One year he was voted One of the Best Doctors in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine. Bedside manner = A+ Humor = A+ Empathy = A+ Professionalism = A+ Intelligence = A+ Since he is so good, his normal wait time to see him is about 3 months. Upcoding occurs when providers bills for services at a higher level than what was provided. This can lead to fines and imprisonment.
