It was a good dinner experience. Variety of offerings, the shrimp were a bit chewy and very difficult to peel, whereas the crab claws were equally as difficult to eat. We came here at around 8:20 pm on a Sunday hoping we weren't too late for the buffet because they close it at 9:00 pm, but we were totally fine! We had plenty of time to eat, they just start putting the food away at 9 and told us they wouldn't ask us to leave or anything. There were a handful of people there eating besides us as well, and some even walked in after us. It was a great buffet, lots and lots of options for all your cravings! Spent the weekend in Biloxi and stopped in at The Palace for dinner. They are currently serving cafeteria style due to covid. Buffetts are typically not my first choice, but we had to give it to them as we enjoyed our experience. They are not short on station options for sure. I thought the grill station was outstanding serving brisket, prime rib, ribs and several other meat options. I went for the brisket and it was about as decadent, juicy, melt in your mouth tender as it could be. I also tried the prime rib that my daughter selected and we both agreed this was just as good or better. My husband enjoyed the comfort food station serving fried chicken, pork chops, macaroni and cheese and all the homestyle classics. On to my grand daughter who raved about the Asian spots choosing vegetable fried rice, hibachi noodles, and sushi. Also available was a cook to order pasta station. We opted for 1 choice for the table to share. We went with fresh garlic, spinach, mushrooms, with alfredo sauce over angel hair. This also was piping hot, perfect al dented pasta with a garlicky delightful sauce. There were many many other options includijg seafood and italian, but it's impossible to try them all. The only downfall is you can add a bucket of snow crabs at an added cost, which we did. These were not of good quality and majority of legs void of meat. The were oversteamed and the shell pliable. We did not enjoy this at all. Next time we will skip the crabs but still return for the many other great options. One of the better casino buffets we believe. read more

One of the better buffets in biloxi, great selection with plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. They have an area where you can customize your own pasta dish, and a hibachi style grill where you can customize your own stir fry dish. Both are really good and the chefs are quick. Great prices compared to other buffets, and you can get it half off if you earn 10 points (for lunch) or 20 points (for dinner). read more

We visited here for a family breakfast this July 4th weekend. I was worried that it would be a waste of my money since they had the usual breakfast buffet items. Awesome selection of fruits and veggies and I was pleasantly surprised that the oatmeal was good...unsweetened and just right. Whenever we are in Biloxi, we'll come play some cheap slots here because it's smoke free. However the real gem of the Palace is their weekend buffet with the snow crab. Although a bit pricey (~$27 with a players club card), they are putting out some delicious snow crab legs that are always perfectly cooked and very meaty. The boiled shrimp are our other favorite. Perfectly seasoned and boiled so well that the shell comes off in one swoop. We usually don't venture too far from the seafood bar, but my husband got a slice of prime rib that was tender and not overcooked. Only weak point are the desserts. Use those calories on more shrimp and cab instead! Easily worth the cost for delicious, well cooked seafood. read more

Well, what a difference a week makes. On 4/16/21 we went to the Palace for the seafood buffet. Five stars all around, I posted on google's review site. It was so good, we drove from Montgomery, Al 2 weeks straight. We arrived around 4:30 pm on 4/23/21 for the seafood buffet with the crab legs we enjoyed the week before, and was told, "We don't have crab legs anymore!" Ok, can't hold the menu against them. I asked to be seated in Travis' area, since last week he was excellent, and earned a $20 tip. He bought the cokes and wet naps and he said the crab legs have gotten too expensive to buy. Ok...Didn't stop by again. No refills, not even, "Is everything ok?" Nothing. So I left him a $1 tip. The prime rib was sub prime...Dry and dark, peel and eat shrimp couldn't peel them. They were frozen too long and the shells wouldn't come off before they mashed up. The fried shrimp were so small, I think they call them popcorn. We won't be back. Such a shame. When we arrived home, we went to Costco, and bought a ten lb box of King crab legs, a 5 lb bag of scallops, and we will do our own seafood boil when the fresh jumbo shrimp arrive at our raw seafood market on Tuesday. read more

Went on a Thursday evening. Price was reasonable. Staff was super friendly! Food was terrible. Lettuce in the salad bar was rusty. I had the rib eye cooked to order. Taste was good. It was very thin but I expected that. It was mostly gristle. I tried several sides trying to find one that didn't taste like sugar was added. Mashed potatoes and gravy, fried potatoes, green beans and Mac and cheese. They all tasted like sugar had been added. And nothing was seasoned well with the exception of the gristly steak. read more

Hard pass- other than the friendly service there is nothing to recommend this buffet. The "prime rib" was inedible, the desserts looked like cut-rate Sara Lee (no offense to Sara Lee). We were a party of four - not a picky eater among us and we were in full agreement that the food was terrible. Good but not $30 good The only thing worth eating here is the crab legs if you are into that. If not, the only available food is southern comfort food that is much too heavy. My husband and I went to the casino on July 4, 2019. We went for the ride and a chance to sample the food. I'm glad we only went for lunch because if we would have gone for dinner, I would have been totally annoyed with spending over $42. Golden Corral has a better selection and from what I read now offer boil shrimp, sausage, and corn. The one plus of this place is non-smoking. My husband drove the scenic route. It was a really good buffet. We went on a Friday evening which is one of their seafood nights. They had a great variety of food to choose from at the "stations": seafood, wok (Asian), comfort, flames, and desserts. My favorite was the prime rib and grilled vegetables from the flames station. The absolute worst dining experience EVER. Advertised as the best buffet in Biloxi ny virtue of a local review, there was very little to like. They had prime rib which was apparently marinated in rosemary. I personally had bbq ribs and fried chicken with were noth cold and dry. My wife opted for a variety of seafood, only one of the several preparations of shrimp were palatable. Cream pie for dessert. Cream is a misnomer. My wife and I had dinner there tonight and were disappointed. It was listed as "vegetarian friendly", but there were no vegetarian dishes at all. Much better to catch this buffet at lunchtime than the last hour before closing, we had a much better experience. This seems to be the best casino buffet on the coast in my opinion. We went to two other buffets in the area due to rave reviews but unfortunately the selection was ok & the food looked unattended to. This was our second time eating at The Palace during our vacation and I must say the food was delicious! I sampled every station: Coastal (seafood- fried, baked, & boiled), Wok (Asian), Comfort (good southern cooking- fried chicken, collard greens, mashed potatoes, assorted rolls, etc.), and Flames (rotisserie and barbecue. Salad and fruit bars with a plethora of desserts. The staff was nice and pleasant and manager walked around to each table thanking everyone for their patronage and come again. I really enjoyed eating my food without the smell of smoke in the air. We will be going back on our next visit.
