Loved this new spot that came recommended by two other of our favorite wineries. We enjoyed the customer service and quaint venue. We really enjoyed the different selection of wines that they offered. We took home a couple of great wines and will definitely return.

One of my favorite wineries in Paso! They have wonderful whites as well as unique reds with Mourvèdre being the highlight usually. I've even gotten to try their rose Mourvèdre and loved it so much. We always make it a point to come back to Paix Sur Terre when we're in the area! I've always left with at least two bottles of their wine. Also, their location is perfect - they encourage you to pack a picnic while you sit under the trees and sip some of their wines. They're also dog friendly! We've also been meaning to play bocce each time we're here but maybe next time :) Can't wait to be back!

Ashton helped us. She was amazing. We left as members. Wines are beautiful and the view is absolutely beautiful.

If you ever end up anywhere near here I suggest stopping by. TASTE EVERYTHING, Twice and purchase as many bottles as you can carry and store. We visited several vineyards this past weekend and hands down I had the best experience here especially being in such great company. We all cannot wait to get back here soon. A Perfect cool out spot for a weekend getaway

This was a last minute add as our AirBnB had recommended it and it was on our way. This was one of the most chill wineries we went to and the perfect cap to our Paso trip. The property is hidden away and we felt like it was all just for us. The tasting came with a great explanation of each wine, the grapes etc. Plus they work with an Oakland artist who has designed labels for every bottle and they are super unique! The wines were good but not really out style, but I would still recommend you check this place out!

Maybe its the location, the day or just the wine is that good. Paix sur terre tasting room is located right behind the property that I lived on when i was growing up. From its tasting room I see the chicken coop we build and and the barn i played in.... Enough about my nostalgia let's talk about the wine. The grapes are sourced locally for the wines. They will soon be releasing an estate wine as well. The winemaker shares his love for mourvedre in many of his wines. I liked by how light, smooth and balanced the wines were. I usually go for the big and bold but these are easy to drink any day even without food. The wines have a good acidity and I can see some of them aging a little longer. Each wine has a lable drawn by a friend of the winemaker but the stories behind them is something you're going to have to find the artist to know.

Beautiful setting and right out the gate the Picpoul Blanc sets the tone for the experience. Ashton was a great wine host and all the COVID-19 precautions were in place. The thing I enjoyed was finding single varietals that are less common from most the other Paso Wineries

Our friend recommend it and it was a small winery that makes single varietal Rhône grapes. They also mix in some unheard of grapes. Tasting is $20 and included if you buy two bottles.. Make reservations since it is a small space.

A really great tasting experience led by Jordan. He was knowledgeable without being pretentious and did a great job of explaining all of the unique offerings. The setting was outdoor and dog friendly and staff followed all Covid protocols. We had a really great time.

Different art used for each type of wine and it also changes by year.

The new tasting room is fantastic! Great patio to enjoy a bottle. Most importantly the wine is still outstanding!

It was peaceful, beautiful, and the kind of place where you immediately want to linger for a few extra hours. The wines were excellent across the board, starting with the rosé welcome pour, and I completely fell in love with Sawbones. The hospitality is what really sets Jada apart. I brought my dog, and not only was she welcome, she was absolutely doted on by the staff. By the end of the tasting, I think she was considering staying behind! Michelle was phenomenal--warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared the story of the winery and the wines in a way that made the experience feel personal and special. We never felt rushed and were so well taken care of from beginning to end. I can't recommend Jada enough and already can't wait for my next visit.

As luck would have it, someone had called out that day, and Will stepped in as their replacement. Normally, he works on the production side of the winery, and what a treat that turned out to be! It was refreshing to experience a wine tasting from someone who is directly involved in the winemaking process. His knowledge, passion, and behind the scenes perspective made the experience that much more special. We've visited plenty of wineries, and it's rare to find one where every single wine on the tasting menu impresses us. Torrin was one of those rare exceptions! Every wine we tasted was outstanding. We had heard so many wonderful things about Torrin, and after our visit, we completely understand why. Another highlight was having the opportunity to meet Scott, the owner and founder of Torrin. He was incredibly welcoming and genuinely appreciative that we had chosen his winery as one of our stops. What impressed me even more was how enthusiastic and hands on he was. This wasn't an owner simply making an appearance to greet guests, Scott was there to work! After returning to the tasting room with Will, we spotted Scott in the distance, hard at work crushing grapes in what appeared to be large plastic fermentation tanks. I'm sure I'm not doing the winemaking terminology any justice, but my point is that it was impressive to see the owner so personally involved in the process. I truly believe that level of dedication plays a huge role in the exceptional quality of Torrin's wines. Combine that commitment with passionate employees like Will, who genuinely love what they do and are eager to share their knowledge, and you have something pretty special. We ended up spending a couple of hours at Torrin, but time absolutely flew by. That's always a sign of a great experience! If you're ever visiting Paso Robles, do yourself a favor and make Torrin one of your stops. Trust me, you won't regret it. And if you're lucky enough to have Will as your host, you're in for an extra special experience!

They were super sweet and accommodated us within a few minutes. We got seats outside which was really nice. Brian was helping us with our tasting and was awesome. He knew so much about the wine and loved how passionate he is about what he does. To our surprise, since we don't ever get a tasting like that, he stayed with us the whole tasting. That was really nice since as we were tasting we had more questions about the wine, about the winery, about the owners, and we also fell in love with the wine and winery. Overall, such a cute winery. If you are considering coming, you should go and to be on the safe side make reservations so you don't miss out in tasting their wine. We got a few bottles before we left, and can't wait to drink them at home.

We checked in and were treated to a tasting of their Zinfandel Nouveau upon arrival while they got out table ready... nice and refreshing for a warm afternoon. We were seated in the separate dining room building across the patio with lovely panoramic views of the vineyards on one side and a floral garden on the other. Josh, our server, poured our 4 other shared tasting flight as we perused the menu... Chardonnay, Grenache, Syrah and Super Paso (red blend). Wines were all lovely, but our favorites were the Zinfandel Nouveau and an extra treat pour of Zinfandel. The food was delightful too... * Focaccia with Avocado Butter -- So good (and I don't usually indulge in bread). Nice lightly crunchy crust with soft chewy centers. * Marinated Olives * Golden beet salad with arugula, picked onions and artichoke feta dip -- yum, and perfect dipping to finish off the focaccia. * Fresh Grilled Halibut with a mole Blanco sauce -- Fresh caught from nearby Morro Bay. Perfectly grilled, moist and flavorful. Excellent! Good food paired with food wine, great service, and beautiful surroundings...We look forward to visiting again.

So all that energy spent on how difficult it was to get a table this late in the game should have just welcomed us in. Even the entry bar had just 2 people seated. We didn't care for the wine so we won't be back.

We were helped by Erica, she was super fun to chat with and very knowledgeable about the wines. We didn't know this when booking, but the tasting flight came with a snack plate! Two of us ended up sharing the classic tasting, it came with 5 wines, and we got an extra bonus pour of another wine they had open. The tasting had 1 white and 4 reds when we were in. We were helped by Emily, she was great to chat with and knew a ton about the wine, winery, and Paso. My favorite thing about the tasting was that they had a section on the menu that talked about the 2023 vintage (all but one wine we tried were from 2023) and how it differed from 2022.
