I love having a favorite tech just like anyone else, but sometimes you need an appointment when you need an appointment! Whether I book with someone specifically or come in without requesting a particular person, I can pretty confidently expect my nails to be up to my standards when I leave. They also have the cutest smaller pedicure chairs for little ones, which is a huge plus for us because my toddler LOVES accompanying me. It makes our nail days something she can actually participate in instead of just sitting around waiting on me. They have tons of colors to choose from, the pricing has always felt reasonable, and I've been happy with the quality of the work. Plus the complimentary beverage. My one little complaint and something I find myself having to repeat is PLEASE let me keep my real nails! My natural nails generally grow pretty long and strong on their own, so I'm not looking to cut them down or replace what I already worked hard to grow.
