Dr. Powellson was in NO way friendly, welcoming, comforting, or helpful. He was, instead;rude, argumentative, interrupting, judgemental, cold, and dismissive. He was entirely focused on my mental health diagnosis-which was NOT why I was there-and treated my physical health, as well as some important concerns I tried to communicate, as an afterthought. The room was cold, sterile, uncomfortable, and so is Dr. Powellson. I was immediately put off and defensive with his demeanor, and his lack of focus on my physical health rather than my mental- he seemed to form an opinion when I told him my diagnosis- was confusing and frustrating. I jave a lump in my abdomen and another in my pelvis that he NEVER EXAMINED, or asked about them after I mentioned it. I felt judged, as though Dr Powellson has a bias about people with BPD. The building and the lobby made me want to turn around as soon as I got there, and Dr. Powellson made me so uncomfortable; feeling judged and argued with, and frustrated, that I walked out of the appointment within 5 minutes of meeting and talking to him. At NO time did I feel like Dr Powellson cared about my physical concerns, or even HEARD them.This was just supposed to be a general physical and check-up, and Dr. Powellson made it the most uncomfortable, unpleasant, and awful appointments I have ever had.

My annual physical is only 15 min including waiting time, her assistant taking measurements of blood pressure, weight, height and answering questionnaire. She just reviewed the questionnaire and asked some follow-up questions. She charged it as sick visit and annual prevention exam. She refused to change it after I contacted her. I called billing department, told them it is medical billing frauds and I will report it to the board. Then the charge was dropped immediately.

From the sweet lady at the front desk (Kristina) who made registration quick & easy, to thoughtful Nurse Rommel, who gifted us with a small teddy bear as a brave patient prize, to kind & gentle Dr. Bechtel, we were seen by quality practitioners who gave prompt attention, treating our situation with professionalism & empathy. Being an over-protective parent, we felt it better to be safe than sorry and came here after our toddler got too curious for her own good. The clinic is open 24/7, so we were thankful to arrive after 10pm with little wait. Dr. Bechtel was not dismissive about the situation but offered light humor, comfort, and reassurance. They kept our kiddo in observation with us just long enough to make sure she was okay and marked our visit as "urgent care" (versus an "emergency") to ease the financial burden. Don't want to repeat the situation any time soon, but this will be our absolute go-to if a medical emergency arises again. Highly recommend this place and appreciate the staff who took care of us that night.

I felt comfortable and at ease right away due to the amazing bedside manners. I want to thank Dr. Lorentz, JJ my RN, and paramedic Will for wonderful care. Dr. Lorentz was very thorough, caring and informative and JJ was made sure I was comfortable at all times. The facility is clean, bright, in a convenient location, and they take Medicare. Elyse and Lindsay who worked the front desk were polite and courteous. Lol Because this is a group of Nurse Practitioners, if you need an actual doctor to sign off on your paperwork, you might wanna try elsewhere. Suited me just fine. My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

They even took me early, I left at nearly 11 Not because she was late but because she sent that much time answering my questions. She was beyond professional and very caring. I never once felt rushed. She treated me like a person and not another quota she had to meet. she went over several suggestions to help me manage my health better and wrote them down for me. i really love this office I've seen Dr. Dibble and he is as caring and takes his time with you just like Shelbie did. I am always impressed at the higher standard of care that you get at this office. Even the office staff is nice. They are like the chick-fil-a of health. Greeting you with a smile and good service over all. Currently there seems to be a 2 month waiting list for new patients but if you can get on that list, they are well worth the wait especially in a time when most doctors have forgotten that practicing medicine is about each individual's needs not lumped together with a single solution for all.

He was the FIRST doctor to actually spend time with my Dad, answer ANY and ALL questions we had, and made us really feel like he cared. We are so grateful for God bringing Dr. Dibble into our life and allowing us to experience what a true doctor/patient relationship should be. We really appreciate his after hours phone calls to check in and his condolences card that was signed by his entire staff. Unfortunately, our only regret is that we didn't find him sooner. With access to my medical records and about eight weeks out from my scheduled exam, I called this office to schedule a new patient appointment. Over the course of a three-day period, no one ever answered the phone at this office (281-465-4050). At varying times, I would be prompted to either call back at another time or leave a message and my call would be returned "by the end of the business day" because they were "busy helping other patients." Twice I left very detailed messages. I never received a call back from this office. Lower than a one-star rating: if a doctor's office can't get their front desk to answer the phone at ANY time during the day (I called on and off for multiple hours over the course of multiple days), and then phone calls are not returned after messages are left -- forget it. If this is an indication of how you and your staff treat your patients, you're not a physician I'd want to see anyway. Located a different doctor. Their office answered the phone on the first try and I was able to make an appointment immediately.
