That must have been new because when I came last time over a year ago it did not smell. It smelled like cigarettes. I know my allergies were already acting up but it was irritating my nose so much more. Also, they did not call in my prescriptions as stated. I cannot get ahold of them because their phone number on goggle just rings and rings and there is nobody on the other end. They should at least invest in an answering machine. They have a variety of services and consultation is $30. The vaccines do seem pretty expensive. $70 for a vaccine for immediate allergy help and $100 for the one that lasts 6+ months she said. I don't know if I needed both but I didn't want to come back. They said the $70 vaccine should have helped my symptoms within 2 hours but it legit too 2 days so I'm not sure if it even helped

My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

Enjoy never being able to get refills on your monthly medication, well sign right up! My son has been seeing Dr. Soliz for over a year and every single month I have to email, call and basically harass the team there just to get his monthly refill. Due to that, he is constantly going without meds for a few days. When they finally do write the script they send it in incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. His prescription is the same EVERY MONTH and yet, they refuse to follow the instructions provided for them in the refill request. His insurance requires the script to be name brand and after over a year of the same doctor, same medications, every month it is a struggle. I have been asking for the office managers information for the past few months and they refuse to give it to me. It is single handedly the most frustrating things to deal with each month. No one is accountable for the SHIT service. Absolute trash clinic, I cannot believe this place is in business. Working on finding a new PCP ASAP!

I understand what is going on with my health because he takes the time to explain how body systems are connected. Due to him taking his time, his wait times can be longer (not always)...But he is a "sit down restaurant" not a "fast food drive thru".....I pack my patience and am grateful for his attention to detail! Thank you Dr. Soliz for taking great care of my health! I am forever grateful!
