I was so nervous about possible pain but I went anyway because I am so tired of waxing. I never got use to the discomfort from that and it's a forever option. I went today to the Woodlands, Houston location. Everyone was so nice. I was freaking out but THEY ALL took the time to help relax my nerves. AJ did my treatment and let me tell you, the experience she provided me with was amazing. I didn't feel it all. IDK how but she was good and careful until I don't want anyone else but her. Today was my first time at LaserAway in the Woodlands, and I cannot say enough great things about the staff and company in general. Scheduling and phone consults were so easy, informative, and super friendly. I had laser hair removal and at the last minute added Botox. My appt today made me feel right at home. Eboni gave me a tour of their office right away and really made me feel comfortable with my surroundings, assuring myself that I made the right choice in choosing them. So I came here for the first time after never getting laser or waxing done. I didn't know what much to expect, but I will say that the staff was very welcoming. They were very informative as to what would happen, and reassuring me of my worries. Do you know that feeling when you meet a woman who is very energetic and you guys just click and pass constant compliments? It felt that way with the entire staff; constant positive energy. OMG. This group of gals rocks. I was soo nervous and the Nurse Olivia made me feel very comfortable. Akia, the director here in the woodlands kept me in the know and calmed my nerves right off the bat. I love these ladies. So much care and understanding is way too cool. Hello, everyone has their own experience but mine so far has been stellar. As soon as I walk in the door the receptionist is always joyful, probably because they want me to look my best. But, they are always nice! When I get my facials, I usually get nurse Ajhane & Maritza and they are always helpful and answer any and all questions. Super easy to schedule. Love that it is nurses providing the treatments. A nurse practitioner calls you before your visit to go over anything medical that may need to be discussed and to make sure any treatments are appropriate. My nurse was AJ and she was great.
