Great buffet, one of the best casino buffets in Biloxi in a smoke free hotel. Restaurant is on 3rd floor near the casino. Good selection of seafood, desserts, comfort food. Lots of peel & eat shrimp. Husband had Prime Rib, he loved it. Pay for your drinks before you are seated at cash register. No draft beers, only bottled beers like Budweiser, Coors, Heineken, Corona. Beers were $5 a piece, we each got two but was unable to finish. Staff is great. Restrooms located a short walk away next door on casino floor. Was not crowded or noisy. We enjoyed it. The only complaint was I could not find any bread/rolls/ or cornbread, went walking the buffet several times, but found it over in the Comfort (Southern) Food section in baskets. Salad bar small but desert bar was pretty big. I mostly ate from the Seafood Section, Good Gulf Coast Seafood, my favorite was the Crab Rangoon. There is also Crawfish here, which my husband got, just be sure to tell them how much you want otherwise the give you a large bucket, which he could not finish. I would come and eat here again anytime I am in Biloxi. Also not far from Keesler Air Force Base & Gulf Coast VA Hospital in Biloxi. I think the buffet here is much better then the Beau Rivage & Infinity Buffet at Treasure Bay. read more

Next to the Bacchanal buffet at Caesars Palace in Vegas, this little gem comes in as a second! The food was very good and very hot and the service was great. In fact, this entire casino is the cleanest place I've ever been in. We definitely want to come back and stay there next time especially since it's non-smoking. read more

Congratulations Palace Buffet you get the award for Most RUDE buffet manager of my life on Sunday July 17 2022 at around 11am. 5 mins before the breakfast price ended they sold us 3 breakfasts to the buffet at breakfast price. So when I was walking around the buffet with my first plate to get food the Manager said I had 5 mins to stuff all the breakfast on my plate and that is it. I was not allowed under any circumstance to eat lunch when they bring it out in 5 mins even though it was SUNDAY BRUNCH. I just looked at her and said "are you kidding me". She said nope, you paid for breakfast not lunch. So I said just give me my money back for our 3 meals then. So she said ok and refunded my money. Yep. I will never be back to this hotel or casino anytime in my life. Southern hospitality at it's finest. hahahaha read more

It's a hit or miss buffet! I ordered a ribeye steak medium. They pulled one out of a cast iron skillet and put it on my plate. It was well done and cold! So thin and tough I could barely cut it with a knife. Baked potatoes were cold. The salad was ok. Hubs said the gumbo was not good this time. We eat here every time we come to Biloxi. We really appreciate that The Palace Casino is smoke free. We also really looked forward to the buffet. We made the mistake of going at opening time for the evening. It was not crowed. The service was good, the coffee at the Palace is really surprisingly good at all the restaurants on site. However, the meat had been sitting, and the chicken was to dried out to eat. My husband got a slice of the roast beef, and despite being chewie was tasty. I got a slice, and granted it was the end of the roast but it was so full of connective tissue I was unable to eat it. I did get fried chicken livers which were really good and both the hot and cold shrimp were good. The mac and cheese was nasty and too salty, the mashed potatoes had something odd in them, maybe margarine. The green beans were ok. My husband made a salad, and it was ok. Our general impression was that if The Palace Buffet is the best in Biloxi, we sure don't want to eat at another. Stopped by for my favorite crab legs on casino row. Unfortunately you have to pay an additional 8 dollars for 1.5 pounds of crab. If they are not economically feasible drop them from the menu. This is a casino buffet. I have been to quite a few casino buffets. Mainly in Vegas. Understanding Biloxi is a different animal all together. The server was super attentive. I never ran out of anything to drink. I don't know about you yelpers but I hate sitting around eating with nothing to drink. In this case it was just water. Food was decent. Nothing spectacular or "wow". The Asian food selection was just plain horrible so stay away from that. Pricing... Seems fair to me. read more

My folks like the Palace because it is the only smoke-free location on the Gulf. For that, it gets lots of stars. But as a buffet, the Palace leaves much to be desired. It's just a bunch of Sysco pre-made cafateria food displayed in lots of counters under bad lighting. Yes the staff are generally nice and helpful, but the food is nondescript. Some notable standouts: Fried chicken livers and gravy. A lot of the seafood seems to be imported, and for what reason? We're on the gulf! The snow crab and shrimp were certainly NOT local. Imported shrimp? In Biloxi??? WTF! For some reason the sugar free "diabetic" coconut cream pie is much better than the regular, go figure. But even the desserts seem to be Sysco. The Beaurivage is better for sure, if smokey. But for food, Biloxi has many more (and better) options than the casinos. read more

pros: selection is huge. ribs, egg rolls, fried chicken, baked chicken, corn, baked beans, spaghetti cooked to order, pizza, boiled shrimp, ice cream, corn on the cob, rice, mashed potatoes, spinach. I could go on but I think you get the point. If you order spaghetti though, one of the cool features is it is cooked to order. You can get an incredible amount of options on the spaghetti. They will even cook it with beef if you want. The will put mushrooms in it. Just about anything you want. If you can think of it they will put it in your spaghetti and cook it right there in front of you. And there is also a great selection of sauces for your spaghetti. If you are on a no sugar diet there are desserts that are sugar free. There is a huge selection of desserts. Pies, cakes, ice cream, etc. My favorite is vanilla ice cream with parfait sauce. It is very good but not so good if you are watching your diet. Cons: If you get the wrong chef at the cook to order spaghetti counter they are a little rude. I took my boyfriend here as a pre valentines day date. He chose this place because he wanted to eat an endless amount, lol. We went here Feb 13th and we got seated very quickly. So everything I had was amazing. I had the create your own pasta which was great because it was literally made to order. You filled out a little form and they mae it according to what you checked off. I like this method because it helps me see the options and guides the chef-nothing is lost in translation. I got spaghetti noodles with marinara sauce and broccoli, mushrooms, green peppers..and some other vegetables. It was legit one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. The mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, squash...all was so good. I have no complaints about any of my food. My boyfriend had a little bit of everything- steak, pasta, seafood, gumbo...and he really loved everything. Also try the brownie and ice cream-so good esp because the brownie was warm. So, my second visit to the Palace Buffet - my 58th to Biloxi. I started coming to Biloxi way back, when everything on buffets was fresh gulf coast seafood. Fast-forward to 2019 - and it's pre-packed, frozen, breaded seafood from overseas... Not at the Palace. I spent a lovely afternoon eating gulf shrimp - and watching them breaded and fried before my eyes (not a frozen imported product fried then pulled from a warmer 3 hours later - like up the street at the big casino). EVERY bite I took of everything I ate was spectacular. From the clam strips to the banana split pie (to die for) to the lemon chicken. Blazing hot, home-made, and freshly prepared. There are actually real, live people cooking food on the buffet line - not just dumping 3-hour old food from warmers while they chat with co-workers and ignore customers. Ate at the $54.00 buffet (for two) at 11 AM on a Sunday. The food was horrible. The steaks , prime rib and rib eye were all cheap cuts of meat. The ribs were full of small bones and the seafood bar was a joke. The deserts did not look fresh and the only item i enjoyed out of all the ones i tried were the mashed potatos. They had all the fixins for baked potatos, chives, bacon bits, sour cream ect..., but no baked potatos. The prices are going up again in August and the quality is going down.
