Vegan friendly! Wow I am so impressed. I've ordered from Pagliacci a few times and now need to review! Much earned! Called and they had all of my info immediately available when I called on the same phone number as last time. "Pagliacci pizza, is this Kyle?" Asked if it was delivery and when I said yes they then followed through confirming my entire address perfectly smooth. I asked if they had vegan options and said any of the veggie pizzas could be made vegan by switching to their vegan cheese. Score. I asked if I could call back after deciding. When I called back I was shocked to have a distinctively different voice on the phone but none the less they went through the exact same perfectly recited questionnaire. I thought that was really amazing and efficient and should definitely not go unnoticed. After ordering, the price they told me was WAY lower than expected. Turns out they do a deal on buying two 11" pizzas. Second one is discounted. Amazing! So I used that discount for some lemon sorbet. Food arrived just about on time which was great. I get nervous the more custom my order is that something will be wrong. Two different sodas, a sorbet, and two pizzas (one made to be vegan) and it all came perfectly accurate! I have only ever had pizza delivered for our German club from here. I wasn't able to use the app since I needed to order a few days ahead, but it was easy to call it in and they already knew my name due to my phone number. The person delivering was right on time (3 times) and the pizzas have always been hot and fresh. I do believe $30 is a bit too expensive for each pizza, however, and the crust is mostly bland-tasting. I wouldn't buy it for my family, but most of the people in our club seemed to like it. The party-size salad was also much too small for our group the first time I ordered it (and too expensive), so I didn't order it again. If a person wants non-typical toppings for a pizza (goat cheese, artichokes, arugula, etc.), this is the place to go. And the staff at this location is like, whatevs. Lol thumbs down. On my most recent visit, I was the only customer at the counter and the store was essentially empty, and somehow the slices sitting there a display were 'already sold'. "So do you want something else, or..?" WTF? No worries guys, I went and got two delicious slices at HOT MOMMAS just three blocks away. When coming inside, I was welcomed by a employee, a real nice young man. The service was quick and had to wait about 10 mins for the pizza to come out. It's very quiet and calm in here. It's also very clean. If you're looking for a great place to get some pizza. I highly recommend. I would give it 5 stars but the coke was kinda flat and as a coke lover it broke my heart. Otherwise great place and service. Very welcoming and has some Great Wall art. Also there was no dr.pepper syrup . Also the pizza crust amazing and the the pizza it self was great, not greasy!! It's also very filling, ate 3 slices and I was stuff, a great place to come eat, as a gal from California, it was some great food !! The soda cup does keep your drink cold!! I am quite sure that this pizza shop is the closest I have personally found that is comparable to a NY slice. Just one slice here is large and filling. I only had the cheese slice (I am a pescatarian) but can saw it was delicious and filling. The restaurant is clean and open. Plenty of space to be while eating. read more

Really good standard pizza. I'd come here again for sure. We got the Brooklyn Bridge pizza and it was pretty good. Normally I don't like olives but I liked them on this pizza. There isn't a lot of parking at this location, luckily we did to go. We called in our order because you have to sign up to order online (and I honestly hate doing that). Every time I go there, the food is delicious! Pagliacci has a unique, distinct, fresh style! I had the privilege of seeing how creatively decorated it was during Halloween season in 2023! I met the bright young lady who decorated it (in addition to performing her regular pizza duties) - Joy was her name. Seemed to really enjoy her position there, and took great pride in her craft. Kudos to ownership for hiring such excellent people! Joy, It's hard to find good service like yours nowadays so keep up the awesome customer care! My go to pie place when in Seattle. First visit was the first time I saw pizzas that wandered off the default red sauce sausage and pepperoni trail. That was perhaps1992. I just stuck to the status quo within my comfort zone that day. But I was impressed. The next several visits I wandered off the default mindset and found that there was something to be said for pizzas that were courageous and innovative. By the late 90s I was off pepperoni and trad toppings whenever possible. The white and green toppings were becoming items to be enjoyed and sought out. Here in the Midwest I often want to jump on a plane to visit pagliacci's and try to also try to find time to be sure to also visit family. Corona has made that a dangerous idea. Hopefully next summer I can do something that absurd, after all I do also miss my sister who lives close to the west Seattle store. read more

We have lived in Snoqualmie for 5 years from SanDiego & we had been passing by the CapitolHill locale once a month on "salon day" @ Bowie which is a short stroll away. The staff treated us like rock stars knowing it was our maiden-voyage-visit. They have a coupla rotating specialty pizzas. We fell madly&deeply in love w/ the PEACHZA PRIMO: thinly sliced peaches/roasted pork loin/balsamic drizzle/arugula tossed in olive oil and sea salt. YUMMY!!! Also, best veggie pizza of our lives and perhaps best pepperoni of our lives. So many scattered locations (21) - seemed like both places had mostly regulars who engaged in spirited exchanges w/ staff as they awaited their full pies. Definitely set aside some time, this is not some "churn&burn" chain pizza. Also, eating everything freshly outta the brick oven in the dining room is my humble advice. Quality of the food has really gone down hill. Same order we have done many times--a half Rocket and there was little to no prosciutto on it. For other cities in the country, this would just be average quality, higher priced pizza delivery, but for Seattle it is the best pizza delivery I can find with the best quality of service. In a city that it is rare to find reasonable quality food at a reasonable quality price, with reasonable service, this pizza brand shines above the others with a level of relative value earning 4 stars in my eyes. No matter how you like your pizza, I can guarantee that it tastes better here. The crowd of customers that were already seated and eating...seemed to be enjoying a much awaited meal. The service was top-notched...even though staff was steadily and fast moving to take care of those who were waiting to order. The atmosphere was quite cheerful, and the lighting gave off a sense of mystique. You could easily tell from your first bite that a Pagliacci pizza is like no other...and they're right. Very, very gross pizza. Something off with the olives or the goat cheese, idk, but just absolutely disgusting, and the flavorless crust did nothing for it. Marinara for dipping is like watered-down canned tomato paste with dried oregano thrown in for effort, but is better than the pizza sauce, which overwhelmingly tastes of bay leaves. Huge 1 inch chunks of tomatoes should have been halved again. The Cesar salad dressing includes anchovies and mostly just tastes like fish. Upon arriving customer service was impeccable, but unfortunately upon having our pizza delivered to our table we were treated very poorly all because of a misunderstanding. We weren't asked for our proof of vaccination upon entering and the lady that brought our pizza was disgustingly rude to us for taking off our masks while sitting in the dinning area. I tried to de escalate the situation by apologizing for the misunderstanding but she was not having it. The manager was made aware and she acted in a very professional manner to rectify this terrible experience. This rude employee did not reflect the welcoming environment that was set up by the rest of the staff. Overall the pizza is amazing and all the other employees were short of amazing. Pizza was good, but one of the employees was being really rude and bossy to her colleague in their open kitchen where everyone can hear you, which left a bad taste in our mouths. Her coworker put the wrong ingredient on a pizza or something minor then she proceeded to berate her about messing up (then started throwing f-bombs and being angry about something else quite loudly even with customers in the lobby). Not sure if she was the supervisor or something but she was running the kitchen like Gordon Ramsey in this pizza shop with hardly anyone there. They obviously had a busy, overwhelming day as it was comic con weekend but it wasn't OK for her to be so rude to her coworker, let alone in front of customers. People make mistakes, it's fine!!!!!
