AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PANDEMIC. If I could give -5 stars I would. I was sent by my primary care physician after hours and the doc on call did not want to do the procedure she called ahead for me on. He gave every excuse as to why I shouldn't- seems like if someone is sent by their doctor- you do the procedure. They went for a dang reason. It's been a week and I am still sick. Covid seems to have brought the worst out of people and this guy is definitely 1. New management doesn't seem to have made a difference. He was smiling when I left. He was either lazy or evil. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Worst doc I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure to experience. And that is saying A LOT. read more

We found Ally through a Google search and decided to give them a try today. The waiting room was clean, quiet and empty. We were warmly welcomed by Meghan. After completing the initial paperwork, Bill took us back to an exam room. We discussed my issue and the proceeded to have my blood pressure and temperature taken. Bill walked me through the process with expertise and kindness. It was determined I needed a cat scan so Cathy took over and walked me through the process with ease and whimsy. We were there for awhile because I needed several tests to try to figure out what was causing my pain but that's to be expected and was not an issue. Meghan checked me out without pressure or a judging look like I have previously experienced at other places. I actually felt good about paying! This was probably the most enjoyable ER visit, despite my pain issue, I have ever had. Thank you Cathy, Bill and Meghan! Y'all are awesome! read more

Not the place to go to for emergency care. I went here after an incident in which I had multiple injuries. The staff moved like molasses and didn't show any care at all. There seemed to be one doctor, one nurse and one tech working at the time and that is it. I saw no other patients, but yet it took forever to get any attention, medications, or assistance. I got X-rays and was told I didn't break anything and was sent home saying I needed to follow up with a surgeon the next day. I went to the surgeon and I had broken a bone and the surgeon was appalled at the lack of initial care given to my wounds. Was told that the condition that Sublime let me go home in made my infection risk astronomical. I have no clue what I was charged for my visit so can't comment on the cost. If you have an actual emergency, go to the actual hospital, not this place. No, you don't have to wait as long, but your chance of getting actual care is greater there than at this place. Update: well, got a letter in the mail today from my insurance. The main hospital bill is out of network, which is infuriating. The reason being is that in the first few sentences of me walking in, I told the person at the desk who my insurance was. It's one of the biggest insurers in the country so it should be standard knowledge of whether or not they were in network. She came into the room later and verified my insurance and said nothing to me, so she had multiple chances prior to me receiving care that my insurance wasn't in network but she didn't use any of them to do the right thing. When you're leaving the facility, there is a sign on the wall that says parts of your visit might be out of network due to how they bill, but for the MAIN hospital bill (which was over $13,000) to be out of network, this screams shady business practices to me. read more

These people are on a power trip! They were EXTREMELY rude to me & my son. After waiting for almost 2 hours we find out they don't bill, don't care for children well & are just rude. Beware, this place hits you for your whole deductible on your healthcare.. walked in for a rash simply talked to the doc for 2 min and walked out with a 4K charge on my healthcare. Clerk wanted to give me no explanation on why I was being charged and made me sign papers. it's a shame that some places are taking advantage of people. Makes me sick. read more

From the moment I walked in it felt like a very quiet doctors office. They weren't busy, which was a plus, but every one was so very kind and understanding of my concerns and were very welcoming. I came here for an allergic reaction and was treated so quickly. I received at least 3 phone calls after I went home in the next day or two asking how I was. This was my first time to the ER and I was very pleased with how I was treated and managed from the time I was seen and until I came home. read more

The care at the facility is great, however paying has been a hassle. They repeatedly lose my payments, and have no where for me to go sit down and discuss this to figure it out. They take the money and then say I still owe the same amount, this has been happening for months with no solution in sight. read more

The front desk removed my family member from her seat and told her to wait outside the lobby just after she suffered a concussion from a motor vehicle accident. This place, more specifically, the health care providers at this place, should be more compassionate when dealing with people entering their place of business. read more

I wouldn't even give it a one except there is not an option too. I went to the Urgent care only to find out it was closed but was told that I could be seen in the ER. Not once did the person at the front mention that I would be accessed first to see if it was life threatening. She watched as I told my husband good-bye. After explaining I had a severe migraine pain level a 10 with extreme nausea. I was told it wasn't life threatening and would have to pay in full to be seen. without ever seeing the doctor, the nurse made this call never allowing me to speak with the doctor to explain the pain going up my neck, the dizziness, extreme sweating and blurred vision which had all been going on for a week. I am a 48 year old female and a lot of life threatening things could be going on. I was turned away with a nurse making that call without any testing. read more

I used their urgent care services and it was wonderful. Nurse and MD were very friendly and listened to my concerns. I have a PCP but it's impossible getting an urgent appointment with him and I'm glad I found Sublime. I recommend this place for your emergency or urgent care needs. read more

After being poisoned during the great Romaine Outbreak of 2018 and spending all night with the porcelain gods, I desperately needed fluids. Sublime is the closest urgent care facility that came up on my insurance's webpage and had good Yelp reviews so I decided to try it. After checking in, I was taken back immediately to see the nurse. After getting all the basics out of the way, the wait to see the doctor was only 10 minutes. Both the nurses and doctor were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The waiting room/exam room were both clean and tidy. With everything, including 2 bags of IV fluids, I was out in under 2 hours. Five stars....but of course we'll see how the billing process goes. read more

Super quick visit. All was clean and nice. The nurse was hilarious & awesome. He totally got my husbands personality and they jived well. They treated him quickly and sent us home with all the info we needed. They didn't rush through. Super professional and nice. They called today to check on him which I have never had happen before and with 3 kids ER visits unfortunately have come often. Hope to never return but know where I'm going if we have to. read more

My family members have required ER visits this past year from severe migraine to sports injuries. In Dec. flu and bronchitis hit 4 of us and we used Sublime's new urgent care. Upon entering the facility, my fiance and I knew we were in an outstanding ER. The lobby area was very clean and had nice lighting and seating. The front desk clerk Amy was very kind and spoke with an enthusiastic tone of voice and was very helpful. Our nurse was so sweet and held conversations very well. She made sure to ask the appropriate questions and also made us feel very comfortable. She made great eye contact and was very attentive to my fiance's needs. When the doctor came in (Dennis Plante) he was very professional and took the time to explain every little detail about my fiance's injury after performing a thorough examination on his leg. The X-Ray tech was nice and spoke to my fiance about how he was a CT tech before and how he became an X-Ray tech (since my fiance is interested in studying X-Ray technology). Overall the whole staff was wonderful! A lovely experience with no wait! Would definitely come here again and I recommend this facility 100%! Thank you, Sublime Care staff! read more

ZERO stars. This was the worst and scariest experience of my life. The doctor refused to treat my husband and tried to send him home with a horrible infection. If we hadn't gone to a another ER after this he would have been hospitalized for days. The doctor treated us awful and tried to prescribe a drug that has a major interaction with a medication he is on that we informed her of. She stated that the pharmacy wouldn't fill it anyways and went on to tell us he would have to choose between his pain or his regular medication. She told us we were there looking for a fight-all we wanted to do was make sure my husband got better and were concerned for his wellbeing. Thank God we chose to go to a real emergency room where he got the proper treatment. read more

The front desk person, Doctor, and nurses were amazing! I do not think I have ever been treated so well and taken care of so quickly when seeking medical treatment as I was here. The doctor had a great bedside manner and genuinely seemed to care and ask all of the right questions. I was in no way rushed out like most ER's. He was very thorough on his explanation of my problem and aftercare. No one likes to have to go to an ER unless it's actually an emergency mainly due to costs and long waits. But, this ER has changed my outlook for several reasons. They were cheaper than any ER I have ever been to and the staff was great. A week after my visit I received a thank you card hand signed by everyone on the staff at the ER. In a world where the customer doesn't matter really anymore, I felt these folks went above and beyond and being they are right there in my neighborhood, if ever I need ER care again that is my first stop. read more
