We were the only ones in the waiting room at 11:30am on a Saturday, so they were able to get me right in. And honestly, it was nice to have the place to ourselves when feeling so poorly. Bennett was my nurse and he was awesome. I would say hands down he was the one that made my experience such a good one. They didn't make me feel stupid for waiting so long to come in. They tested for all the things (Covid, Flu, Strep, Pneumonia) and fortunately I only left with a diagnosis of a bad chest cold. They administered an antibiotic and sent me home with a few prescriptions to help me get better. I would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend!

We found out in emergency he had cancer. He died 6 months later. Since my husband's insurance plan was an HMO we had to have each specialist visit approved by Dr. Sun. He rarely approved and when we went to his office to speak to him when my husband was barely walking he did not come out. He never checked on him during the entire six months. I would not recommend this doctor. He does not care about his patients and due to negligence, my husband had stage 4 cancer and had trouble getting the care he needed because Dr. Sun didn't take the time to be responsible and approve other providers in a timely basis. Also had multiple bad experiences with is office staff.

When we walked in, all we smelled was clean! The floors and chairs had just been sanitized and they didn't miss a spot. Ryan at the front desk is just a gem! Talk about going the extra mile...I'm huge on good customer service and she had a big smile on her face, greeted us so warmly, and was quick with getting me registered. I got hit with some bad genetics and have advanced arthritis for my age. I had a C4-C6 cervical fusion 4 years ago and ortho said I would have to be fused from T1-S1 (that's my whole spine basically) and he does not want put me through that so sent me to pain management which I thought would be great but they have dropped the ball on scheduling my spinal injections and I've suffered for months due to bad communication. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck since May and had a trigger point injection from my pain management that lasted all of 3 hours. They said I couldn't get another for 3 months. I call in August and they said they could get me in for October 7th. Which brings me back to AFC. I was in the back in less than 15 minutes from checking in. Dr. Zhang came in and gave the best handshake and let me just say is bedside manner is superb. I explained to him my issue, showed him my x-rays and MRI's, and it took him no time to start a plan. He examined me and saw how hard the knot in my shoulder was as how the inflammation had spread. He immediately said you need a spinal surgeon. Gave me a referral to follow up, placed orders for imaging, and gave me a powerful steroid injection that started working literally immediately. This was not your run of the mill steroid shot. He gave me something that would actually work. It is now the next day and the knot in my shoulder is gone! I slept through the night and haven't been able to do that since May for trying to find a position to put my arm in to take pressure of the nerve. It has been beyond miserable. But I woke up this morning feeling amazing! This is the best I've felt in a really long time and just want to say thank them for such great care! They have even followed up with me today to see how I was feeling. I've worked in healthcare in one capacity or another my entire career. I've been on the IT side of things now for a decade but I remember being in direct patient care and this is the type of experience I wanted my patients to have every visit.

This was my 2nd visit to this urgent care clinic. The first time was good. This time - not so much…read more Long story short, I ended up testing positive for Covid. The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. I certainly won't be returning. I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk people and the tech that took my vitals and administered my tests were all friendly.

Maria the medical assistant deserves her own spin-off. Quick, friendly, and somehow managed to take vitals without making me feel like I was on trial. NP Sultana? Absolute star of the episode. Listened, explained, and actually cared--without the "Dr. Google" attitude. They tag-teamed like the Avengers of urgent care, and honestly, I left feeling healthier and entertained. If I have to get sick again (not planning on it, universe ), I'm definitely coming back here.

The front desk employee was very rude and showed little compassion toward patients. She was slamming doors, spoke in a sharp, impatient tone, and made the environment feel unwelcoming. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and a little kindness and professionalism can make a big difference. Especially for patients who may already be stressed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the patient experience.

I have seen her a few times before when my regular doctor was on vacation. She was very polite during my visit. She explained everything to me for my care in the future. Overall, today's experience was good. The front desk lady was friendly and NOT rude today. That's a plus. I am giving 4 stars for the overall experience today.
