My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

Enjoy never being able to get refills on your monthly medication, well sign right up! My son has been seeing Dr. Soliz for over a year and every single month I have to email, call and basically harass the team there just to get his monthly refill. Due to that, he is constantly going without meds for a few days. When they finally do write the script they send it in incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. His prescription is the same EVERY MONTH and yet, they refuse to follow the instructions provided for them in the refill request. His insurance requires the script to be name brand and after over a year of the same doctor, same medications, every month it is a struggle. I have been asking for the office managers information for the past few months and they refuse to give it to me. It is single handedly the most frustrating things to deal with each month. No one is accountable for the SHIT service. Absolute trash clinic, I cannot believe this place is in business. Working on finding a new PCP ASAP!

I seriously cannot express my delight with this office! We all know finding any medical office that…read moreticks all the boxes is hard, and walk-in clinics are usually long waits, front desk staff aren't polite, etc. First off, this location is open until 9PM, even on SUNDAY! thank you, thank you, thank you for that. Second, I was able to choose an appt or start my checkin online or on their app. When I arrived, the receptionist had all of my information. There was only 1 other person there and they told me a 30-45 minute wait, which I assumed there were scheduled appointments and I was being worked in. I only waited about 20 minutes. I was greeted with the sweetest medical assistant - I believe her name was Mary. She assessed my symptoms and ran some initial tests. Dr. Pain came in soon after and asked me a bunch of questions to rule out potential illnesses. She was very thorough! After narrowing it down to bacterial sinusitis, she prescribed me eye drops for my bloodshot eyes, antibiotics, AND one dose of Fluconazole for if I were to get a yeast infection from the antibiotics. WOW! Actually thinking about my health and potential complications in the future?? Amazing! Dr. Pain gave me paper scripts which I thought was odd, given the progressiveness of the clinic itself. But, boy was I glad she did. Most all pharmacies were closed and I was able to bring it to one that was open. Two days later I got a message to my portal checking in on me. I had the option to request a call back from medical staff, message in any questions, or update/extend a work note. This is my new go-to clinic. Thank you Next Level for providing updated technology that makes it easier on everyone and thank you staff for your professionalism and bedside manner!

Overall, it was a very positive experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The facility was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. I didn't have to wait long before being called back, which was a huge relief. (the first time I went) The medical staff were professional and attentive. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, review my progress, and explain the next steps in my recovery plan in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their thoroughness and the genuine care they showed throughout my visit. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that there was a slight delay when I was waiting for my discharge instructions and follow-up care paperwork. While not a major issue, it did make the visit longer than I had anticipated. Despite that minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care - Spring. Their professionalism, clean environment, and attentive staff made this a reassuring stop on my recovery journey.
