Don't waste your time or your money. Manager was rude the whole time as well, speaking to me as if I'm a child in a sarcastic tone. Could go on and on about how terrible the visit was. Left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and robbed. Beyond terrible visit.

Meanwhile, I am in ongoing pain and unable to move forward with necessary care. I've had to repeatedly follow up on an issue that should have been handled promptly and professionally. Communication has been poor, follow-through has been lacking, and there seems to be no urgency or accountability--despite the fact that delays like this directly affect patients' health and quality of life. I understand that SBCHC is a community health center, but that does not excuse substandard care. Patients still deserve timely coordination, basic administrative competence, and compassion--especially when they are dealing with pain. This experience has left me feeling ignored and unsupported. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who needs reliable, responsive care.
