Dr wininger is awesome, she does take the time with you and that probably explains the longish wait times.

I have moved to Houston in 2007 and have been going to Dr…read more Julius Debroeck ever since. Not only is he a great doctor, but he takes time with his patients, explains things well and provides a solid recommendations. I solicited his opinions several times for other family members as well. Having grown up outside of the United States, where becoming MD is not a ticket to the millionaire club I noticed that these days more and more MD's career choices are motivated by income and far less by desire to help. Dr. Debroeck is a true doctor! Honest, knowledgeable, always with a smile and a great sense of humor even in harsh situations. He puts his patients first! Frankly after ten years I cannot say enough praise about the man and his staff. Some years ago a friend of mine who recently immigrated to the US and did not have PCP got sick. After talking to several doctors, this person asked me to help, I recommended Dr. Debroeck and went along to translate. Dr. Debroeck suspected hypothyroidism and ordered the blood work. He was 100% correct in his diagnosis. While I can go on and on with great examples, I can conclude that the world would be a better place if each one of us was more like Dr.Debroeck.

He has a great bedside manner and he always finds a way to relate to you. I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes for any appointment. The nurses and office staff have always been very friendly and courteous. I have never been a fan of any Dr. but Dr. Debroeck has changed my tune, I no longer dread making appointments!

Which is great for but why they aren't a 5 star establishment lies with their admin team. They consistently drop the ball. Not answering phones. My husband checked in and they didn't call him for an hour and missed his appointment even though he was sitting right there and signed in. The waiting room is small so to not check on someone waiting for long is mind boggling. I would change offices if it weren't for the wonderful medical team.

It is unpredictable in this business when staff members or my doctor especially talk tough. You may start greeted great from front but could change as you are over with your treatment. Anyway the most important was my doctor treating me gives signs of overwhelmed by me while he listens and take notes. Dr Qureshi is knowledgeable and reliable doctor without question but he could be friendlier to me if he is friendly to his other patients. Starting with a smile may work I believe. He should take time to listen and understand me if he is capable of listening and understanding his other patients. He should ask questions respectfully while he is confused with me not to mention being impatient. Also, during this treatment I was not sure why he was giving wrong signals as if acting sassy to me. If he was just making a point his facial expressions said otherwise. He should maintain full professionalism no matter what the circumstances. Just because of his routine I showed respect and leniency by answering his questions and stated my health problems. I will overall rate stuff as great, my doctor as fair just because he did his job in this business.

We will call you back. Memorial Hermann you don't offer payment plans/financial assistance for expensive and necessary medical procedures?! It's not like I'm coming in for some elective procedure. Shows how much you actually care for people and their health. Shame on you. I've lived in 4 different states and have always been able to make payments on medical bills.

I'm writing this review to express my concerns with my interactions with Dr. M Graham. I picked…read morethis doctor because I am black and I wanted to receive help from a doctor that looked like me. But mins after interacting with her, I started to regret picking a doctor solely off of color due to the cold and annoyed responses I received from Dr. M Graham the entire time. Mind you, I've done this before in other cities and the black doctors have been AMAZING. But the difference with all the other black doctors I went too, they had conversation with me and showed their passion for their job as well as their passion to make sure I'm well. I'm a Program Manager at a health insurance company and my team job is to educate patients about their benefits so they know the importance of following up with their Family Medicine doctor/ Internal Medicine doctor / Primary Care doctor to prevent them from readmitting to the hospital. But when a doctor is cold and makes you feel like you're getting on their nerves, I can see why to this day patients aren't comfortable speaking up for themselves. Doctors and Providers have to do better with creating environments where questions are welcomed because the patient should be invested in their care because that patient is the only one responsible for ensuring they take all the action items needed! I personally did ask all my follow up questions because I know I am in charge of my health and following whatever I need to do for myself. But I did take a few notes to make sure I was able to share with the office manager the interaction I had with this woman as a new patient. I'm leaving two stars solely because the scheduling team was nice and the front desk staff at the Fairfield location was nice and did recommend I see Dr. N Brown the next visit. But do not book with her if ask questions and would like to be sure of the information you received. Do not book an appointment with her if you expect your doctor to be friendly while you interact with them. Do not book with her if you expect to actually feel like the doctor kind of care about the concerns you bring. Do not book with her if you're not okay with someone slapping their hands on the countertop due to your follow up question about your medication. It's sad to say this because all these things in the last paragraph a patient should feel comfortable doing. But I was told that is just her personality so it seems like patients have complained and but it is what it is with her. This is the service you will be paying for.
