Friendly little spot with a good beer selection, and wine. Great food too- pizzas, burgers and European fares.

The food is only a three. The waiter/bartender gets full marks for service though. He was the only one and was super busy around lunch time but he was doing his best. He was very friendly and his knowledge over the menu was good. Probably helps he was from Paris. I tried to be daring and get the escargot and the quiche. Everything was super hot. Escargot was okay. The quiche was a little well done.

Pag's Pub has some unsavory reviews on here, so I must catch them on their good days. My boyfriend and I frequent this spot when in Doylestown and have never had a bad experience. I'll say - we've never been there during prime dinner or lunch rush hours though, nor when there's a major crowd. We've only had to wait once and were seated within five minutes. It's a small eatery though - it's a pub, after all - so I can see how that could affect the experience on a busy day. ANYWAY - food. We always get the grilled Greek cheese. You need to eat it as soon as it's served, while it's warm, and it's delicious. The antipasto is also tasty to start. We usually split a pizza for our entree and always land on the Di Parma. It's thin crust, brick oven pizza and perfect to split with someone after having an app or two. They also have a nice beer selection. The last time we went, the bartender was very helpful with navigating what they have on tap and made good recommendations. We'll continue to return to Pag's Pub because it's always treated us well! We usually end up going early afternoon, around 2pm-ish and that seems to be the sweet spot. We always leave comfortably satisfied!

    Nice beer selection.

We went here for the first time on Friday night. We stopped for happy hour. They had a nice beer selection. It was very small and doesn't have many tables. Mostly bar seats. We shared the margarita pizza and escargot. The pizza was pretty good, but took forever to get. The escargot was ok. I wish I had a big roll to dip in the the oil. The staff is very quiet not unfriendly, just quiet. By the time we left around 7:00, the place was very crowded and loud. Just a bit to crowded for us.

The food and drinks are unique and delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant. The prices are reasonable.

This is a local version of an overpriced European cafe. Service was friendly, although we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated since all six tables were taken. I had a prosciutto sandwich and a Guinness, and my wife had a personal pizza and a Coke for which we paid just under $35 (dollars, not euros). The quality was nothing to write home about, just average. Parking was impossible in the area, which is why we decided to try this place as we intended to go to another restaurant that had gone out of business.

Each time we return I am met with a 1-2 star review feeling based on cost / billing / and service I just can't shake. Go for the food. Stay because you get left for untold amount of time. Service is slow. We've been there 4 times and 1 time service was amazing. This last time we went, we were sat a table that was not a dinner table. I think it was an ill sized coffee table with a table cloth on it. The adults knees were above the table and the kids were sat in a couch that hit the floor. No mention or thought was given to who was sitting in this ridiculous makeshift table. Finally and the reason I was compelled to write a review - watch your bill. You have to put a downpayment down for reservations and 1x I went this was not deducted from my bill - I should have checked of course before I left, but last time I did not and had to go back and forth a few times to get my money back. And finally, soft drinks / lemonade. Glasses are small, packed with ice and when the server asks "do you want another drink" - he doesn't mention it will be nearly 5 dollars for minute maid lemonade. When you are (gladly) spending nearly 30 dollars for a burger to then have to spend 5 bucks a soft drink that is clearly understood as a free refill is a bummer. Hunched over celebrating my birthday this year - hit with a silly bill $20+ in lemonade - left to sit with no check in for a silly amount of time. There are some small changes to service and experience that would make this place a true 5 star event.

The moment you walk in, the vibe hits you first: vibrant colors, rustic touches, and an ambiance that feels like stepping into someone's family dining room back in Italy. It's authentic, comforting, and alive with culture. The food? Unreal. Their **homemade bread** sets the tone -- rustic, fresh, and full of that old-world character. The **pizza** is on another level with dough that's so good it almost steals the show. Every pasta dish carries that handcrafted feel, the kind that tells you the recipe didn't come from a cookbook -- it came from memory. Appetizers are just as impressive, but the **grilled octopus** stands out as a true star. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and proof that Exit 13 puts heart into every dish. This is the kind of spot where the atmosphere and the food work together -- where the vibe feels like home and the flavors taste like heritage. Exit 13 doesn't just serve Italian cuisine. It brings Abruzzo to life. **A must-visit for anyone who loves real, soulful, authentic food.**

The service was very good: attentive and friendly. The ambiance is similar to Not Your Average Joe's in Ardmore with the upstairs/balcony seating and downstairs and big screen TV showing sports, but much noisier, especially as the upstairs also was filled with guests. By the time we left at 7:45pm after a 6:45pm reservation, it was loud enough that we had to fairly shout at each other to continue our conversation. The food was okay, except the salad which was excellent, but not worth returning for just the salad. - beet salad - 4.5/5, plentiful small diced red and yellow beets, avocado, arugula, a light dressing and burrato with crushed pistachios. a very solid starter salad and the server kindly split a large order into two small plates for us to share - fried calamari - 3/5, having just eaten at Estia last night which has a very good fried calamari, this one was not breaded as consistently and some of the pieces were a tad on the large side for a reasonable bite and too chewy to be cut with the fork or knife. - penne puttanesca - 3/5, my husband ordered this and while he not a self-proclaimed foodie, for him to say it was just okay means it was really just okay - linguine vongole - 3/5, points for the very plentiful offering of clams, i counted probably 20 generously sized clams (sometimes you get miniscule clams with this dish), but overall the sauce was too salty and there's not much you can do to fix that, and the linguine was a bit overcooked, definitely not even close to al dente We skipped dessert as by that point our ears were starting to ring with the high decibels coming from around us on the balcony and the floor below. It looked like a lot of people were having a good time so maybe it's just not for us.

On my most recent visit, I ordered the linguine con pollo, while my partner ordered a hanger steak from that day's specials. I thought I was satisfied with my homemade pasta, perfectly tender chicken, and delicate white wine sauce -- a seemingly simple combination that few can replicate with such precision. But when I tried a bite of the melt-in-your-mouth hanger steak and the risotto which accompanied it, I realized that, somehow, it *is* possible to go wrong here. To be sure, we have been looking for excuses to find our way back here before the steak falls off the menu, just so that she could have it again and I could have a portion completely to myself. I have been to places with larger portion sizes, but invariably the food is a cut below. Personally, I'll take the European portion size and the superior food over the American portion size and the mediocre food every time. Except if we're talking about say, cheesesteaks. Which we are not. This is quite possibly the best Italian restaurant outside city limits, and it will be a staple of me and my partner's holiday traditions for years to come.
