I do not recommend this clinic since my grandmother goes there with Dr. Rivera. Today my…read moregrandmother was discharged from St. Luke's Hospital on the orders of her primary care physician, Rivera, just three days after her surgery because she had both legs punctured and one of them was cut again. The doctor who performed the surgery told us that she would be there for at least 6 days so that she would receive more care at the same hospital to take better care of her wound and not have to keep cutting it. It turns out that he discharged her with little time due to a different behavior without ordering a test to see what was happening. She is 75 years old and should probably be starting dementia, which is what the ambulance driver just explained to me since I had to call because my grandmother was hurting herself, she just arrived from the hospital and wanted to throw herself out of bed, we observed her for a while and her behavior worsened, we had to call the ambulance again for fear that something else would happen to her, as a doctor I do not see your professionalism as a doctor or as a human being, this is an adult who may be presenting other health problems but it seems that it is difficult to order other tests to be sure of what is happening to my grandmother.

It starts with the girls in the front. Your family as soon as you walk in. They schedule perfectly there is no wait. The work as a team. I was seeing Dr. Yu and she fantastic. I was told by three Neurologist and one neuro surgeon that my stenosis and neuropathy was incurable. Dr. Yu introduced to Dr. Khan in their practice. He looked at my nerve test and said it was severe but he could help me. Fast forward i had my left leg and foot surgery yesterday. Its amazing the difference already. He gave me my life back. I already having back in my foot. I would go from walking on glass to couldn't feel my feet and fall. For years i had this problem. I'm can't believe the results over night. Neuropathy patients theirs hope. Go see the team at SpineTECH.

Prior to seeing Dr. Edwin Lo (a neurosurgeon at SpineTech) in March of 2023, I was having SEVERE…read morepain radiating down my left leg. After my initial consultation with Dr. Lo, we determined to start treatment for the pain starting with the most conservative treatment and progressing from there. By starting with conservative treatment, Dr. Lo was able to assess what level would stop the pain. Before starting different treatments, Dr. Yu (a neurologist) ran a series of nerve tests to assess how my nerves were responding to pain stimulus, This assessment involved putting an EKG-type monitor on different parts of my body and administering static electricity to those areas, which were recorded on an EKG-type machine. This assessment gave the doctors a baseline from which to work. While these assessments were being done, the pain was increasing from just one leg to both legs and my right arm to the point, where was NOT able to lift my arm above shoulder-level without wanting to buckle in nerve pain. Initially, Dr. Lo prescribed medication which somewhat numbed the pain, but, didn't stop it entirely. after that step failed, the next step was to try injections, (2 sets) which were not effective for long. The pain returned with a vengeance and increased in severity, making it difficult to try to continue to work. After the injections failed to produce any lasting results, I tried a chiropractor. Again the results were short-lived. After these methods failed to produce lasting pain-relief. Dr. Lo decided that the best (and most productive) course of action was spine surgery. On December 1st, 2023.I had an L4-L5 TLIF procedure done.by Dr. Lo and his assistant Dr. Choi. What I remember the most about this surgery is waking up from it, and not having ANY NERVE PAIN whatsoever. I could move my arms/shoulders and legs freely. IT WAS AMAZING the relief was instantaneous. I have had several follow-up appointments with SpineTech and Dr. Lo since then and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this doctor and his office

Pre check in was done several times upon arrival to then be advised a on my visit that they couldn't find it, to then it be found when I advised I had the message showing completion. After the visit they couldn't figure how Much to "charge me" the girl taking payment said $80 then said let me double check as she waddles to the back where I here them throwing around numbers $120 nah nah I think $160 then she comes out says $160 thank God insurance answered and said $80. When I advised that she just said ok and took $80 didn't verify it or anything which makes me think they were going to charge me whatever they felt! Also when I called to verify my prescription... they would answer and put me directly on a hold and then hang up! I had to call 5x to finally get someone on the phone! The second time I called they answered after the 7th call! I honestly thought this has to be a prank because never in my life have I've been to a doctors office that functioned this way! The first red flag was the clear HIPPA violation! But I had already took off work and I was there! I expected better service considering being located in the woodlands! This clinic is subpar outdated with thin walls and a gossiping staff! I don't know how this place is opened as a resident of the woodlands I'm shocked! Honestly!
