I just recieved a statement summary from medicare with charges for testing requiring vaginal swab for testing for chlamydia and gonorrhoeae. First, I am a 67 year old male. I do not have a vagina. Secondly, I have never had nor have had symptons of or been tested for these diseases. I was charged for these tests in August of 2025 and November of 2025. When I called their office today I was told it was testing for a UTI. I have never had a UTI nor have I ever reported any symtoms to any doctor.

One year he was voted One of the Best Doctors in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine. Not sure if the doctor had some issues with a patient and ran over or if admin just can't book properly but it's a little ridiculous. Consider the patient checks themselves in and can even process their own payment, I don't really understand how complicated the remaining admin work has to be... however, they're unable to give updates or estimates so you can end up waiting up to an hour or so past your actual appointment time. Like I've renewed my Drivers License in a short turn around time. It could be that earlier appointment had arrived late as I did see admin staff letting patients check in well past their actual appointment time. Again, that's something the office staff should be able to monitor a bit more responsively. I might would recommend arriving about 30 minutes late if you don't want to wait around cuz they'll let you in anyway and then you won't have to wait. Also, don't any of your paperwork online or on your phone. The receptionist doesn't check their systems so you'll apparently just sit around until you finally get up to ask if the doctor is ever going to call you back. Redeeming quality of the shop being one staff member, I think Tiffany was her name. She caught me in the lobby thinking I was on the way out... when I told her I hadn't been back yet, she promptly fixed that issue. I was with a doctor within ten minutes from that.
