of that after drawing my blood- needles and trash were left on the bed-wasn't tidy up. Regardless- i got my lab work and wrapped up in less than 4 hours but before i had left i asked if i was gonna be prescribed anything to his response he goes "the doctor doesn't usually prescribe narcotics" had asked nothing about pain meds only mentioned antibiotics. Overall im incredibly grateful to be seen quick and taken care of- but that nurse needs to be spoken to or retrained on how to speak to patients-that was unprofessional considering i was being very patient and composed the entire time...Coming from someone who works in the health industry as well- this visit was disappointing. read more

For taking such pride in your quality of service you didn't take any while I was there. Let's first start as to why I was even going to the ER in the first place. I had extreme chest pain localized to my heart area and very heavy breathing. While I convinced myself it was a panic attack, it lasted for over 12 hours. At that point I decided it's better to be safe than sorry and see a medical professional. I had previously been to LifeSavers in my early 20's for some jaw pain (ended up I needed my wisdom teeth out) and had a wonderful experience. I was, of course, under my mom's insurance at the time so I was probably treated by the gold standard. When I was having the chest pain I thought to come back to LifeSavers since I had such a great experience before and didn't want to go to a hospital ER as we all know how those can be. Turns out my experience here was worse than any hospital ER I have ever been to. I was dropped off by a friend since I was not safe to drive and immediately upon entering not a single person says anything to me at the front desk. I am visibly unwell and clutching my chest, so I make my way to the counter and say I need help (or whatever I said, I'm in really rough shape at this time). The young woman behind the counter was kind enough to help me and tell me since I did not have insurance that I would need to pay for any services BUT if the doctor deemed me as an emergency that I would not need to cover expenses. In my head I'm barely functioning and having intense pains so I'm thinking I'm an emergency. After rushing through my paperwork I sat in a chair in the lobby until a nurse comes to get me. He offers me a wheelchair because I am obviously not doing well. They wheel me into a room and... attempt to get my vitals. Something that was NOT discussed with me going into the room was that a student was there, two actually. So the nurse is trying to take my vitals, trying to explain to the student nurse who's already touching me how to do an EKG. This isn't comforting. As I am visibly unwell the nurse starts telling me how I probably should have gone to a hospital ER because I'm going to be charged an insane amount of money just to get any kind of work done and that they can do their best but they're limited in their abilities. Again, NOT comforting. At this point I'm crying, feeling overwhelmed and like an idiot for even coming to the ER in the first place. They eventually do an EKG after they're done arguing with eachother on how to do it. Shortly after a doctor comes in and asks me what's going on, so I tell her through my tears. Then she just walked away. Let me repeat myself, the doctor walked away from me and said nothing at all. Not long after that the nurse came back in and said I was not deemed an emergency so they needed payment before they could do anything else. For basic care they wanted $3,000. I said no thank you and signed something to get me the hell out of there. I had my friend pick me up again and they wheeled me out. I will never be returning to this location or any other LifeSaver location. You claim to be there for the people but I suppose that should be more like "Ensuring you receive the prompt and expert care you deserve*". The asterisk helps others understand that you only do that for those with insurance. Even your own nurses were telling me to go somewhere else. Thanks for letting me tell you how awful my experience was, I'm putting this review on every platform I can think of so that it hopefully saves someone else!! read more

Took my mom into the ER tonight for an ear infection. We just picked a random one since it was close to home and it did not disappoint. It didn't take long to fill out paperwork and get seen. All the staff was very nice and understanding if we had a question regarding either paperwork or care given to my mom. I would definitely come again in time of needs for my family! read more

Everything was great. What really made the experience was the staff. All the staff was friendly and had a good attitude. They kept everything clean and neat and even gave us heated blankets! Do not come here! The front desk lady was polite and kind but once I was called to the back the nurse was telling me to go to the hospital because the cost would be a lot and I told her I just wanted to be looked at and my husband told her cost didn't matter. She then preceded with an attitude and ran her mouth being rude to my husband and I. The nurse who then came in to take my vitals asked me the same questions multiple times as if he didn't understand what I was saying. Not a great experience thus far. Hoping the doctor addresses my needs and it's better treatment than what his nurses have provided. read more

I went to this facility for care on today which is August 29,2025. I have been to this Willowbrook location several times in the past and usually I am seen by a compassionate doctor, but not this time! Dr.English didn't actually check me out with a stethoscope or nothing! All he did was open door and peep his head in ask me huh what can I do for you and in my mind I'm like really that's what doctors do now.He act like he was afraid to enter the room where (I) the patient was!!He did tell me all my test results were negative which was a good thing. But I wasn't never given a diagnosis! I asked the nurse to ask him could he please prescribe me some more nebulizer solution for my nebulizer machine at home since I'm experiencing shortness of breath( I am asthmatic) but guess what he told her to tell me No he could not do that I would have to see my PCP to prescribe, however I have in the past gotten a prescription from this facility before for my nebulizer solution it's just that the solution has expired so definitely couldn't take. This doctor was my worst ever experience with any doctor at ER/ hospital facility!! However The nurses and front desk staff were nice and very attentive which I much appreciated. But overall This visit was a waste of my time because I still have no ideal what's wrong with me!! As long as Dr English is practicing out of this facility I will never return here for treatment again! Really wanted to give this a 0 star with this experience . read more

Answer your phone!!!!!!!!! This place is absolutely awful, we have been calling for hours trying to get the rapid COVID test like they advertise all over huge billboards. No answer on any of the phone numbers we tried! then we finally drove there only to be told to call the number on their brochure, and they still don't answer the phone! We made an apt for 9:00pm the next day. We get there and wait 2 hours past the apt time only to be told they don't have the rapid test and that it will take 3 days to get results! Such a SCAM!!! The front desk ladies were very nice & welcoming however the doctor was not professional at all. I came in there for bad abdominal pain I explained to the nurse what my symptoms were & the nurse went to tell the doctor and the doctor goes "ok.. what's the emergency?" Thinking I Couldn't hear her.. The employees at this location are very unprofessional. They clearly never heard of a thing call H.I.P.A.A. which stands for (health insurance portability and accountability act.) Two Hispanic females had came to the front desk asking the lady already at the front desk, okay so what do we got? Lady at the front desk began to expose the patients reasons out loud on why they were there. Names phone numbers and personal information was all said out loud as if they weren't trained properly. Oh and if you want to drink water you have to go outside because there is no taking your masks down or off for any reason like I don't even know why they are still open smh. read more

I found this place through a Google search. I really didn't know what to do after my accident. I gave them a call and followed their suggestions. Luckily, I was still able to make the drive. This place is 10 minutes from me so location is good and open 24 hours. Another plus. The place is clean and I felt like I had a good amount of attention from the nurses, staff, and doctor, especially for coming in around midnight. A few suggestions for this place. The front desk folks could be a bit more welcoming and engaging. Automating the application/admittance process could really help speed things up more. This would make a huge difference to someone in pain. Overall, I believe I got the best treatment I could have for my situation, especially for the time I went. read more

I was paranoid about having been exposed to COVID-19 so I decided to get tested. I looked up places where they administered the rapid test and Lifesavers emergency room came up as an option. Most places with the rapid test available had lots of negative reviews, So I was unsure as to where I could go and have a good experience. This place had a mix of both negative and positive reviews and in spite of the negative ones I decided to come here for my own test and this is my personal experience: I called the office and someone immediately picked up and explained their process for the test. The process includes going in person to the location and getting registering to get the test administered, once registered they called you back within 24 hours, and finally you would get tested upon return after the call back, and the results given to you within an hour. I went and got registered and the person let me know that they would call me within 24 hours to schedule my test. What I didn't realize was when they said 24 hours they meant 24 hours because I was called back around 11 PM however I did not pick up because I was asleep. Once I woke up I called them and let them know I missed the previous call and again they told me that they would place me back on the list and I would be called within the next 24 hours. They did call me back that same morning about three hours later and I returned at about 9:30 in the morning to get the test. Upon entering I noticed that everybody was wearing protective equipment including the reception staff. I gave them my insurance information and was told to have a seat until called on to get the test. There was only one other person waiting behind me and he was a distance away and our wait time only overlapped about 2 minutes in my estimation. I waited for about five minutes and somebody called me back and I got the test. They do stick a long Q-tip into both your nostrils which doesn't hurt but it is not comfortable. After that they had me go wait in my car until my results were ready. I was listening to a podcast and they called me back about 25 minutes later so that I can get my results. Being that I had stayed in the parking lot they were able to see me immediately and gave me my results. The last part only lasted about 10 minutes. Since I had insurance I did not need to speak to anyone about payment and left the exam room directly to my car. By the time I got home it was 10:30 am, it had only been an hour since they called me to go get the test. To me this was a very quick and easy process I would recommend getting tested here. I assume that my experience isn't unique as I saw a few people pretty much going through the same motions from the safety of my car. read more

This place is a hoot. I went to an urgent care before here. I had been feeling ill for a week and had sepsis a few years back. I was starting to feel that way again. My busted no touch thermometer was telling me I was okay. Went to an Urgent Care place (they were amazing) and had a fever of 101.3f but they didn't do blood work. They recommended going to a stand alone 24 hour ER because hospitals were so busy so we went to the one closest to our house which was this place because I forgot my phone. Both front desk ladies were arguing with some guy about his paperwork. One finally acknowledged me and I tried handing her my paper. First of all, if you are that scared of germs where you won't take a piece of paper from someone then perhaps the medical industry during a pandemic is not a place for you to be. I tried handing her my insurance card and id and again she got flustered and grabbed some gloves to try and take them. That's just odd. Again, you should have had gloves on if your that concerned. Guy finally left and one of the front staff said "I hate people". I repeated what she said loud enough because here I am possibly having sepsis (I did) and these ladies are too scared to touch paper and hate people. Perhaps you shouldn't work in an industry that is for people if you don't like people. And look I get it. I hate people too. That's why I don't work with people. I even have a bumper sticker that says "I love dog. It's people I can't stand." I felt like if I stay here I was going to die. They hate people and they represent the company. I should probably be someone where else. I asked why I hadn't seen a doctor yet and she said she needed to make the tabs for my file. So just to be clear they must get the paper work done first before you can be seen. That doesn't sound very emergency like. Urgent care saw me faster and they were only "urgent" not "emergency". Was put in the room and doctor came in. She asked what I needed. I said blood work and explained what was going on. She said they wouldn't be able to help me that they were a private ER and don't get blood work quick enough. Cool cool. I see what's going on. So I went to Methodist and it was busy. Like 30 to 40 the he waiting room. Luckily they knew what an emergency was and checked my vital as quick as they could. Took my blood. And ran a bunch of tests. I even got a CT of my abdominal area. Turns out I had sepsis and kidney stones. So I'd like the dinky private ER that allegedly said they couldn't do my blood work in timely manner to think how much profit they could have made if they wouldn't have had some ladies in the front scared of paper and hating people to represent their company. I'd also like the ER doctor here for looking out for them and turning me away. You saved my life. Y'all don't seem incapable of dealing with the stress of sick people. You take it personally. I've been trying to get a Covid test from this location for five days now. No luck . It seems like the employees have been trained to tell you that there's hours and hours of a wait time. On Thursday I waited outside for an hour just to make it to the door and be told I can go home and wait for a phone call. I just drove to CVS instead. Today the same thing. I have been waiting for about 4 hours and was just told that I still have 25 more people in front of me. I would like to speak to better business bureau , this facility is not being ran effectively. And lastly no one ever answers the phone but when you go inside the office it's completely empty but the employees are sitting there on their cell phones read more

I came here on the Jan. 3rd for extreme abdominal pain and it was pretty packed with patients waiting to do covid testing. I thought ER patients were supposed to be priority, isn't that the whole point of an URGENT care? They told me it would be a 2hr wait. So I wait. And observed them be verbally rude & condescending to almost every patient that walked in and God forbid you ask for help with something, they can't be bothered. Then another patient comes in who was also having bad abdominal pains and I'm told by the young Hispanic girl in the front that my wait time is going to be longer bc an ER patient has arrived. I said, "okay, I am an ER patient" they all looked at each other so clueless and asked what my reason for coming in was when I had ALREADY told them when I walked in and specified it on my registration paperwork... so I waited in pain for nothing... like what in the world kind of receptionists are running this joint???! The only good thing I can say is the nurse who saw me was extremely professional and sweet and made up for front staff's crappy service. I think her name was Marissa. And the physician was excellent as well. I'm back again at 12:50AM for really bad ear pain and once again the staff is useless. I walked in and both the girls at the front desk were glued to their phones and didn't even acknowledge me much less look up from their phones. Wtf. Swear I stood there for 10 seconds and they didn't acknowledge me. I had to be like, "Hello can I get some service?" I told them I'm having bad ear pain. The front desk girl began having a coughing fit and literally says " what the fu** is wrong with my throat" the professionalism astounds me... and when the nurse called me to come back she said, you're here for covid testing right?? And I said no, I turn to look at the front desk girl and then they ask me why I'm there..... I'm just floored by the overall incompetence of this facility..... the only reason I came back was bc they are 24hrs and I cannot bear the pain. Please avoid this place at all costs. There's nothing URGENT about them! Update: Different physician since it's night shift and asked about my sore throat. Ugh. I have swimmer's ear, I've had this before. I told him I believe I have swimmer's ear and he just said, " Okay let's get you on meds for swimmer's ear... like I pretty much diagnosed myself lol. Jfc does anyone here care at all???? read more

If I could leave no stars that would be great . I went there at 2pm today , because I wasn't feeling well and having covid like symptoms . I was told to complete all paper work and I would be tested and receive my results the same day . After about 20 mins of sitting in the waiting room me and another lady were asked to wait in our cars and they'll call us when it's time for our test . Mind you it's was 2:20pm when I was asked to sit in my car the lady at the front desk , told me that my wait would only be 45 mins . So about 4:00pm I went in to see why it's be over 45 mins and I still haven't been called , I'm fully aware that it's only one other person in front of me awaiting a covid test . Here it is now 5:45 and the lady in front of me is just getting tested and getting here results . So I'm like hey she's done I should be next right . So I call again they say oh well she's getting her things and then we'll call you !! Mind you I'm having hot flashes sweats , chills and every thing this disgusting cough & can barely breath . Here it is almost midnight and i still haven't received a call I waited in the parking lot until about 6:15 before I decided to leave . Honestly this place should be closed , someone needs to do something about this. Y'all are called life savers but exactly who are you guys saving . The service is HORRIBLE !!! I wouldn't let them treat my dog . Like this is ridiculous and I never leave comments or required but this is something I had to speak on . Please don't take your family here to be treated EVER !! Excellent service. I went in to the Willowbrook location. for a rapid covid 19 test sat 19 JULY around noon. They were extremely backed up, they gave me fair warning about it. After waiting a few hours, I called to see how far along I was in the cue, and they put my interests ahead of theirs and pointed out their sister location In the Heights had walk ins available immediately. They have the same system, so they called ahead and when I got there Hector and team at the heights were ready for me. Extra kudos for that. The environment at both clinics was clean, the technicians and the doctor I spoke with after my tests results came out were very professional, kind and attentive. This Is the most disgusting and the rudest place in the world. I went to get my covid test and I couldn't wait for the result. I left and called back the next morning to ask them to let me know the test result on the phone. The girl told me "No we can't discuss on the phone. You have to come in the office to pick up the result." I asked her. " if I have covid. Do u want me to drive around and go to your office to spread it on other people ? I said "thank you" many times through out the conversation, and I didn't hear " you're welcome" back from her even once. My wife also said " wow the girl has an attitude! Rude". After I hung up the phone , I went to their office. They asked me to give them the insurance which they forgot to ask me yesterday, I gave them the card. They didn't wanna take it they wanted me to email them the insurance card. I did what they asked me to do. Then she said sorry I couldn't find your name in the system. need to redo your test ! WTH!!!
