I hate to leave such a bad review because the lash tech who did my lashes was really kind. This was my first time getting lashes done for an event so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The place was clean and the employees were so nice and explained everything. I was informed of aftercare and was told if I experienced fallout within a couple of days then I clotting come back free of charge. I followed after care instructions to the T but by day 3 the right lashes were falling out rapidly compared to the left. I the fourth day I had to use fill ins from the drug store because there was no way I could spare time for a fill in due to the multiple events I had. I'm currently on day 6 and my right eye only has a few lashes left while my left is full and luxurious. Not sure what happened on my end but I'd suggest not getting lashes done for an event unless you give yourself a full 4 days to see how your lashes take. read more

This was a waste of money. Ive gone to many amazing lash studios in the woodlands many times. always loved my lashes, but this was the first time at this location. i paid $100 for my lashes to look exactly the same. there was barely a curl that lasted for maybe 1 day. I would never recommend this place. the lash tech also had long nails and no gloves. i absolutely would recommend a different location with different owners. this was so upsetting and waste of money. dont come here. read more

This is crazy! I used to love coming here because Mikayla did such an amazing job. Well, I needed some extensions done bc I was going out of town...I found out that Mikayla no longer works there - so I went with Dahlia. ‍ Not only did she take 2 hours to do my lashes, she left glue all on my lash line. Half of my lashes were gone by the next day. Here we are a week later and I don't have ANY lashes remaining. I really wish I knew where Mikayla was. read more

Lash virgin, had an appointment with "Betty". Not sure if that's who actually did my lashes, but the girl who did looked like she was on something. And, thinking back, I'm not even sure she wore gloves. That should have been my cue to leave, but... Woke up the next morning with conjunctivitis in both eyes. Went back the next day to have them removed, and this "lash artist" was sleeping on the bed in her room when I walked in. Then they tried to charge me for having them removed even though Methanie gave me pinkeye. My assessment is that Amazing Lash is basically Visible Changes for lashes. They hire anybody and you never know what you're gonna get. read more

It has been a little over a year and I am still getting my lashes done here! We survived the shut down! For one, I feel safer coming here than I do going to the grocery store. My lashes are still beautiful, Mikayla still takes care of them, and I still use the Amazing Lash products every day. Membership is $59.99 a month. The first time they will always look beautiful, BUT they won't last. Their adhesive or product is not good enough, and lashes begin to fall overnight. Their refill cost is the $59.99, and I was told that as long as I had some lashes on, it would be considered a refill. However, they seem to be trained to tell you about the need for a full set once you have checked in. It is an additional $34! Oh, and they tell you this in front of other customers, too. Cancellations are done a month in advance, and they require one final draft before completely closing the account. They tell you the 'credit' can be used within six months. Hopefully their management will pay more attention to reviews and will train their personnel better. I hope there will be a response to this review. read more

Worst amazing lash location. I would love to love this place because it's close to home, but it's by far the worst Amazing Lash in 20 square miles. Terrible customer service, no master stylists, turnover rate is extremely high. I made an appointment during the summer so of course I had to bring my 9 year old with me. She has been welcomed at many locations before with no issues. I get it...you can't have a bunch of kids running around the lobby, but give my daughter an iPad or a book and she won't make a peep. Horrible customer service and terrible lash technicians! Iv had to come in Three different times in ONE week because they can't do a simple natural lashes application. I've had four different last technicians work on my lashes, and each time they have failed. The first time I had lash glue all over my lash line, I then had to call to get them remove, and I was left with very tender and irritated lash line. Then they offered to redo them with a different technician I was told by the manager most of their technicians are fairly new. I once again came in to get them redone by a their senior lash technician and 24 hours later I woke up with NO LASHES and my right eye very sore and swollen. I called to try to explain my situation to the manager and all I got was "I'm sorry" they will not issue a refund and no other studio will touch my lashes due to the damage they caused! so now I have to see my doctor to get any type of relief for my eyes that this place repeatedly damaged! This was my first time getting lashes at all and had a great experience. The place was nice and clean although a little cold. But they made up for it with a blanket. Mikayla was excellent! As a nurse anesthetist, it is my job to care for or possibly come in contact with COVID 19 patients. I do not get to choose who my patients are, I took an oath to help those in need. Where am I going with this? Well today I went in to this studio to have my lashes removed (no I am not a member- nor will I ever be at this point!) and was refused service because I answered yes to if I have been in contact with anyone with COVID 19 in the last 2 weeks. Obviously the answer was yes, I work in a hospital where these patients are being treated. Most of my elective surgeries are prescreened, I wear all the appropriate PPE (face shield, eye protection, 2 masks - my N95 and a simple mask over that!, I wear a surgical gown, and double glove). I have also personally been tested (this last Friday to be exact) and was negative. I have never nor do now have any symptoms. This is a discrimination against healthcare workers if you want my opinion. We have lives, too! Just because we do not work from home, nor have the choice too, I was refused service?! I realize as a company you are doing your best to protect your employees, but by the actions taken you have lost a potential client. I will be sharing this incident with my friends and co-workers. Wonder what the world would look like right now if all of the men and women in my profession refused to do a surgery, or treat patients who were "potentially, even with protective gear" exposed to someone with the COVID-19 virus? Side note: I have been at work since 6:30 am doing cases, so this was not the treatment I wanted to receive after working my booty off to help others obtain medical procedures they need. I was also requesting these be taken off because I have my own personal surgery on Monday and needed the remainder of my false lashes removed- guess I'll have to find someone else to help me. read more

The girls are friendly, the office is nice. But I went in for a full set of the Gorgeous style. Full and bold is what I asked for. My right eye is close to perfect. No issues. My left eye hardly has any lashes. It is visually different than my other eye. Some of the lashes dried sideways and wont sit as their supposed to....I called and asked if they could fix it and the they told me I would have had to pay 79.99 ; price of a complete refill after paying full price for the full set (same day) For the amount of money we spend we should get amazing services. read more

Hi, this is my very first time having lashes, the girls at the front have you fill out tons of paper work try to sell you all different packages it was too over whelming. She went over everything quickly. The girl who started my lashes spent no time in what I wanted. I wanted full not to long lashes she gave me long 13 inch wispy. I didn't like it one bit I ended up paying $146 more than expected... Came back the next day to fix my lashes. Tan was very good better than the first lady who was asking me more about how she can get tickets since I work for an airline. Tan took her time and fixed the other girl mistake. Staff is friendly and welcoming, however they focus way more on upselling their products oppose to actually providing good lashes. No one likes a pushy salesman, let the products and services speak for themselves. Lash glue is extremely noticeable and my eyes burn when they get watery bc of this. read more

Disappointed!! If I could give a 0, I would. I had a scheduled appointment. I called to double check and confirm the date and time in advance. It's the day before my daughter's rehearsal dinner. (Covid had put her wedding on hold for another year.) I get there and I was told they had switch to a new booking system. My appointment was in the old system but did not carry over to the new system. I told the person that I had called to confirm. All the girl could say was, "I see it in the old system, but not the new system." They could schedule me for the next day, but my stylist was completely booked. I had my appointment scheduled for 3 1/2 weeks. I tried to explain the situation and the response was just "sorry".This was their fault. How can they not be accommodating? On the plus side, I found a wonderful place and an amazing person to do my lashes for this BIG day. She was booked as well but did it during her lunch hour. I am so grateful. The reason, I scheduled with Amazing Lash the day before the rehearsal dinner was that my extentions don't stay on very long and I wanted it to look full. read more
