This practice likes to charge everything à la carte. Like there is a fee for everything. And they want the fees paid upfront. They will charge you a fee just to talk to your insurance company. If they are having trouble with their computer and cannot connect with your insurance provider, they will ask you to pay the full amount upfront before they will even let you see the doctor. They will ask you to pay for everything even a check-in. If you get a prescription, it is like they want you to pay a fee to send the prescription. Nothing is included with your regular office visit. They will refuse to do any work until they first get paid. They do not like to bill you. They like you to pay upfront and then refund the money if insurance ends up covering things (actually they'll hold onto the money and treat it like a credit for your next visit.) overall this makes them a more expensive practice to work with. Other than their nickel and dime office, policies and procedures. It is a great practice.

Up to 40 mins at times. You could be sitting in the rooms for so long the timers on the lights will turn off and you're just sitting in the dark waiting for them. When it's time to give urine samples, there are panels in the wall for depositing your samples. Times I've been, the panel has been so full you're literally trying to stack your cup on so many others just to make sure it doesn't fall out when you close it. To me it's extremely gross. The nurses are friendly enough, but not the most enthusiastic staff. I do like that you're able to get multiple types of medical services here.
