I was referred to Dr Brinkley by another physician because of her ability to listen to me, read my…read moremedical records and not jump the gun and run me thru a million tests that have already been done for another issue that I see a hematologist for. I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.

You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the prescription I needed. Thank you for having a simple, insurance free, quality care option into our area. I would highly recommend this clinic for your basic primary care needs.

I went to this as I was new to town and hadn't had time to set up a primary doctor or learn where…read morethe quality urgent cares are at. *WARNING* this isn't one of them. First, the "doctor" I'll use that term loosely in this review, when I first complained of abdominal pain she rushed me out to take a pregnancy test while asking me for $20 immediately to cover the cost. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.
