There were two people working and both were very friendly. The lady I had drawing my blood was very personable and asked about my plans for the remaining of the day. She even told me about her daughter getting ready to go back to school. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable before we got started and let me know when to expect the needle. This practice likes to charge everything à la carte. Like there is a fee for everything. And they want the fees paid upfront. They will charge you a fee just to talk to your insurance company. If they are having trouble with their computer and cannot connect with your insurance provider, they will ask you to pay the full amount upfront before they will even let you see the doctor. They will ask you to pay for everything even a check-in. If you get a prescription, it is like they want you to pay a fee to send the prescription. Nothing is included with your regular office visit. They will refuse to do any work until they first get paid. They do not like to bill you. They like you to pay upfront and then refund the money if insurance ends up covering things (actually they'll hold onto the money and treat it like a credit for your next visit.) overall this makes them a more expensive practice to work with. Other than their nickel and dime office, policies and procedures. It is a great practice.

You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the prescription I needed. Thank you for having a simple, insurance free, quality care option into our area. They have a variety of services and consultation is $30. The vaccines do seem pretty expensive. $70 for a vaccine for immediate allergy help and $100 for the one that lasts 6+ months she said. I don't know if I needed both but I didn't want to come back. They said the $70 vaccine should have helped my symptoms within 2 hours but it legit too 2 days so I'm not sure if it even helped

My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

About an hour after opening, I used the restroom and found it in unacceptable condition (video attached), which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. In the exam room, containers of Q-tips, gauze, and cotton balls were left uncovered, and the strep test was performed without gloves or handwashing. We interacted with three different staff members who neither washed their hands nor wore gloves while caring for our daughter. The technician who initially came in to take her blood pressure and temperature repeatedly used profanity and complained about missing supplies, including a stethoscope. Before leaving, I checked the restroom again and found it unchanged. The lack of cleanliness, infection-control practices, and professionalism was very disappointing.

My son has been seeing Dr. Soliz for over a year and every single month I have to email, call and basically harass the team there just to get his monthly refill. Due to that, he is constantly going without meds for a few days. When they finally do write the script they send it in incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. His prescription is the same EVERY MONTH and yet, they refuse to follow the instructions provided for them in the refill request. His insurance requires the script to be name brand and after over a year of the same doctor, same medications, every month it is a struggle. I have been asking for the office managers information for the past few months and they refuse to give it to me. It is single handedly the most frustrating things to deal with each month. No one is accountable for the SHIT service. Absolute trash clinic, I cannot believe this place is in business. Working on finding a new PCP ASAP!

Due to him taking his time, his wait times can be longer (not always)...But he is a "sit down restaurant" not a "fast food drive thru".....I pack my patience and am grateful for his attention to detail!
