One of the worse I've ever been too! There is no compassion. It's bad enough having to go into a urgent care in these times, it makes it 10x worse when the staff literally shows no compassion and doesn't care. They just want you in and out. There was not one pleasant face in this office. I would give ZERO stars if I could! I imagine that prison nurses probably have better attitudes! The room I was placed in was not cleaned and sanitized. The trash can was full, the biohazard container was full of needles and you could clearly see they had not changed the paper on the bed, there was literally still a butt print from the previous patient. I'll admit I had some trepidation going in after reading some of these reviews but I felt a lot of incidents that took place from these reviewers were circumstantial based upon outside forces not within the practice's control. I feel most people that have great service just don't write the review so I'm taking the time to do so. In and out in no time! Staff greeted me when I walked in and showed me how to sign in online and fill out paperwork through the online portal. So much easier and less of a hassle than paper forms! The nurse staff were so kind and helpful and the doctor who examined me was very considerate and knowledgeable while explaining everything to me in layman's terms. She walks in without introducing herself and with no name tag she is very short and doesn't let you talk. I told her my daughter is allergic to amoxicillin and yet when I walked out I noticed she proscribed her amoxicillin. No way I can't trust her with my families health. read more

There is no way to reach their office. I keep leaving messages, but no response. It's a complete joke and super inefficient. 'm appalled at the kind of service I had after the appointment. First I was given certain directions of how to give my daughter prednisone. Upon pick up at the pharmacy the pharmacist asked me how exactly the provider told me to give said medication. She attempted to call the office and so did I. I finally got through hold, was transferred to the receptionist whom I explained the situation and the severity of over/under medicating a child with this medication. She then transferred me to the provider, Keta Adams, who hung up and left me a voicemail instead of calling me back and actually speaking to me about what the true instructions are on this medication. I actually made it back to the clinic to speak in person as I knew the office was closing and wouldn't get the chance to speak to someone. Instead of Keta Adams speaking to me face to face, she (she chuckled before saying this) tells the receptionist that she just left me a message about how to properly take the medication and that even the instructions on my discharge paperwork was incorrect and blames it on a computer typo. So to my understanding if the pharmacist had not brought it up and I hadn't noticed I would've been giving my daughter the incorrect dose. I feel extremely insulted as this is a four year old child who I relied on the provider, Keta Adams, to give clear and proper instruction and for her to laugh at me (loud enough for me to hear) is disrespectful and unprofessional. She can send the prescription twice by accident with the wrong directions on discharge paperwork but could not even give me the respect of explaining it correctly to my face and apologize. Beware of this place. I won't come back here cause of the lack of sympathy and professionalism she showed me today. If it was about me I wouldn't take it so seriously but when it's about my 4 year old and her medication, I have a problem. Also, the pharmacist finally got through to talk to this office about how the provider wanted my daughter to take this medication and was told "sorry we're closed" Really? That's it? This office has shown their true colors in terms of what they care about. To add onto the picture attached She was never going to correct herself if I hadn't called and the pharmacist hadn't noticed. She then went to blame that it was a computer typo and didn't know why it sent out like that. I called several times, and I am on hold about 20 to 30 minutes and finally one time, an agent answered to tell me that my result it is ready, but she can't tell me, and I need to talk with a physician .... horrible service, please don't ever go there. What's the point of scheduling an appointment and submitting all paperwork online ahead of time if they don't see you at your scheduled time. Receptionist needs some training, after checking in online and asking in person if everything was checked in and complete I am told yes. Then sit in waiting while walk-ins are taken back first 30 min after my scheduled appointment I booked 6 hours ago. Poorly managed, poorly trained office staff. The staff is professional and courteous, but the wait time was extremely long. Urgent care facilities are usually walk in with no appointment, and short wait is to be expected. I actually had a 10:30 appointment, and didn't see anyone until 12:20. Almost two hour seems excessive. The waiting room was packed and had no social distancing. Luckily everyone was wearing a mask. Only 3 other patients were seen before me, and I pity the other patients waiting to see a doctor. I have a feeling it will take hours for the others waiting for a doctor. This was my first experience going to an urgent care. I had gotten sick unexpectedly when I was in California and had a horrible travel experience with flight delays, which was to be expected just before Christmas. I had gone to a CVS minute clinic in San Diego but felt like I wasn't diagnosed properly. I was only given med suggestions to relieve symptoms of what they thought was an upper respiratory infection. I still didn't feel well when I got back, so I decided to research urgent care centers which led me here. They had short hours for Christmas Eve, but I was able to get in, do paperwork, and be seen within 30 minutes. Everyone was professional. The physician assistant was thorough, and I felt like she listened to my concerns. As a medical professional myself, I felt like she gave excellent client- centered care. She ran tests and gave me the antibiotics I needed. Now, I'm properly on the mend. (Sucks to get sick during vacation.) I'm glad I listened to my gut and got a second opinion. If I ever have an issue and can't get to my PCP, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. read more

I am skeptical of ANY urgent care as they seem to be hit or miss since 2019, but will say that this place knocked it out of the park for us today! My wife wasn't feeling well and even without an appointment we were able to get in and out in about an hour. The staff was welcoming, courteous, and seemed very understanding that the people/patience they are dealing with aren't feeling well. Check in is very easy using your own phone and the location is very convenient to the area. I traveled to Texas to pick up my wife who is high risk from an extended doctor's visit. Shortly before I left I began to feel ill. I came in, waited briefly (mind you this is 2 days before Christmas), and I watched them professionally, empathetically, and efficiently care for a rather large line in front of me. The front staff (Star and Bianca), N.A. Hope, and N.P. Tina gave me the same excellent care that I witnessed them give to everyone else. Took my husband here around 7 at night, he was having pretty severe back pain. The staff from answering the phone to the provider was very tentative and professional. The lobby was clean, wait was very short. The nurse listened and provided good feedback. The PA was Brooklynn and she was great! She gave us great honest info and wanted only what was best to treat him. I would go back there for myself or my kids. Don't waste your time. I had an appointment, waited an hour and then was finally taken back. After waiting another 45 minutes for shoulder muscle pain, they did X-rays and told me it would be about 10 minutes before they heard back from the radiologist. It ended up being another hour. It was almost a 4 hour ordeal and on top of it all they never called in the prescription. After waiting another 30 mins on the phone they finally let me know that it was a paper script that I was supposed to hand to the pharmacist that they never gave me!!!!! Not a single person including the doctor in the office was passionate about anything and they all seemed miserable. Front desk was too busy eating lunch to help anyone. I feel sorry for the office staff because it seems like they don't pay them or treat them well, because of the present attitudes. There is also a huge sign that says if you need ER treatment and they can't treat you here, you still have to pay them.
