There is adequate parking on all sides of the building with a portico in front. The building and the parking lot looked clean and I felt safe. When you enter, there is a sizeable waiting room with the checkin desk to the left of the entrance. The staff that I met was cordial and friendly during my entire visit. I was led to the surgery waiting area to receive an IV and change into surgical scrubs. They request you wear your own warm socks. There are at least 5 curtained off rooms with recliners and clipboards. Prior to designated surgery time, the nurse directed me to the surgery area as I walked behind her holding my IV Bag. The room was large and well lit, as the anesthesiologist set me up. When I awoke in the post op surgery, the staff quickly put my clothes on and put me in a wheelchair. Since I was still feeling the effects of the anesthesia, they wheeled me into another room to exit the building near the portico and placed me in a reclining chair. There I slept until I was roused by my daughter. Then we left. I had a pleasant experience and recommend this facility.

We have heard only great things about him and my husband said after meeting him he is a very nice person and talks to you so you understand everything. So once I had to see him I immediately felt like I've known him for years. His staff is very friendly and it's like a 380 degree turnaround from the other doctor. We have heard horror stories after we stopped using him from other people who seen him and I'm so thankful we found a great caring doctor that is not rushing you in and out to just make money. If you don't mind waiting cause he's not rushing his patients out the door you will have a great doctor that has great values and his Oath to take care of his patients. It's hard to find great doctors and we feel very blessed he is our doctor.

I was sent by my primary care physician after hours and the doc on call did not want to do the procedure she called ahead for me on. Covid seems to have brought the worst out of people and this guy is definitely 1. New management doesn't seem to have made a difference. He was smiling when I left. He was either lazy or evil. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Worst doc I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure to experience. And that is saying A LOT.

After completing the initial paperwork, Bill took us back to an exam room. We discussed my issue and the proceeded to have my blood pressure and temperature taken. Bill walked me through the process with expertise and kindness. It was determined I needed a cat scan so Cathy took over and walked me through the process with ease and whimsy. We were there for awhile because I needed several tests to try to figure out what was causing my pain but that's to be expected and was not an issue. Meghan checked me out without pressure or a judging look like I have previously experienced at other places. I actually felt good about paying! This was probably the most enjoyable ER visit, despite my pain issue, I have ever had. Thank you Cathy, Bill and Meghan! Y'all are awesome!

Dr. Nguyen and his office staff are great! My husband has been a patient here for over 10 years,…read moreand we have always had a wonderful experience with them. They are caring, professional, and genuinely great to work with. If political memorabilia in a doctor's office is enough to make you decide not to receive care there, then perhaps this simply isn't the office for you. Personally, we have never had an issue with it, and it certainly does not change the quality of care we have received over the years. It seems to me that some people are allowing their political views to overshadow what really matters--the quality of the doctor and the care his office provides. If you have a problem with the political memorabilia, you have every right to choose another office, but that doesn't take away from the excellent care we have received from Dr. Nguyen and his staff. PS: I LOVE THE MEMORABILIA THAT IS DISPLAYED!!

Dr. K. Nguyen may be a knowledgeable neurologist; however, my experience with his office staff,…read morescheduling practices, and overall patient care environment was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for patients' time significantly undermines confidence in the practice. Today, my 90-year-old mother, who has Alzheimer's disease, had a scheduled 9:00 a.m. appointment. We arrived at approximately 8:50 a.m., checked in on time, and waited. At 9:30 a.m., after receiving no update, I approached the front desk and asked how much longer we should expect to wait. I was told that Dr. Nguyen had four patients ahead of us. Given that our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., I was understandably confused. The staff member simply stated that he would be with us shortly. At approximately 9:40 a.m., we were called back and taken to Room 5. While waiting, I noticed political memorabilia displayed in the patient-care area that I found inappropriate for a professional medical environment. Having worked in corporate America and higher education for more than 30 years, I believe patients should be able to receive medical care in an environment that remains professional and welcoming regardless of their personal or political beliefs. By 10:30 a.m.--an hour and a half after my mother's scheduled appointment--we still had not seen Dr. Nguyen or received a meaningful update. I left the examination room and asked to reschedule. Rather than expressing concern or apologizing for the delay, a staff member again told me that four people were ahead of us and that we needed to wait. I explained that our time should be respected just as we respected the physician's time by arriving before our scheduled appointment. The staff member threw her hands in the air and directed me to speak with someone at the front desk. What was particularly troubling was the apparent lack of concern for the circumstances. I explained that I was accompanying a documented 90-year-old Alzheimer's patient. Anyone who cares for an elderly person with dementia understands that getting that individual prepared, transported, and to a medical appointment on time can require considerable planning and effort. I was then told that Dr. Nguyen "always runs late" because he goes to the hospital before coming to the office. If the practice knows that the physician routinely cannot begin seeing patients at the scheduled time, then appointment times should reflect his actual availability. Patients--particularly elderly and medically vulnerable patients--should not routinely be scheduled for appointments at times when the physician is not reasonably expected to be available. Even more concerning was the staff's attitude that this was simply normal and that patients should accept it. There was no apology, no proactive communication, and no apparent recognition that expecting a 90-year-old Alzheimer's patient to wait indefinitely is unreasonable. If the office knew the physician was significantly behind schedule, a simple phone call or text would have allowed us to adjust our arrival time. Instead, we arrived early, waited approximately 90 minutes, and ultimately left without seeing the physician. I am also requesting confirmation that neither my mother's insurance nor my mother will be billed for a physician visit that did not occur. Medical offices cannot always control emergencies or unexpected delays. However, they can control how they communicate with patients and how they treat them when delays occur. Courtesy, transparency, empathy, and respect for patients' time should be basic expectations--especially in a neurology practice serving elderly and cognitively impaired patients. Unfortunately, our experience demonstrated none of those qualities. What could have been handled with basic communication and compassion instead became an unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful experience. All for a 15min appointment that never happened!

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!
