I seriously cannot express my delight with this office! We all know finding any medical office that ticks all the boxes is hard, and walk-in clinics are usually long waits, front desk staff aren't polite, etc. First off, this location is open until 9PM, even on SUNDAY! thank you, thank you, thank you for that. Second, I was able to choose an appt or start my checkin online or on their app. When I arrived, the receptionist had all of my information. There was only 1 other person there and they told me a 30-45 minute wait, which I assumed there were scheduled appointments and I was being worked in. I only waited about 20 minutes. I was greeted with the sweetest medical assistant - I believe her name was Mary. She assessed my symptoms and ran some initial tests. Dr. Pain came in soon after and asked me a bunch of questions to rule out potential illnesses. She was very thorough! After narrowing it down to bacterial sinusitis, she prescribed me eye drops for my bloodshot eyes, antibiotics, AND one dose of Fluconazole for if I were to get a yeast infection from the antibiotics. WOW! Actually thinking about my health and potential complications in the future?? Amazing! Dr. Pain gave me paper scripts which I thought was odd, given the progressiveness of the clinic itself. But, boy was I glad she did. Most all pharmacies were closed and I was able to bring it to one that was open. Two days later I got a message to my portal checking in on me. I had the option to request a call back from medical staff, message in any questions, or update/extend a work note. This is my new go-to clinic. I recently visited Next Level Urgent Care in Spring for follow-up care while recovering from a broken ankle. Overall, it was a very positive experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The facility was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. I didn't have to wait long before being called back, which was a huge relief. (the first time I went) The medical staff were professional and attentive. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, review my progress, and explain the next steps in my recovery plan in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their thoroughness and the genuine care they showed throughout my visit. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that there was a slight delay when I was waiting for my discharge instructions and follow-up care paperwork. While not a major issue, it did make the visit longer than I had anticipated. Despite that minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care - Spring. Their professionalism, clean environment, and attentive staff made this a reassuring stop on my recovery journey. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here and I will continue for any future needs. The staff are so sweet and patient. I went in due to very bruised knees from a fall. The nurses listened to my concerns, X-rays were done quickly. The PA listened and was very explanatory about my condition. read more

They made my issue worse came in for an ear fluid problem I'm in so much pain now because of the PA that was there He didn't listen to any of my concerns at all just in it for the money . I kept telling the medical assistant he was hurting me and he didn't stop said it was supposed to . Then the VU guy came back and said yeah infection like you guys made it irritated put a whole bunch of water in my ear and made my issue worse . I couldn't even say anything because I literally just wanted to cry from how bad I felt and for them to just brush it off like nothing and say it was something completely different than what it actually was I would never recommend this place to anyone at all. Had to take my toddler in for a sensitive issue. We were walk-ins and in and out on a weekend in less than 1.5 hours! Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The doctor we saw was knowledgeable and also didn't make us feel rushed in the appointment in spite of others waiting. Will be going there again should any urgent care issue arrive while my daughter's pediatrician is closed! read more

I went into the clinic to ask about a large limp on the front of my lower leg that has been causing me pain for 8 days. My foot was also turning purple as the result of the leg injury bruise moving down through my leg. I was asked about foot pain any trouble walking any pain walking or when I put wieght on the injured leg. when I asked about the lump on my leg and the pain I am going through. SAhe put her hand on the lump and said its warm. They then proceeded to take several X rays of my foot which I told them I have not experienced any pain at all. After a bit the Dr came in and said we are going to clear you from having a broken foot. That's awesome I thought an area that brings me no discomfort is just fine. There was never another mention of the area or discomfort I felt from the issue i came in with. My only thought leaving the office is they found a way to charge me lots of money and the Dr can finally get hearing aids because I do not think she heard or cared about one word I said. read more

I was very impressed with the phlebotomist. I normally have a had time when I have to give blood. She knew exactly what to do and caused minimal discomfort. The PA was gentle and showed concern. The entire staff was friendly and I was pleased with the way they treated me. read more

They were awesome. I had to get some screenings done for my employment. It was easy to make/get an appointment. They were swift when I arrived. We got through everything I needed so quickly. The staff and facility were great however I was not charged my co- pay. I did receive a bill for $50 and the same day a notice that they turned me into a collection agency!! This is very unfair This was the only notice received and no phone calls were attempted. I'm a patient with MD Anderson. My medical bills are much higher then this and they have never sent it to a collection agency!!! Unfair practice financially here! read more

I went with my wife to Next Level review at FM2920 &Gosling . My wife was walking on herself . She has neurological issues for which she is treated, but i witness sudden change in her behavior , like she was talking too much though her vital sign were fine. After giving brief history to nurse . The provider came and asked to go to emergency center across street. She told that they do not blood and urine test. V. dissappointed went to methodist ER location. The took blood work and urine test and found UTI cause of infection and we were back home. This was my worst experience at medical facility. read more

The office staff comes across as unaccommodating and lazy. I simply asked if I could email them a copy of my insurance card to have it while I was filling out paperwork because my phone was going to die and was made to feel like I was asking them to move mountains and it was a very complicated ordeal. This is not some thing someone should have to deal with when they aren't feeling well. I do not recommend this clinic. read more

The medical staff here is off the charts. They are so high tech and know the latest about everything. Dr. Khalid is fabulous. Deborah is amazing . Best nurse ever. I came here with Covid feeling like I was as dying. Just left and feel 100 percent better. Only had to wait 10 min . Highly recommend. read more

Sat at Carenow for over 30 minutes before they said they couldn't see us and had over an hour before they closed. Left and came to Nextlevel. I'd definitely recommend any and everyone to come here. The place is super clean to the point that I could smell the disinfectant upon entering the room. The staff here was so extremely nice from the front desk to the nurse practitioner. I gained a great deal of knowledge regarding my child's health care.
