Very impressed with Dr. Nashed and this practice. It took me quite a while to find a GP. I searched and read so many reviews that my brain became foggy. This facility is close to my home and they were listed on my medical insurance website as an approved practice, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Filled out paperwork prior to coming in. Took me a bit to do, but I got it done and dropped it off prior to my appointment. Wait time when I did arrive for my appointment was negligible. Staff was courteous. Dr. Nashed's nurse was thorough and patient. Dr. Nashed herself took quite a bit of time with me when I saw her. I never felt rushed, nor did I receive any kind of condescending lecture regarding my health or activity level. Lab is on site, so all bloodwork is drawn while you are in the office - no need to go to a separate facility. Communication after appointment was also very good. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Nashed for my annual check up. So glad I finally located a GP that I like and is so close to where I live. read more

Horrible doctors. Dr Hamilton is rude and condescending and dr mcqurter is also condescending. She will also drop you as a patient if you do not agree with the orders. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values exceptional care read more

This place is awful. Unprofessional. If you need your once a year check up sure come here Because they don't really care for you. I had an issue and I called the nurse to have the doctor tell me what happened, never called me back took my husband and I many phone calls to get someone to answer back. When I went into the office it was a long wait time. Then when I needed papers printed out with my medical information the front office said " sorry the printer in turned off." Like really??! In the middle of the day? I saw 3 different doctors every time I would go in. Not organized at all! Your health you decide. read more

Horrible I would not recommend to anyone. I would advise everyone to look for care elsewhere. Between the receptionist and front desk employees and the doctors/pa's no one in the practice cares about taking care of the patient. This is just another case of people blindly going through their day but have no friendly interactions with those they encounter they are here for a paycheck. I have had Covid and saw Dr. Nashed for lingering symptoms and weight loss. She has been my PCP for a few years and I have always been quite satisfied, but fortunately I haven't had frequent occasions when I needed to go into the office. I called for an appointment and was able to see Dr. Nashed the same day. She was very thorough, kind and sympathetic. I felt like we were members of a team in our efforts to improve my health. Everyone in the office is caring and respectful. I have been a nurse for 40 years, and have been disappointed in the direction health care has taken. Dr. Nashed and her staff give me hope. Awful customer service! They are the most passive aggressive staff I have dealt with. The doctor Karen is the worst doctor one ever had the experience of dealing with. I would not normally call a Dr by their first name but that's what they want and I never learned her last name. I can get over that but the absolute lack of professionalism on every level is unacceptable. Most everyone in the lobby was there for a Covid test but the staff wore their masks like chin diapers. I had an appointment at 9. I think I only waited 10 minutes and they took me in. After the nurse checked me, they put me in a room and I think I waited 3 minutes and the doctor came in.! My doctor Stephanie was really nice, she took her time to explain things to me. I didn't felt rushed. The staff is really nice and helpful. I really recommend this place. read more

I've been seen here a few times and feel the staff is very thorough, considerate and helpful. Nice facility with clean and welcoming rooms. On my 3 visits, the wait time has varied but that's expected. The PA is fantastic! read more

Do NOT go here! The front desk is a mess, I had the most difficult time getting everything situated with them. While the doctor was nice, it was hell to deal with the receptionists! They were extremely rude, snobby, and had the worst attitude ever. I can not stay with the doctor because who the fuck wants to see a doctor knowing every time they'll have to deal with the front desk. They're so unprofessional and don't know the first thing about good customer service. I lost money cause they didn't communicate properly and basically screwed me over. The bitch face and tone they have is enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I don't have the time or patience to be dealing with people that act like they're doing me a favor by sitting on there ass and doing their simple ass job. read more

I have never been there when I didn't have to wait at least 30-45 minutes in the waiting room then another 15 in the exam room. The front desk is impersonal. Been going several years but will be going to new Dr. next time. read more

Louetta Family Medicine either 1) Lied to me about their charges so they could mislead me into paying more OR 2) Is fraudulently slandering me to credit agencies as retribution for standing up to their misleading charges. The facts of the matter are - I told them I was on a PPO plan and would need to pay the full amount for their services. They quoted me, and I paid them what they told me the full amount would be (somewhere around $175). Then they sent me more bills and told me that it was due to the insurance plan I was on, which I informed them of fully prior to agreeing to be seen. This was in 2017 I think, and just recently I got a phone call from a collection agency saying that they sent me to collections. I told them these facts and said I would not pay any more than I agreed to. Now they have filed an invalid report on my Trans Union credit report. read more

Never go here. Worse than 0 stars. My son and I have never been treated to unprofessionally and disrespected in my life. We went in for poison ivy for my 1 yr old. When I called to make the appointment they told me I had a past due from JANUARY (mind you we have been several times since and never knew, never got a letter) they told me it was because at the wellness visit, which his insurance covers 100%, the doctor ASKED ME questions and I answered honestly. But bc she wrote down 3 things, one was even sending us to a GI for his allergies/tummy problems, I didn't tell her to do that, she told us to go. Anyways I was charged a copay of a normal visit bc anytime you are back and more than 2 things are talked about it's considered another appointment. So I said I'm not going to pay that because that is ridiculous and I'll be talking to them and my insurance about it. But they told me we could still come in for the appointment because we owed less than $50. We get to the appointment and the front desk lady tells me I have to pay or he can't be seen. I told her what they told me on the phone, so she talked to the financing department. We got called back before she talked to me again so I assumed it was cleared up. We are in the room getting his vitals and growth checked and the lady walks back in and tells me I have to pay or leave. I was astonished. I said we are all the way back here, started the appointment and you will kick me out of this room? She said yes. I asked how it's my fault that the doctor wrote 3 things? And should I lie if I have concerns so I won't be charged? And she said yes!!! To lie!!! About my 16 month old baby. THEY WOULD KICK OUT A 1YEAR OLD BABY WITH POISON IVY!!!!! We have had issues with this doctor and office since the week he was born. I pray to God if you know anyone who goes there you let them read this. I'm still mind blown anyone would do this. Worst place I've ever been medically and professionally. Side note the front desk is always on their phones in front of the patients.
