Pizza is my favorite food, so I have been trying to find somewhere to satisfy my pizza craving after moving from NY. This sadly has not. My friends and I came here on Pi day for the deal and it was super busy! It took 30 minutes for the pizzas we ordered to come out (they warned us). They were also very very nice and the cashier at the front was very hospitable. I also ordered a slice of fresh plain cheese at the front and was allowed to choose which slice I wanted. It was a little bit of a pricey slice compared to what I am used to, but nothing crazy. The actual taste of the pizza was pretty mediocre. The sauce was missing that flavor that makes pizza. They are also thin crust pizzas, but the actual crust wasn't crispy. So it was soggy thin crust pizza :(. The primo slice is the best vegetarian option if you like the marinated peppers on top. It tasted more like an open face sandwich, but it was good. I wouldn't come back here with high hopes of yummy pizza. That being said, I have high pizza standards, but the pricing of this pizza validates high standards. I would recommend trying a different place for great pizza - still on the hunt for a great pizza spot in Seattle! The interior is pretty simply designed. Has area for seating and bar style seating which a giant open kitchen.

Went on a mini vacation and after a long day of doing tourist things, I had an itch for pizza. Thankfully, I knew of this spot in town that everyone raves about and was not disappointed. I ordered the slice of the day: Verdura Primo. It was genuinely one of the best pizza combinations I've ever tasted! I believe it had ricotta, pesto, and tomato. It was so so tasty!! Staff was friendly and it was easy to find parking outside. *note: I found out that it had: Thyme-roasted artichokes, Mama Lil's peppers, spinach, parsley, ricotta and fresh mozzarella on a pesto base.

Tuesday's they have a buy one get one free deal for the personal sized 11" pizzas. Came for the deal and we were overcharged at first, but they fixed it pretty quickly. Pizzas here are great if you like a thinner, less dough-ey pizza. We ordered the crostada and roman holiday. Will say the crostada was pretty interesting tastes like a french onion soup but in pizza form, highly recommend. The homeless guy outside the store is a little angry but vibes inside are nice. Would come again for the deal, otherwise it is a bit on the pricier side for the size.

Awesome service!! The friendly guy who was servicing customers at the front and at the register was really hustling and handling business quickly and with a smile. He was the highlight! Pizza is amazing too but you can't beat good service today! We tried almost all of their single serve slices and all were great. Ambience is upscale casual, I really liked the high ceilings. Felt comfortable, cozy, clean!

Came in for a slice of cheese pizza 12/19/25. I was surprised how small the slice was, especially because I ordered a single slice. The slice wasn't served heated in the oven. Despite the size, the taste of the cheese slice, was just ok.

Solid pie, Good vibe atmosphere, friendly people working there, and indoor seating. This is one of the better pizza spots I've been in. This place won't disappoint

This Pagliacci is awesome! My wife and I have come here several times to have lunch! We really enjoy the taste of the pizza when it comes out of the oven and how fresh and delicious it is. The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is nice. I love the vibe of the place as well. It's very laid back and casual. It took about 15-20 minutes for our whole pizza to be done baking. Overall, I recommend this Pagliacci location!

Food (4.5/5): Solid pizza in Capitol Hill, my party got the chicken and spinach pizza which we devoured quickly Service (4.5/5): Friendly service! Nothing more we could ask for. They have bathrooms in the back. Ambiance (4.5/5): Cool artwork displayed on the walls and good music playing

I needed to order food for 65 students, educators and employee volunteers for a STEM event. I tried another pizza restaurant, and an all salads and sandwiches place and got slow response. Pagliacci Pizza stood out and for good reason. They have great food for one. So many choices if your needs are gluten free, vegan, or halal there's an option for you. The pizza was fantastic. Best variety too. Their pizza was delivered on time, and was delicious. Crust was perfect, and everyone loved it from student to adult. The customer experience was also great. From the initial callback from the caterer to the delivery person, both checked in to let me know when they would arrive and were so helpful. I will use them anytime I need great food for a crowd and I also like stopping in for a great pizza at their restaurants anytime I get a craving.

Delicious pizza, really nice staff, very cool art work. 5 star experience, especially since we were all feeling good after an afternoon of drinking down the street at Redhook. We destroyed both pizzas that we ordered, I remember that one had mushrooms and one had pepperoni, I forget the other toppings off hand, but I remember that the pizza was really good, I started eating it too soon and burned the top of my mouth. They had slices available, everything looked really good. I would come back next time I'm in Seattle, no question.

The pizza was a great pick me up and the workers were helpful explaining the ingredients for each flavor. Pepperoni was my favorite but I also tried the asparagus and prosciutto slice!

My company ordered Pagliacci for a celebration we were having and i tried 2 out of the 6 different pizzas that they ordered, Primo and Spinach & Chicken. These two were a little underwhelming. Both had light sauce and hard to bite into crust. The Primo had a good balance between veggies and meat in each slice. Spinach & Chicken was a bit spicier than i expected. The chicken was light. Each slice had way more spinach than chicken. Out of the two, i have to say my most favorite was the Primo. Overall, i will give them another shot. There were more i was interested in but was too full to try. I will explore more options when i personally visit.

Tucked down the alley by the gum wall, it's a great option for wood fired pizzas. The space is fairly small and very low-lit, but thriving with energy. Our service was fantastic, drinks were good, but besides the pizza the food was pretty hit or miss. We had a table of 4 and we kept the table full the entire time. We started off with a salad, spicy mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and Brie and cheese. Salad was light and refreshing. The cheese sticks were pretty normal, but also good. The spicy mac n cheese to me had zero spice. Just some mac in a cast iron pan. The apple and Brie had a nice presentation but the smallest amount of Brie possible(my picture was too blurry to post). The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). In a medium nonstick pan, large tong full of wet noodles, one ladle of white sauce, toss them together. Boiled chicken pieces, BOILED chicken tossed into the pan. No seasoning or shredded cheese, or Italian seasoning. Served in a plastic to go container that cost 1.85 extra bc it was to go since they wouldn't allow us to sit w outside food. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. I got a slice of Italian supreme, which has everything. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. The rest of the slice was good. Slice of pizza and a diet coke came to close to $9. Gosh things are so expensive now. They do have a special of 2 slices for $8.99 but I couldnt eat two slices. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential.
