I have been a patient at this location for years and I cannot say enough about their level of professionalism, knowledge, and personal care of each individual client. I am writing this review to warn anyone interested in their services of the experience I had with them and I how I lost my money with little to no results! I had the worst experience I have ever had in my ten years of using Botox. I had little to no results and horrible customer service and care. I found that this business were advertising on Groupon for Botox, which is a product I came to find out that they don't even carry the day of my appointment. Instead the use xiomin. Anyone who has experience using Botox knows that xiomin is a cheaper product. I informed the doctor that I may had tried that in the past With not results He convinced me to try it that it ensuring it was a great product and all of his clients have had great results. He spoke so highly of it I ended up taking his medical advice and paid $389.00 for the units suggested. Another red flag is that they never answer the phone. After a few days I could tell that it indeed was not working like Botox has in the past and and tried several times to call to let them know that the product had not worked. I called several times with no luck and after days the doctors daughter finally answered. I advised that I had been calling for days with no luck and no return calls and she stated they don't answer the phone call because they get a lot of scam phone calls. Not sure how you can run a business when you don't answer phone calls. She told me to set up an appointment online to come back in to see the doctor. When I saw the doctor he saw that I indeed had no results. I asked for Botox and the doctors wife stated they had none. Then the doctor told her he had enough in the refrigerator to use on me. He injected me again. It did indeed work better than the last time he injected me, but it wasn't great. I have a lot of movement in several of the areas that he injected me. Within a few days, I could tell again that it had not worked the way it should have this time. It worked a little better than the first time he injected me which I had zero results this time I had about 20% results. With the amount of units I purchased for almost $400 my face should be frozen with no movement but I still have tons of movement and facial expressions. Again, I tried calling, sending emails and they never answered. I made another appointment online to be seen by the doctor to prove I again had minimal results but instead of seeing me they kept cancelling the appointments I made online. After several phone calls and emails to them They finally sent me an email stating that they believe I'm immune to Botox and there is nothing else they can do. Obviously, I am not imune as I have gotten Botox serval times over the past 10 years and never had this issue. I suggested that if they were refusing to see me that they simply refund my money so that I could continue service elsewhere where they used Botox. They stated that they will not see me nor refund my money because I signed a form with them prior to service stating that results are not guaranteed. This company did not care about my loss, my bad results not my satisfaction. And just like that lost my almost $400 dollars. This has been a very stressful experience and I write this review so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Be sure to read everything before you sign and pay attention to all the red flags. read more

I have been going to ageless beauty since they opened and my skin has never looked better! I developed static lines when I was in my mid twenties (I'm now in my 30's) and I look younger now than I did at 25! I've done Botox, PRP, and laser therapy and have always been thrilled with my results. I am always getting compliments on how great my skin looks and people have even gone so far as to say that it's "glowing" after treatments at Ageless Beauty. A few years ago I developed a health condition that left me with stretch marks all over my body. While it's true that there is no cure for stretch marks, I got PRP and laser treatment for the ones on my arms and they look SO GOOD! Totally diminished the size and color and I finally feel confident wearing sleeveless tops again. If I can find my before and after pictures I'll come back and leave them. Overall, my experience has been lovely; kind incredibly knowledgeable staff, spotless comfortable facilities, and very responsive to all my concerns! And the price is second to none! The way to schedule an appointment is very easy and they make it very clear when you can schedule and when you can't. They also sent me several texts reminding me of my appointment so I don't miss it. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and very informative, she really made my day and elevated the experience. Tammy and Steve were very nice and welcoming. They were patient and took the time to listen to and answer every question I had. Overall an amazing experience that I won't be forgetting anytime soon. I absolutely love, love, love Dr. Steve & his wife Tammy (R.N.) and their daughter Alyssa is so sweet as well. I'm a current client of theirs and I get both Botox and Juvederm. I have referred several clients to them and will continue to do so. They stay so busy and it's no doubt as to why...they are all so kind, caring and personable. They take their time with you and explain things and answer any & all questions. The great thing about booking appointments with Square is that it sends you several notification reminders, both email & text, ahead of your scheduled appointment and on the day of as well. This makes it super easy, and makes it almost impossible to miss an appointment. You can even log in to Square and check your past and upcoming appointments. When in doubt, you can always call their office to confirm your appointment, if you aren't tech savvy. With the holidays and as busy as doctor's offices are, not to mention other businesses (nails, eyelashes, etc.) it's a miracle if you can get an appointment anywhere if you wait till the last minute; so it's always best to schedule your appointment ahead of time. There is a reason Dr. Steve and Tammy have so many clients who drive from all around the city to see them. They are reasonable priced, have excellent customer service not to mention they are so endearing & compassionate. I will continue to refer people to them any chance I get. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Please see the attached pictures that show the progression from the day of my appointment up until today, the day of my review day number five. Both the doctor and his wife are so incredibly welcoming and reassuring. I actually as weird as it sounds, enjoyed my time there for the hour and based on his extensive experience and dental work did not feel a thing during the appointment because his numbing technique was perfect and professional. I was so apprehensive about getting this done because one, the pain, and two, I did not want it to look unnatural. But I'm incredibly happy with what the results are looking like now and highly recommend them to anyone considering getting fillers, especially for the first time. They spent so much time explain to me what the texture would be, the technique, the different options for follow up, just an overall amazing experience and again I think the pictures speak for themselves. I have been putting lots of Aquaphor and argan oil on my lips and have experienced zero peeling and no bruising at all as you can see from the pictures.May have something to do with skin type or pigmentation of the lips but I think a lot of it has to do with his actual technique and what a great job he did I will add one a week from now once they have finally settled in. They have definitely settled in and I love the way they look. As they explained I can tell where it's not one straight even lip across, which is great, because it matches the natural curvature and proportions of my lip and does not look plastic or fake when I smile. I have noticed that it looks a lot fuller or more swollen right after waking up but I guess that is similar to the edema that you get when you are sleeping and your rings don't fit first thing in the morning. Either way super pleased with the results and hope that the after pictures help you give a good idea of the whole process from start to finish. read more

Last year, I got Botox from this PARTTIME (they never answer the phone and only work parttime hours I later found out), former DENTIST practitioner and his family, which was fine and the price was good. I then got an email about some specials. I called a couple of times and left vm as they NEVER answer. No response, so I emailed and the person apologized, saying she'd call me the following day. No call. I then get an email saying she'd called my number, but she was using a 280 area code, which isn't even a valid area code lol. She didn't snap to this and figure out that my area code is 281!!! Wow. Beware cheap places and unintelligent staff. read more

I purchased a Groupon for Ageless Beauty Botox. I was directed to their website to schedule an appt. I was looking for an appt in December, however there were no available appt. until January 5th. I went ahead and scheduled this appt. Today I received an email stating that I was charged $100 missed appt. fee to my credit card for missing my appt. today. THERE WERE NO APPT IN DECEMEBER AND MY APPT. WAS BOOKED JAN 5th AT NOON! I called and the RUDE lady on the phone said she has nothing to do with this and it's customer error (basically blaming me when I know for certain there were no available December appts.). She refused to help resolve the issue so I cancelled my Groupon. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am out $100 for nothing!
