This review is long overdue about Everardo and Paez Tree Service. I called them for a quote on a stump removal and a few cypress trees to be removed in our backyard. We agreed on a date and time for him to come over and see the physical site. He was punctual and very polite and listened intently as I explained to him what we wanted done in our backyard. He told me that they do a lot of projects from small to big/major ones.. I told him that I wanted a tree stump removed and grinded and 3 cypress trees to be removed. He asked me if I wanted the cypress trees stumps grinded and I asked him if it was going to be extra since I didn't bring it up to him over the phone. He politely said "no" and that the equipment for grinding will already be here so why not use it. Of course I took him up on his offer because what other tree service does that? he actually helped me save money!!! what if the stumps cause problems in the future and I would have had to hire someone else to remove them, meaning more money. He gave me a great quote and I took him up on his offer on the spot. As we were walking out to the front yard, he asked about the two cypress trees that were there and  slowly dying. I told him that we didn't have money in the budget to remove the trees. He looked at me and said that he would help me out!!!! He gave me an even better quote that included the two front cypress trees!!!! What a deal right? we weren't even thinking of removing them because of the extra costs but the deal Everardo gave me was a deal I couldn't refuse, I took it. We scheduled a day/time that his crew would show up and do the work, which was a few days later (I'm glad that we didn't have to wait long). The day of, they came bright and early, even 10- 15 mins earlier than he stated, what a great work ethic, super punctual!!!. He brought 2 guys to help him out and all of his equipment. They brought their equipment to the back yard and took care to make sure that our pool was covered as to not have debris go in. Let me tell you, they started working on the trees quickly and diligently while removing the tree debris instantaneously as they dropped!!! It was like watching a well oiled machine. Everardo even grabbed a chainsaw and started working on the trees himself, what boss does that???? usually they stand back and watch but not Everardo, he wanted to show that he can also do the dirty work. They rolled in their stump grinder and Everardo started removing the stumps effortlessly. His two other helpers were super hardworking too, no messing about, they moved from tree to tree like they were on a mission. His workers were super friendly and kept the area always neat and tidy as they cut and removed the debris. Everyone had a job to do and their movements were seamless. They removed the trees and their stumps in the backyard and cleaned up the area. They made sure to use the blowers to remove any unsightly dust and woodchips from our patio that may have blown there. Let me tell you, they cleaned up any mess from the trees like they were never there, except of course wood chips from where the trees used to be which is normal. As for the front trees, those were gone in a minute, they cut the trees and grinded the roots and cleaned up any debris.  Everardo and his team did an amazing job, I would hire them in a heartbeat for any future work that I may have.. He was punctual, polite, respectful and didn't talk down to prospective clients. No need to call any other tree service people, call Everardo and Paez Tree Service ASAP, you won't be disappointed!!!
