I'm happy to say that this was not at ALL the service that I received during my visit to Dr. Hoang a few weeks ago. The office was nice and clean, the receptionists were VERY friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Hoang was EXTREMELY friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative! This is the first time in as long as I can remember that I've left a Dr's office feeling confident not only in the diagnoses, but in the Dr and staff as well. To top it off, a few weeks later I'm feeling much better, as Dr. Hoang was spot-on with her diagnoses and treatment! There is absolutely nothing that they could have done to further improve my experience with Dr. Hoang, as it was as perfect as could have possibly been...I'm very glad that I discovered Dr. Hoang, as it doesn't seem like there are many physicians out there of Dr. Hoang's caliber anymore! 10/10 would recommend.

She has been out of the office for about a month. My Dexcom 6 ran out of sensors. NO ONE would call in a prescription to my pharmacy for more sensors. Now the Dexcom 6 is being discontinued. So I saw another Physician's Assistant and asked for a prescription for a Dexcom 7. I am a Diabetic and have been without a Dexcom 6 or Dexcom 7 for a MONTH now, I am turning this business in to the Texas Medical Board!!!!! RUN away! Don"t walk! Never go to this business. The wait to see a Physician's Assistant (you never see a doctor!) is at least an hour!!! The desk staff are ignorant and are USELESS!!!!

You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the prescription I needed. Thank you for having a simple, insurance free, quality care option into our area. I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.

Not only is he a great doctor, but he takes time with his patients, explains things well and provides a solid recommendations. I solicited his opinions several times for other family members as well. Having grown up outside of the United States, where becoming MD is not a ticket to the millionaire club I noticed that these days more and more MD's career choices are motivated by income and far less by desire to help. Dr. Debroeck is a true doctor! Honest, knowledgeable, always with a smile and a great sense of humor even in harsh situations. He puts his patients first! Frankly after ten years I cannot say enough praise about the man and his staff. Some years ago a friend of mine who recently immigrated to the US and did not have PCP got sick. After talking to several doctors, this person asked me to help, I recommended Dr. Debroeck and went along to translate. Dr. Debroeck suspected hypothyroidism and ordered the blood work. He was 100% correct in his diagnosis. While I can go on and on with great examples, I can conclude that the world would be a better place if each one of us was more like Dr.Debroeck.
