WOW! I don't normally post reviews but I was extremely impressed by my visit this afternoon with NP capperreli ( I'm sorry if I butchered the last name) Jessica. What impressed me was the fact that she prescribed a probiotic with my antibiotics!!! I've NEVER had a doctor do that and I've been on lots of antibiotics in the past. Thinking about patient care and well being was obviously her priority. I will 100% be coming back!!! Thank you so much for the care today. Everyone was amazing from the front to the back. My employer decided to go with this company and it was the worst decision ever made. I have been so disappointed every time I go. Yesterday was the last straw; these people on ly treat your symptoms, never looking for the root cause (I don't even know if the person who saw me yesterday was medically qualified to diagnose anything- he never introduced himself as physician, physician assistant, or nurse practioner. I told him my symptoms, he looked briefly at my eyes, ears and nose. He saw the cold in my eyes and questioned that. They tested me for Covid and flu which was negative. Then he simply proceeded to write me prescriptions for every symptom I had. The only problem was he wrote me a prescription for antibiotics- come to find out I have allergic rhinitis which ANTIBIOTICS cannot help. I literally had to go on the world wide web to do my own research. Allergic rhinitis covered EVERY symptom I had (also considering I have asthma exacerbated by my allergies). Now they have my files because I've been there several times for various reasons for over a year. Had he taken the time to look at my history he MIGHT have been able to put two and two together. I've been referred to a pulmonary specialist by them, so the results of that visit should be in my file. I asked this gentleman if he could see whether my sinuses were infected and he said something to the effect that he can't tell just by looking???? Real doctors used to just press down on the sinus area and ask if you feel relief-NOPE, not him. This man wrote me a prescription for nausea (which would be alleviated simply by addressing the post nasal drip), antibiotics (which does nothing) eye drops for the cold and redness in my eyes (haven't bothered to even pick that up yet) and prednisone (praise GOD for that one). Today, I'm going to pick up some Claritin or Allegra to help with my allergic reaction to change in weather and the fact that I have pets and the Pulmonary specialist (a real doctor I might add) said I'm allergic to pet dander (hence the painful sinuses without congestion, but a very drippy nose). Went last night, with a 6:30 appointment. Checked in prior, waited about 3-5 minutes, went back for vitals and waited 2-3 minutes. After that the nurse left and the Doctor, (Miss Tiffany, you're a whole lot of awesome sauce!!!) walked in within 30 seconds. She heard my concerns (spider bite) and had me all set in 5-7 minutes. I just posted memorial urgent care problems. Please read my other post. When I left the other urgent care and I came to this one the difference between quality care was exceptionally different. They were understanding they were helpful. They were at tentative and the office experience was top-notch. Each member at this urgent care show compassion more importantly the level of detail of care that I received is more than I ever got from the Other urgent care. If I ever need a quick doctor and I can't see my Primary this is where I'll be going 100% of the time going forward. Oh by the way they were about $115 cheap cheaper. And the quality was 130 times better. Please don't go for the big shiny company that's everywhere. It doesn't mean they're the best. I saw they have PREGNANT women doing x-rays. This made me uneasy... I asked her why is she doing x-rays and she told us she was the only x-ray person there... What kind of Managment is this... The app was super simple to put myself in line and filled out all the paperwork in the comfort of my home. They texted me when it was time to head in. The front desk ladies were nice and very helpful. I was taken back to a comfortable room where I didn't have to wait long at all for a doctor to come in and see me. You know, as far as urgent care facilities go... this one isn't too bad. I've been a walk in and waited 3-4 hours. And then made an appointment and waited less than 1 hour. The wait is probably the worst part of the experience but what can we expect from urgent care? The treatment itself and the staff has been pretty good. No complaints. I've been seen pretty quick once they've taken me into a room. I'll probably keep coming here for future urgent needs since it wasn't too bad. read more

This is a new urgent care in the Conroe area and it's really nice. I wasn't feeling good last night so I told my wife I'm going to need to go to an urgent care place and get some relief. After her initial shock, she pulled herself off the floor and sent me this location on my phone. I drive there from work (it was almost 7p) and got right in. No one was waiting in the waiting room. Probably since it's new enough not a lot of people know about it. Yet. They will once they get the kind of service I got last night! Since there was no one waiting I was given a room within 5 minutes of arriving. They send Check-in paperwork to your phone. It's a really easy process. The room is also really comfortable. I was expecting the same ol hard table with the thin paper to wait on. What I got was a really nice leather recliner chair that was very comfortable to sit on. And if my wife hadn't left she'd have had a comfortable couch to sit in. It was like the corner piece of a sectional. But again, much better than the hard chair your other party has to wait in usually. My tech Julia arrived in my room in just a few minutes to take my vitals and get my symptoms. She was really friendly and we had good conversation about kids (when she asked if I'd been around anyone with the flu, I told her I was a teacher so probably so! Lol). She checked for strep and flu and we had more good conversation. Again, most medical places seem like we are a bother and they don't really have any time for us. Just make us wait forever and then get us out as soon as possible. So kinda refreshing to have someone act like it was nice to see me there, even though I didn't really want to be there. After the tests came back Negative, Karen Faust, PA (the provider) came in and she looked me over and told me it was a bad virus and gave me some meds that would help. Again, good conversation and she took the time to listen and act like she was glad to help. So refreshing!! They lived up to their company name of NextLevel. On 05/26/2023, I was driving in to Conroe from just north of Austin to visit family and started feeling bad after about an hour, felt like a UTI was starting. I'm not sure how I managed to complete the drive, I was in a great deal of pain by the time I got to this urgent care (found online by my son). Check in was quick, paperwork is all done online. I asked about the wait and the front desk person told me I had 3 people ahead of me. Didn't wait very long, maybe 15-20 minutes. The exam room was a surprise, it had a super comfortable chair for me to sit in instead of a hard table! Every single person I encountered was friendly, professional and caring. For the first time in many years, I was prescribed something for my bladder pain and spasms, normally I get an antibiotic and have to wait it out so that was a very pleasant surprise. Not living in the area, the nurse was able to tell me where the 24-hour pharmacy was so I could get my meds. The clinic was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this urgent care, I was treated exceptionally well. I'm just sorry it's not near my home! Thank you to everyone who took care of me that night! read more

I have been to this location twice in two days, once for each of my Grandsons. They were completely professional and totally compassionate. The facility is spotless, it smells pleasantly and reassuringly of disinfectants . If you register ahead there is next to no wait time. They didn't give any grief about giving prescriptions. (I had one grandson test positive for type A flu, and they gave both prescriptions. Which I really appreciated!) In addition I am immuno suppressed due to Lupus and I did not get a flu shot his year. So they put me on Tammiflu profalacticly, so considerate! Today we saw Tammy, Julia, Cynthia and Doctor Tim Seary. We saw mostly the same cast of super professionals yesterday with the addition of Jose Etienne P. A. I highly recommend this facility and these wonderful. NEVER AGAIN! Called at 3:45 to get my son tested for Covid. I'm told he is "in line" and they will text me when it's his turn. After waiting 5 hours, I call back to ask what's going on; will he wrap to tomorrow or do we have to start back at bottom of the list. At 8:52 they told me to go to the clinic. 15 minutes later I arrived at the clinic to find they closed at 9:00 and doors are locked. I tried to call back the number that told me to go to the clinic and they had gone home, call back tomorrow. Tech was very unprofessional he started with taking blood pressure and telling me that the cuff needs to go around my neck. It did not stop there next was the pulse monitor. He told me I need to connect to my tongue. I told I been to the doctor a few times and I know better. Of course the temp check he said this was for rectal use. What a clown you people have working for you. I sure this guy has done this to other patients. His two bit night club act needs to find employment more suited to his skill. read more

I went in for a cold on March 1. It was my second round going through a cold since mid-February but I did not seek treatment during the first go round. My symptoms were wet cough which prevented me from having decent rest for a couple of days. The PA told me I had an upper respiratory infection and prescribed me a cough syrup that would help me sleep while making the cough a wet one (it already was a wet one), a 3-day supply of steroid pills and and a nostril medication. That night I took the syrup just before going to bed. The reaction was horrible. My wet cough became a torrent of phlegm which is increased the coughing so much that I could never sleep. I had to miss work the next day because I was too exhausted to drive myself in. I never again took the syrup but did use the other two prescriptions. I continued coughing for the next four days. The cough gradually became dry and less frequent allowing me to actually sleep but the cough intensified leaving brushing on my abdomen. When making the urgent care appointment last night because the cough was starting to come back wet and harder, I had hoped that because these symptoms are continuing and the original treatment plan failed, it seemed fair that my co-pay be waved. The PA after all told me on that March 1 visit that I was at the tail end of the cold and would be better in a couple of days but that if I began feeling worse, that I should come back. She obviously misdiagnosed something and that's fine because it's a cold but c'mon, charging me another $50 for today's visit? That would be foolish of me to pay, right? read more

I highly recommend Next Level to anyone needing care but not wanting to wait for their primary doctor. I went in on 10/11/19 for excruciating pain in my heel. Tina greeted me upon arrival. She was friendly and professional. Several times throughout my visit she checked on me offering refreshments and asking if I needed anything. Karen came in and immediately diagnosed my pain in my heel as a heel spur. She recommended an X-ray to confirm the spur. Katie took me for my X-ray and was also very accommodating. She was gentle when adjusting my foot for the x-rays and even showed me the spur once the imaging came through. After that Tina and Karen offered up suggested products available online to help minimize pain. I was given a prescription for inflammation, print outs of the products they recommended and a CD with my imaging should I need further care somewhere else. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back for future urgent care needs. Took 2 1/2 hours for my son to see a doctor for a tenatus shot. When he got there was told they were moving fast. We were on lake conroe when he scraped a nail and decided it would be best to get a shot as it had been a number of years since the last one. We could have driven back into Houston, gotten a shot at the GP and been back in less time than the URGENT care took to see him. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I made an appt for a rapid covid test, only due to the fact that I was going to be around compromised family members....I had zero symptoms! I understood that I had to pay the out-of-pocket cost of the rapid test of $75 before entering. I have now received a bill for an "urgent care" visit. So on top of the $75, i will now have to pay a hefty amount for my "visit", which mind you, was literally a nurse coming in and giving me the test, and then I waited 15 minutes for the result. I never saw a doctor ONCE! I will be calling my insurance to advise I was not assessed at all, only given the swab and results. I am not sure how they can get away with billing for an urgent care visit for this. Seems fraudulent to me. read more

I fell and twisted my ankle and got into a room right away but the dr/P.A did not come in the room right away and started explaining details about the patient before. They took a xray and advised would notify us the next day (saturday) of the xray results but they never contacted us till we called them on sunday. They advised I had a fracture. I went in to get a boot or something besides a wrap till I could see a orthopedic dr, by my own decision and the dr was very unprofessional, my husband heard the nurse and dr talking and she told him I was just in the day before and the dr reply was "then why is she here again?" The dr came in holding my xray results and doesnt say hi, introduce himself or anything, only comes in and says yes its broke and then asks me what I need. I asked if i needed more then a wrap, so he brought crutches in and then dropped them on my leg and said " so do I have to wrap your knee now too?" And left the crutches on the floor for me and my husband to pick up. Absolutely would not go there again, especially with so many diffrent options within a mile or 2. read more

Literally the most unprofessional place I have ever been. We went because my significant other slipped a disc in their back. We went to a ready clinic first who told us we needed to go here to get something to help with the inflammation and pain. When we got there , as soon as we told the front desk that it was back pain they literally looked at each other and whispered to each other. The doctor came out to speak with us in the waiting room and was completely acting like we were lying to get pain medicine. When we got taken back the nurse would not talk to my significant other and would ask me all their questions and expect me to answer as if I am their mother and then asked me to put a good word in for them at my job so they could leave this place. The nurses also didn't act like they believed that they were in pain and basically told him to "man up" since "his back hurts too but he's at work now".
