Margaritaville Restaurant Current guest, we dined for dinner last night and breakfast this morning. Service was friendly, but the kitchen didn't follow my order and some items were undercooked. This morning I ordered the Stage Steak, Egg, Potatoes, and Toast breakfast with a dietary swap (hold toast/potatoes, add an extra eggs). I got 1 extra egg instead, and all the eggs were very very runny. I was charged $2 for the extra egg; the manager removed the charge but offered no adjustment for the substitutions or quality of the other two eggs. Personally felt more consideration could have been offered. Not sure if we will dine on-site for our remaining meals. read more

I'm going to be honest, this was some of the worst food I've ever eaten at a restaurant. I got the tacos and they were not good at all. It came with a ton of stale tortilla chips and the chicken was weird in the tacos. The tortillas were also really dry and I did not like it at all. I'm giving the one star for the service and the margarita. The margarita was decent. The waitress was really nice but she was the only one serving and also being the bartender. She did a good job but it seemed like there should have been more servers working as there were a lot of people there. I will unfortunately not eat here again. read more

Pretty much what you would expect from a resort that is focused on children. The breakfast was edible but not anything to brag about.

My grandson spilled some water a lot of water onto the floor. That water stayed on the floor for at least 45 minutes with no one attempting to clean it up. The wet floor sign was put in place about 30 minutes after the water accident. People had to walk through that, someone could have got injured. I could not sit at my seat table regularly, i had to stay pushed over to the left because i didnt want to stay sitting in the water just in case someone wanted to come clean it. I dont believe that it was the waitresses job to clean it because there was a lady that was bussing tables and cleaning looked at us several times but went and cleaned somewhere else. read more

Specialty drinks are the main driver here. The food is as advertised. Nothing eye-popping on the menu, but you're not coming here for the food. You come to Margaritaville for the drinks. There are no shortage of drinks for you to choose from, but these seasoned bartenders are crafty and will adjust the drinks based on preference. I started with a house marg (not pictured) that was better than any typical marg I've had at similar restaurants. The rum-based drink (pictured) is a mixture of seven liquors and is dangerously tasty. What to know: - Bar space is limited but be sure to check the live music schedule - Don't stick to the menu. Ask the bartender what their favorite drink off the menu is and they'll make it - This is a child-focused resort so expect to see little ones roaming around as you have to go through the arcade to access this restaurant read more

Docking one star due to the wait it took to get our food after ordering. I came here with my mother and daughter for a nice evening. The food was good. It tasted like they used different bbq sauce on their wings compared to the ribs. The wings were not the best. The drinks were okay, I had to mix mine with their parakeet juice to make it a little sweeter/palatable. Our server Emily was awesome and on top of everything. Very attentive while still allowing us to enjoy our meal and have our conversations without interrupting too many times too frequently. read more

This is interesting place. We happened to be in the area and thought we give it a try. Please excuse my star review. Only reason I did a four. It was our first time there a have no clue where to go. This is actually a great place to go for fun and excitement. Found out the rides start up soon. Either few weeks or months? Please let me or Yelp know when they do open. The restaurants and pool with a slide on the third floor. We lucked out. We happen to miss the lunch rush and large group from the rodeo just left. Brice was our server and the amazing bar tender too. We started our food journey with sweet tea and few waters. I was happy to see they offer frozen virgin daiquiris I had to order it. I was happy to see I can order something with out feeling remorse. We had to get the mango and pina colada virgin daiquiris. He made them top notch! Actually the whole staff there was excellent! I have no complaints. We started out with the cheeseburger in paradise (Our signature burger topped with American cheese, lettuce, sliced tomato, pickles, and Paradise Island dressing. Served with fries). Shrimp poboy ( Crispy shrimp, remoulade, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and Sriracha drizzle. Asked for the sweet potato fries. And had to get combination platter ( Jumbo shrimp and crispy fried catfish platter with hushpuppies, French fries, and cilantro lime coleslaw. Served with jalapeño tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. And side of fries). All were super fresh and delicious. The seats can vary. They offer booths seat but I cannot tell you how they are. I will tell you, we sat in regular at a regular table and it was very uncomfortable with padding on the bottom and with wood back support. You will good for your stay but I do not recommend sitting there too long tho. The food is well worth it and competitive. You have to time it right to beat the crowd. As we pulled up in the parking garage. We saw a bunch of vehicles leaving. When I mentioned it. They said the rodeo convoy just left. They said as the weather gets warmer and in especially in the summer can be lots of people there. It has a wonderful atmosphere. Gun for the whole family. Both casino and bar for the adults and arcade and pool for the kids. What more can you ask for. They provide military discount with valid ID. I believe they have free WiFi. Margaritaville.... I mean, it used to be the spot to go for a mini family vacation.. now it's just getting kind of gross. And also raising the price?? Nah, we'll pass. I'm not sure if the new mini amusement park connected to the arcade was supposed to help?... $50 for all you can ride on all of the 5 rides out there? Not worth it. The rooms have a weird smell most likely from all of the guests dragging in their soaking wet body from the pool onto the carpet in each of the hotel rooms. The cafe upstairs that lead into the pool area has always had a bad odor. First time coming it smelled like a dumpster site. Second time coming it smelled like bad B.O. The food is just okay. The service is okay. The drinks are decent. The kiddie pool area.. dude.. so gross. My 2 year old had a blast , but ended up slipping on the green slimy grime from the pipes shooting out water. The kids area is just not sanitary. Margaritaville in Biloxi has become just ratchet and gross. read more

My kids really enjoyed their food. The decor and menu channel an island experience. The erupting climbing wall makes the ambiance interesting. The service was not great at first. But, the Manager Desiree did everything she could to make it right. She made what would have been a frustrating experience enjoyable. This is for the restaurant. Not the actual hotel. I actually really like the hotel. I stopped eating at the restaurant years ago though bc the food just isn't good. Which is sad bc I love Margaritaville food, just not the one in Biloxi. It's so subpar, I'm surprised Margaritaville still allows it to operate under the name. So this morning we decided we would just go to Margaritaville for breakfast bc I really didn't want to leave. Yep, should have left. Once again, the menu is "wrong" and items listed there aren't actually available. I ordered the breakfast burrito which the menu clearly states comes with a grilled jalapeño and lime crema sauce. When I asked the waitress about this, she looked at me like I had 6 heads. Then goes to the kitchen and comes back with a cup of sour cream and says "the chef didn't know what you were talking about but here's some sour cream." Umm what? What kind of chef doesn't know what lime crema is??? And then I got the "oh we don't do the grilled jalapeño anymore they just didn't take it off of the menu yet." But you sure do still charge the same price! And there are multiple items on the menu that say it comes with this! Then, our other order came out wrong. We requested grits, weren't there. Additionally, the waitress didn't even originally put our order in bc she did not write it down and "forgot" what we ordered. What??? And she has someone else come ask what we ordered?? Additionally, when we first got sat before I even had a menu in hand and before I even got to sit down, she's asking what we want to drink. I asked for a minute to look at the drink menu... it took her 10 minutes to come back. She was literally sitting by the hostess desk looking at me. Also, never once asked if I wanted a refill. Well, I tried to give it another shot. Won't do that again lol. It's still gross and has gone even further down hill, which is sad bc all the other Margaritaville restaurants I've been to are awesome. My friends and I were staying at the Margaritaville Resort, and since we wouldn't have to leave the resort to eat here, we decided to give them a try. This was definitely the craziest and by far most memorable restaurant experience I've ever had! Many lows the night we ate which were resolved the next day since we were living at this resort. The four of us waited about 1-1.5 hours for three of us to get food. My friend Allie is a vegetarian, and we were first told the tray was too small to hold all 4 of our meals. Then we were told they were out of Veggie burgers after we already waited 1-1.5 hours. She was able to select something else free of charge which she selected the kid's cheese quesadilla. It was the only other item that didn't include meat on their menu. I ordered the shrimp po boy. I remember loving po boys when I was 13, but this one wasn't like the one I remember from my childhood at all. It was very dry and had no sauces at all. I wonder if it's supposed to be like this or they forgot to add a sauce. Not something I will order here again. The waitress did not give me the option to substitute my fries with a side salad, so I just ate the fries given to me. They were extremely cold, and it wasn't until maybe 30-45 minutes into my meal that I could ask for ketchup to go with my fries. I tried some of the food my friends ordered too. The lava lava shrimp was okay, I've had better. I was really excited the volcano nachos, but they actually lacked flavor and cheesiness. The cheese on them practically solidified. on the chips. I tried some of the cheese quesadilla and it was good, as was the guacamole. My friends had gotten into heated arguments with both our waitress and the manager with one of my friends informing them "Everything was disgusting!!!" while she pointed at all the food we didn't finish. Hilarious and made for a very memorable night. The next day, we ran into a general manager and one of my friends informed him of our experience. He gave us each a $10 voucher that could be used on food and drinks. Yay! A step in the right direction. We used them at the pool bar and the "It's 5 o'clock somewhere bar." I got a strawberry daiquiri with it, and it was delicious! Super sweet and a pretty pink color. While we were at the pool bar, the manager from the restaurant recognized us and gave us a round of margaritas after my friends and I were able to talk to him and all just laugh at what happened the day prior. read more

I'd give this place a 3.5. My kid really enjoyed it but I want to emphasize this is a FAMILY hotel and the hotel reflects that definitely. Floors were stained, trash was found on the floors frequently, elevators took FOREVER because so many people were trying to use them, room service and house keeping took FOREVER. Rooms are pretty basic, and I mean the bare bare essentials. I do like that you get a balcony. Gym is SMALL, but who works out on vacay? They seem to be a bit understaffed, but it is in the middle of COVID so that could be it. Arcade was good, pretty big and had a lot of good games. My son loved the virtual roller coaster and enjoyed the ropes course. I'm the arcade - You can play for 1 hour for $30. Not a bad deal. The cloud coaster and virtual reality games were shut down unfortunately. I purposely called and asked if all attractions were open before we came and was told yes, INACCURATE. 450 lazy river sounds wayyyy bigger than what it is lol but it got the job done. We probably wouldn't stay here again because I like a nicer hotel but maybe we'd visit the arcade for a day trip. read more

My reservation to return to this location is based on atmosphere. This is a beach/casino/resort that has an outdoor water park attached. I beleive this contributed to the muggyness of the dining area and the smell BUT there was also a greasy feeling to the floor, fries, and chips all over the floor. That I can not explain. You could not avoid them, they practically were scatted over the whole floor. Service was mediocre and the staff as a whole seemed unenthused to be there and this resulted in the impression that no one really wanted to help(from the hostess, to the servers,bartender,and managers). When ordering a beer, I was given an opened can when others had there beers poured in glasses. When I asked for a glass I was given one with two chips in the glass the size of half a pinky nail(very visible and apparent). Once our food was ordered, it took over 45 minutes to receive the food. We were pretty hungry and pleased when the food turned out to taste pretty good. It was a rocky start and at least the food was good. read more

Awesome dinner!!! I ordered the shrimp/catfish/hushpuppies combo. Everything tasted great. The cocktail sauce/shrimp & catfish/tarter sauce were great together. The cole slaw was very good (could've had more!). My husband had the Cuban sandwich and a salad with 1000 Island. He loved his meal. I tried some of his salad - - it was really good. I had the "5 o'clock somewhere" which is like a Hurricane, to drink. It was so yummy, I had to get another one before we left. The staff was really slimmed down due to the night and probably Covid, but they just worked extra hard to make our dinner night out the awesome experience it was. First Time visiting, I did make reservations although upon arrival it was not as busy as I anticipated. I seated almost immediately. The restaurant was a very open feel. Staff was welcoming and friendly! They have happy hour from 5pm-8pm margaritas(limited selection) are $5!! They have other specials too on beer. The waitress was very attentive, I was able to order drinks and food almost immediately. I started off with the margaritaville flat bread which was delicious!! crispy cheesy and topped with a tomatoes, with about 10 pieces and the "drunken shrimp" Sauteed with tequila key lime butter, roasted garlic, onions and peppers, with a mini baguette for dipping. For the main course I had the guacamole and bacon cheeseburger medium well. Deliciously delivered as ordered with a side of crispy fries!! I look forward to my next visit!! read more

The resort has a Margaritaville restaurant on the third floor. The restaurant is large with ample seating. The waitstaff is friendly but the service is slow. The food is average, nothing spectacular. I did try the strawberry margarita which was excellent. You can watch "rock climbers" ascend the volcano which begins on the second floor. Every few minutes the volcano erupts, which has some cool special effects. The resort has a mini waterpark and a very large arcade. The arcade is equally fun for adults. The whole resort caters more towards families, so if you are looking to gamble or have more of an adult time visit one of the neighboring resorts. read more

We are big fans of Jimmy Buffet and the Margaritaville franchise. Having been to several Margaritaville restaurants we were really looking forward to going to this one, since it was pretty close to home. It was a bit hard to see the place, as it is set back from Beach Bld and tucked in next to Golden Nugget. After driving by it once, we found the entrance and headed to the parking garage. We found navigating the narrow ramps with two way traffic and small parking spaces a challenge with our truck. If you have a full size truck or SUV, stay out of the garage and park in the ground lot. After we found a spot to park our truck, we went to the resort to find Margaritaville. First thing we noticed was all the kids. Everywhere in the halls and arcade. Not the vibe we were expecting, but we figured the restaurant would be better and more adult friendly. What we found was a large, very loud open space about half full a tables (there was a lot of empty floor space). Kids were running everywhere both in the bar and the restaurant. There was even a guy on stilts making balloon animals going table to table. The décor was beach themed and it did have a volcano that went off every hour to Jimmy Buffet tunes, but that was where the Margaritaville feel ended. The music was mainly 80's pop and it was hard to talk over all of the screaming kids running around chasing the balloon guy. We were hopeful that our food and drinks would make up for the lack of atmosphere. I ordered the Hot, Hot, Hot Margarita (habanero mix) and BF ordered a top shelf. Both came in a tall Collins glass, not a margarita glass as expected. And my margarita was anything but hot. In a side by side taste, we could not tell the two drinks apart. Sigh...maybe the food would be better. We started with an order of fried cheese curds. I got the fish tacos and BF got the Cuban. The cheese curds turned out to be the highlight of the night. A good portion, served hot and gooey. The sweet BBQ sauce was a bit out of place, but the marinara was a good pairing. I would order these again. The fish tacos were a miss however. The fish was good, but the taco was dry, in spite of the crème and slaw toppings. I ate the fish and left the tortillas and flavorless toppings. The Cuban was full of meat and cheese, but lacked the pickle and mustard flavors expected in a Cuban. And like my tacos, the sandwich was dry. Overall, the food and drink quality was not what we have come to expect from a Margaritaville restaurant. When added up, the small tight parking garage, the Chucky Cheese type atmosphere and the disappointing food and drink this place was a miss for us. As much as we like the location and idea of this place, we don't plan on coming back to this Margaritaville. Even for the tasty cheese curds. read more

First time here, and I thought the food would have been better. I ordered the jerk salmon and it was ooookkk. It was over a bed of steamed white rice and some spinach. I was hoping for more when paying $21 for a plate like that. The service was kinda poor also. The waitress came and got everybody drink order....gave us the drinks and said she would be right back and never came. We had to ask another waitress to take our order because we waited so long. First time here after visiting Las Vegas. Absolutely the worst experience for a first timer. The shrimp salad and cheeseburger took 1 hour with limited patrons. However food was good. I ordered a Bombay Saphire martini and it came in a plastic cup and warm with no olives LOL. My guy had vodka on the rocks. When questioned about the bill the Martini in the cup cost $20 his was $10 as mine was a martini?! The waiter argued and would not let me talk to the manager. Said it was "corporate'thing right. The one star is for the convenience of it being located inside the hotel/resort and that's where it ends. Saturday my family and who are staying at the resort dined around 3 o clock. The food was so terrible and so was the service. The food was all frozen burger Patties. The nachos look NOTHING like what's advertised on their pictures, the kids Mac and cheese is the microwaveable Kraft kind and The top shelf margarita served in a plastic cup. The waitress gets to add gratuity to our check so the service was awful. She never checked on us, kept forgetting it's like she new she was going to be tipped so she didn't care. Decide the next day to try breakfast because we are staying here but it was once again such a let down. How can anyone mess up breakfast food?? Food was mediocre, definitely not worth the price. Service was a little bit less than mediocre. Be aware that gratuity is added automatically to your bill but when the ticket is bought out it's not shown it's added after the ticket is taken to charge your card. It's very deceptive. I added a tip because I always tip but had I known it was included already I wouldn't have done so because like I said the service was less than mediocre. I ended up tipping over 30% because of this deception when I only intended on tipping 15%. It was my daughter's 12th birthday and she hated her food. I'm in town for a few days and we wanted to try something other than casinos. It's a family oriented place. There are plenty of things to do. The have videos games, mini bowling, basketball hoops, the normal arcade indoor games. It's raining, so this indoor entertainment place is the perfect companion to casinos. They have entertainment for all ages, from toddlers to adults. They have a volcano wall for climbers and obstacle courses for older ones. read more
