The medical team is great. They have great bedside manner and my husband who hate all doctors felt comfortable with the Dr Oliver. Which is great for but why they aren't a 5 star establishment lies with their admin team. They consistently drop the ball. Not answering phones. My husband checked in and they didn't call him for an hour and missed his appointment even though he was sitting right there and signed in. The waiting room is small so to not check on someone waiting for long is mind boggling. I would change offices if it weren't for the wonderful medical team. read more

Today I went to my regular checkup. More of the stuff members were kind and/or helpful without having any attitude related experience like last time. It is unpredictable in this business when staff members or my doctor especially talk tough. You may start greeted great from front but could change as you are over with your treatment. Anyway the most important was my doctor treating me gives signs of overwhelmed by me while he listens and take notes. Dr Qureshi is knowledgeable and reliable doctor without question but he could be friendlier to me if he is friendly to his other patients. Starting with a smile may work I believe. He should take time to listen and understand me if he is capable of listening and understanding his other patients. He should ask questions respectfully while he is confused with me not to mention being impatient. Also, during this treatment I was not sure why he was giving wrong signals as if acting sassy to me. If he was just making a point his facial expressions said otherwise. He should maintain full professionalism no matter what the circumstances. Just because of his routine I showed respect and leniency by answering his questions and stated my health problems. I will overall rate stuff as great, my doctor as fair just because he did his job in this business. read more

Money scam!!! I make an appointment with a practitioner I want to see, Heather Cruz; to discuss bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. She and I get along great. I do labs, and make my follow up appointment with Heather again in one week. I just left that appointment. They sent in Stella, another NP. I never booked an appointment with Stella . I never saw Heather at all. Stella wanted to go over everything except , what I was actually there for. She discussed things like I was stupid, not knowing I've been a critical care nurse in the ER and ICU for 25 years! I ask about starting Ozempic, as Heather and I discussed this the week before. It's $175 paid to their office, basically just for the prescription. Then whatever the compounding pharmacy charges for the meds. So I call my pcp, and tell Stella I'll just go to him as he doesn't charge me to write prescriptions. Stella tells me yes that's a good idea. I tell all the patients that to save money. I ask about starting the BHRT, and she tells me oh you need to see Laura now.. at our wellness center to start that. "We don't do that here". You can make that appointment up front. I go up front, and am told that person can't see me till some time in May, and they don't know when I'll actually be booked for the treatment I'm there for. I'll have to go to another appointment with Laura to find out!! So just know, you'll be at LEAST three appointments in, with NO help at all while you're feeling like crap. Also know that it does not matter who you book your appointment with. You apparently get whoever is available. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, especially after feeling so bad to finally try and seek treatment!!! It takes us nurses a long time to seek help, and to get a recommendation on someone. Then to show up, and not see the person you already have the rapport that you were recommended to see, is truely not professional! I guess I'll start this journey again with my next recommendation. Until then I am going to my PCP today at 245 to get help... which this office obviously doesn't care about providing!! read more

I want to start out by saying that in my 37 years there has never been a time where someone asked me who my doctor was and I could answer. I truly feel that I have found a doctor that truly cares about each one of his patients and 5akes the time yo ensure that they are given the care they deserve. Also unlike like other doctors, dr. Avoid this place. Don't answer phones. Booked and confirmed an appointment through their on-line portal a week in advance. Printed it out, showed up 15 minutes early and they tell me "We don't know who you are and you don't have an appointment" EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED THEM the printed confirmation they sent me! Their solution? They tell me they are double booked for over a week and can't help me. If you value quality health care look elsewhere. read more

When you first walk in it smells like Christmas. To the left is the children's area and to the right they've set up delicious coffee. This was my mom and I's first visit to this practice and we were immediately greeted with a smile by Ms. Carol. She welcomed us to the practice and also took my mom's blood pressure. My mom is mostly a Spanish speaker so I usually accompany her to the doctor, but Carol payed very close attention to her and was very respectful, so I felt like she didn't even need me there (a good thing!) We then met with Dr. Hammad Qureshi. He was very professional, but kind at the same time. He introduced himself and asked my mother questions about her health and got down to the facts. What happened next was very impressive...he also had a conversation with her to get some information on her family history. A real conversation! My mom felt so special and cared for when the doctor treated her like a person. These were her words, not mine! :) Everything from the staff, the environment, to the part that matters most (quality of the doctor and treatment) makes this practice by far the best in the area. All I wanted was an invoice that showed the detail of my charges along with the payments and the balance due. If I owe, I'll pay but I need to see the services I'm being charged. Apparently, this was simply asking too much. It took me three days to actually get a hold of someone and while I was a bit exasperated based on the simplicity of my request, I did remain professional. That didn't stop them from an abrupt hang up on me after promising to send more detail via e-mail which I never received. Tried to charge me to come back to redo a sports physical after my 12 year old said her shoulder hurt when practicing Lacrosse 5 days a week. He said to take two doses of ibuprofen a day for a couple days then wanted me to take off work and pay for another visit so he could see that she took the ibuprofen? DO NOT GO HERE. The staff seems to always be on lunch. Even before and after lunch period their voicemail says at lunch. Staff does not return calls, you have to call 20x. I'm not the only one, over heard from several patients. Pharmacy often not notified timely. Dr comes in room for literally 1 minute and leaves work for everyone else. Doctor tells at patients and doesn't fill or complete forms and work. Not a caring place. If you do go you will see the level of service. read more

I have been going to this clinic for 2.5 years. It is very disorganized and difficult to reach by phone. I've experienced lots of confusion with my prescriptions and Walgreens has to call them often to get the prescription refilled. The Nurse Practioner that I spoke to at length about my prescriptions said she would take care of it because their is no reason why it should not be for 12 months but it's happening again. They expect you to use the app to send messages or schedule appointments and the app is very frustrating to use. Recently I was supposed to get hormone lab work done in the clinic on May 11. Upon arriving at the clinic I was told it would be $90 as I checked in. I asked Jasmine if this was for my lab work and she said yes just show them that you've already paid. I get called to the back for my lab work and the young lady with Quest Diagnostics tells me it will be $67. I tell her I paid the front desk $90 and show her the receipt and she seems confused. A couple of weeks later I receive a bill from Quest Diagnostics and BCBS my insurance sends me the recent claim for the lab work that Creekside Family Practice billed Quest $579.30. Quest wanted a payment from me for their services so I paid them. WHAT DID I PAY $90 to the clinic for? This entire visit seems very deceptive. I'm in search of a new doctor. read more

Dr. Qureshi was extremely personable. He took his time to understand me and and my 2 kids medical histories. Despite being a very noisy and chaotic appointment, he was very patient! I will enjoy being a patient. His staff and M.A. was very courteous. read more

They do not send in prescriptions! They don't answer the phone and their mail box is full. It's completely unacceptable for a patient to have to wait weeks for medication that they need! We should not have to call and request over and over. I've wasted so many visits driving to my pharmacy for them to tell me it was never called it. I will not be returning. read more

I have now visited Creekside roughly 10 times over the last year or so. I have always been welcomed when I walk in, I have been brought back soon after arriving, and seen right away by a med student who is well trained. After initial discussion with the Med student, they then go and speak with the Dr. Soon Dr Q. Will enter and he is caring, understanding, and listens. He will take his time and I have never felt rushed. I have appreciated every visit and will co to us to visit here. read more

Do not recommend this clinic. Please read the reviews, they are helpful when choosing a place that doesn't waste your time. I called ahead and gave my insurance info, showed up to my appointment two women in the front too worried about phone calls don't acknowledge anyone coming in. Signed in on a computerized machine that then told me what the co pay was. I asked Irma who I spoke to over the phone that they didn't give me this info about my company and she says there's several people who answer the phones here and points to the back. Ok. Then she asks me for my insurance card doesn't say anything. So I sit and wait then gives it back to me without saying anything else. There's two people up front that are mute. Come on. Is that really how you treat people no communication. I'm sitting there waiting thinking is Irma or this other person next to her Danny going to say anything. I'm asking about my co pay and why it wasn't discussed then Danny decides to put her two cents in and she is confused doesn't understand anything. Danny next time you want to butt in maybe you should put your thinking cap on and Irma needs to start talking and not ignoring people. Ridiculous. read more

I wish I can give this place 0 stars! This place is a straight SCAM & FRAUD! All they care about is your money! My wife asked this doctor specifically if he could prescribe her the meds her other doctor did, so she can just stick with 1 doc. He said yes, but you have to make a separate appointment. She did that, just for him to take her and make her pay her co-pay just to tell her, he can't prescribe it until he gets her med records. Strike 1. So after she got the message records sent, she did another appointment and paid ANOTHER co-pay! She still has not received her prescription after 3 days. She calls and calls, no answer. So she went to the office, and they still give her the run around! What kind of doctor doesn't ensure his patients has their medicine!?!? She's out of $110 worth of copays and still NO MEDS! They blame it on their new systems! It's very dangerous for a person to be without their medication! I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE! Stay away for your own good! read more
