Went in for something in the eye/eye irritation. The PA did put dye in the eye and said there was absolutely nothing wrong. She put numbing medicine on the eye and told us to take the prescription to the pharmacy. On a Sunday there is only one pharmacy open. We drive nearly 30 minutes only to find out it's over the counter and not available. We go back to the facility because the eye is in absolute pain. It feels like something is in the eye. We are told there was nothing more they could do. We go to another place down the road. They do another dye test, look under the eye lid, and found multiple scratches. I went to this location some time ago for high blood pressure concerns and chest pain and the doctors didn't seem like they were concerned with helping me find a solution to the issue and dismissed me without actually looking into my health issues. I even recorded my bpm numbers at the time because they were reaching high numbers consistently, but the doctor didn't even try and evaluate the information I presented him and just tried to provide me with some terrible diet advice you can get off of google. Time has passed and I'm still dealing with health issues that could've been prevented had I took my services and money to a better medical institution. The one on Fry road don't bother going if you need a prescription. The doctor was to send the prescriptions to our pharmacy only sent one. I called to ask them to send the other prescription for my husband. First I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally when someone came she didn't want to do absolutely nothing because my husband was the patient I told her I am not asking for anything just make sure his prescription is send. She refused and told me my husband needs to call them and hung up the phone one me. Unprofessional and unreasonable. Sure Next Level of care for sure. I have been to this UC multiple times and i had to review after this visit. I brought my daughter in bc she was having severe stomach pains and they ran test and came to the conclusion she needed testing they couldn't provide and told me to go the a ER. NP Billy Johnson was awwwwwwesome!!! He gave me direction on what was possibly wrong and even gave me a refund bc they couldn't help me. I would absolutely never go back to this location ever again. The wait times are ridiculous. The receptionist copied down my phone number wrong so I wasn't getting any updates. When I finally got to the back, I found out that I had 102° temperature where I was tested for Covid and flu. I wasn't given any antibiotics and was told to take ibuprofen and wait it out. Come to find out three days later I actually have pneumonia. read more

The one in Cypress on Fry Rd is horrible. If you want to visit this place avoid Crystal Lockhart, nurse practitioner! She is not nice and can't feel for patients! She has no empathy and compassion! She rolls her eyes at you and raises her voice at you! If you are unclear and ask her a question again just to double check she will say why you ask me 10000 times something I already told you! Don't bother going for a walk in. Checked in at 10am , receptionist said two hours because Six people ahead of me. Came back around 12 and she said there are still four people ahead of me so another hour or two. Reason is because I'm a walk in and they have to take care of appointments first. Just don't take walk ins if you don't have the ability to handle them. What urgent cares make you wait 2+ hours to be seen? Make it make sense. Oh can't forget the attitude from her either. I want to start off by stating that I will not go to the doctor unless absolutely necessary. Today was one of those days. I went in to get an earring back that had sunk into my earlobe and was causing an infection. I was terrified. I called ahead to see if this was something they could help me with and was thrilled to learn that I could check in ahead of time and that from then on, I had 30 minutes to get there. Saved a lot of time of just waiting in a lobby which I highly appreciate. Secondly, people in front desk I feel are typically cold which doesn't help my jitters, however, Kassandra was so warm and welcoming. She was sweet enough to mention there was a Next Level Urgent Care closer to my area where my prescription was being sent to to cut my commute in the future. It's the little things! When going to my room, Alexis (the technician) and I started a great conversation about my lashes and she helped calm my nerves by relating that her daughter had also gotten an earring back stuck in the past and that it wasn't a big deal. When Dr. Billy came in, i mentioned again my low pain tolerance and he was very funny and understanding. The procedure we had to do was a little painful (understandably!) but Dr. Billy walked me through what to expect and every step they would be taking in order to remove the metal piece and even told me I could stop to take a break if the pain was intolerable. He even ensured that my jewelry wouldn't be damaged in the process! Because I'm easily queasy, I threw up at the end (lol) and Alexis reminded me to make sure I put my earring back on because she knew I'd be too queasy to re-pierce it and she was right. The system that this facility follows is very seamless so it felt like I was in and out and very happy. Everyone is very organized and I can't imagine an easier process. I highly recommend this place because they truly care about your wellbeing and as sucky as it is to go to the doctor for whatever reason, you actually have a pleasant experience. Christina was an excellent caretaker for me, finally a place that is all about the patient, there are other decent urgent cares around but this place especially with the help of Christina and their employees is definitely out-performing the other urgent cares, this place is run well, and I highly recommend Next Level if you really need urgent care. read more

Brought my daughter here on New Years Day, when all else seemed to be closed short of an ER which would have been completely unnecessary. The timeframe from when we entered till when we saw the provider was incredibly quick. Billy, was incredibly patient with my daughter who was scared and very emotional about what needed to happen. He took the time to build trust and truly just talked to her with honesty which I ALWAYS appreciate. Ultimately after quite a bit of chatting he asked her if she would be able to remain still for the procedure and she reflected his honesty with her and said that he couldn't do it. All in all, even though we got to the point of holding her down, it was ultimately her choice and her being aware of her abilities. Armando came in to help with holding her down and was very gentle yet firm and kind with her as well. All in all, she got fixed up, got a popsicle of her color choice and was on her way to healing within a quick timeframe! Billy was aware enough of the holidays and printed the script to be filled so that it didn't get held up at a pharmacy that wasn't open which as a mom that wasn't thinking about and appreciate the awareness. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm sitting in my car with a very sick husband. Because we're in crisis, we forgot his insurance card. I asked if it was possible to look him up and was told no. I've had this happen with multiple clinics with no problem. So now I'm in the car trying to look it up which is difficult with a person with extreme fatigue, fever and pain. We think he likely has Covid as he has all the symptoms. As we sit there, I noticed the ladies take their masks off if no patients are around. So we just left and the hunt continues. read more

The young woman (long, dark blonde hair) at the front was smiling, sweet & patient & friendly despite how busy they were. We were one of the last patients seen once it was our turn & they were closing The doctor or NP, named William I believe, came in & was smiling, friendly, sweet to my child & took the time to speak to her not just me. He was engaging & patient too. He went absolutely above & beyond by far. Most ppl would be rushing to get off after a long, busy day and closing time but not him. He was amazing. read more

I've never been a fan of UC before. this place is top notch. Nicer and cleaner than any doctors office I've ever seen. The receptionist Liz was a doll and made me laugh even though I was feeling horrible. William Johnson was one of the kindest doctors I've ever met. He listened to me. made a treatment plan & helped me beyond words. The tech William A was very sweet and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. I had a sore throat and was nervous about going to a clinic during this time but I'm so glad I did! I was able to check in online; they sent a text with a link for me to fill out my information and it was super easy. I was roomed almost immediately upon coming in and my overall visit was pretty quick! Everyone was extremely friendly, from the front desk staff to the tech to the provider. Came in for a covid rapid test and the woman at the front desk was rude from the beginning. I came in asking general questions as well as if they need any more information from me. I started to ask "I just came here for a rapid test..." before I could even finish my question she said "no you have to wait in line just like everyone else." What the hell...I was just trying to figure out if there was any other information they needed from me. Then she continued to have an attitude when I simply asked how will I be notified my appointment is ready. As a female i normally prefer a female nurse or doctor for exposed/personal check ups but William made me feel very comfortable and open during my visit. His words were very caring and helpful and he just overall made me feel so much better about coming in! It's not easy finding a place opened after hours and on weekends. It's a clean facility, high tech with registration and I was out in less than an hour total.
